현대 사회를 살아가는 사람들은 각종 스트레스에 노출되어 있다. 불안한 미래와 과다한 업무, 가족 간의 불화, 각종 사회적 위험요소가 팽배한 현실에서 현대인들이 받은 스트레스는 회피할 수도, 저항할 수도 없는 삶의 과정에서 자연스럽게 나타나는 것이다. 심한 스트레스는 우리의 정신적인 안정을 깨뜨리고 불안감과 긴장감을 유발한다. 스트레스는 정신건강을 해치는 주범이 되기도 하지만 그렇다고 스트레스가 모두 다 해로운 것만은 아니다. 스트레스는 어려움을 극복하게 하고, 목표를 성취하도록 힘을 주며, 동기를 유발시키고 삶의 활력을 불어넣기도 한다. 따라서 건설적일 수도 있고, 파괴적일 수도 있는 스트레스를 어떻게 다루는가에 따라 우리의 건강과 행복을 크게 영향을 받게 된다. 이번 10월호에서는 고디 안산병원 한창수 교수와 한국 심리적성센터 전현두 원장의 도움말로 스트레스에 관해 자세히 알아본다.

한라산 자연샘물 및 야생노루의 분변에서 분리한 Yersinia enterocolitica의 특성 연구

한라산 등산로 주변 자연샘물 6개소 Yersinia enterocolitica 분포와 자연샘물 및 야생노루의 분변에서 분리한 Y. enterocolitica에 대한 생화학적 성상, 생물형, 혈청형, 시험관내 병원성시험, 항생제 감수성 시험 결과는 다음과 같다. 자연샘물에서 Y. enterocolitica의 분포는 영실샘, 성판악샘, 어리목샘, 사재비샘, 노루샘, 오름샘의 순으로 각각 8-49, 8-33, >2-8, >2-4, >2-4, >2-2MPN/L를 보였으며, 등산로 중간(사재비샘, 노루샘, 오름샘)보다 고도가 낮은 등산로 입구(영실샘, 성판악샘, 어리목샘)에 위치한 샘물에서 높은 분포를 보였다. 분리된 Y. enterocolitica 29주에 대한 생물형의 분포는 1, 2, 3, 3A, 3B, 4, 5형의 7가지 생물형 중 1형(24/29, 82,8%) 및 2형(5.29, 17.2%)으로 나타났고, 지금까지 알려진 57개 혈청형 중 O:1·2혼합, O:3, O:5, O:8, O:9의 혈청형에 대한 시험결과는 O:1·2혼합형, O:5형 그리고 O:8형이 자연샘물에서 분리한 균주에서만 각각 2주, 4주, 2주의 분포를 나타냈으며 대다수인 72.4%(21/29)는 5개 혈청에 응집반응을 보이지 않았다. 시험관내 병원성 시험에서 2/29(6.9%)만이 자가응집 시험에 양성을 보였을 뿐 CRMOX 시험에서는 음성 반응을 보였다. 항생제 12종에 대한 감수성 시험 결과는 ampicillin, cephalothin, penicillin에서만 내성을 보였다. Yersinosis is known as an infectious disease caused by Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, or Yersinia. enterocolitica. Some strains of Yersinia enterocolitica are pathogenic to human. This study was conducted to examine the characteristics of Yersinia enterocolitica strains isolated from spring water at six points near the climbing routes of Mt. Halla as well as from the feces of roe deer. Data were obtained in several approaches such as biochemical characterization, biotypes, serotypes, virulence and antibiotic test for the isolates, and MPN (most probable number/L) techniques. Most probable numbers (MPN/L) of Y. enterocolitica in springwater were ranging from 8 to 49 in Yeongsil-spring, 8 to 33 in Seongpanak-spring, >2 to 8 in Eorimok-spring, >2 to 4 in Sajaebi- spring, Noru-spring, and >2 in Oreum-spring. This suggested that Y. enterocolitica strains might be distributed much more in spring waters in the lower altitude than those in the higher altitude. Twenty nine strains of Y. enterocolitica from spring water and feces of roe deer were selected for several tests. Twenty four strains (82.8%) were found to belong to biotype 1, and the rest (17.2%) were biotype 2. Autoglutination positive was observed in two strains among them (6.9%). In analysis of serotypes of O:l·2 mixed form, O:3 , O:5, O:8, and O:9 for the isolates, O:1·2 mixed type and O:8 type were 2 strains (6.9%) each, and O:5 type was 4 strains (13.8 %), while the other 21 strains (72.4%) did not show any agglutination of 5 serotypes. Antibiotic test for randomly selected strains of Y. enterocolitica showed that those were resistant to ampicillin, cephalothin, and penicillin.

Steering system is most important for vehicle in safety and driving feel. However, testing using real car to improve steering feel is often difficult in aspect to repeatability, safety and money. Repeatability in testing steering system is very important because steering feel for driver is variable according to the environment condition. And steering testing of vehicle is so dangerous that driver may not concentrate in testing. In this paper, the steering system simulator using front part of steering and suspension system was developed. We can test the electric power steering system for the light weight vehicle using this simulator cheap, safely and repeatably.

조루증과 선택적 세로토닌 재흡수 억제제

Premature ejaculation (PE) affects the 20∼30% men among general population regardless of their age. PE may be classified as lifelong (primary) or acquired (secondary) type. Diagnosis of PE is mainly based on subjective complaints of sexual symptoms. Recently proposed diagnostic system of PE is based on many aspects; intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), control over ejaculation, stress and interpersonal difficulty according to the PE problem. Standard treatment of lifelong PE is mainly pharmacotherapy. Among many treatment options, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are recommended for off-label use by American Urologic Association and International Consultation on Sexual Medicine. SSRIs were reported to improve the PE symptom by lengthening IELT. However, daily intake of SSRIs often increases the possibility of adverse effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, loss of libido, and even erectile dysfunction. Recently, dapoxetine hydrochloride, newer SSRI with short half life, was tailored to target the PE. Dapoxetine was proved its efficacy on PE over placebo. Clinicians should keep in mind that the sexual dysfunction can be the primary complaints or the results of the intake of antidepressants at the same time.

저속 회전 스테이지의 5자유도 회전축 오차 분석에 관한 연구

Rotary stages in semiconductor, display industry and many other fields require challenging accuracy to perform their functions properly. Especially, Axis of rotation error on rotary system is significant; such as the spindle error motion of the aligner, wire bonder and inspector machine which result in the poor quality products. To evaluate and improve the performance of such precision rotary stage, undesired movements on the other 5 degrees of freedom of the rotary stage must be measured and analyzed. In this paper, we have measured the three translations and two tilt motions of the worm gear type spindle with high precision capacitive sensors. To obtain the radial error motion, we have used Donaldson's reversal technique. And the axial components of the spindle tilt error motion can be obtained accurately from the axial direction outputs of sensors by Estler face motion reversal technique. Further more we have designed and developed the sensor mounting jig with standard cylinder for reversal method.

Optimizing the Use of Aripiprazole Augmentation in the Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder: From Clinical Trials to Clinical Practice

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a recurrent, chronic, and devastating disorder leadingto serious impairment in functional capacity as well as increasing public healthcare costs. In the previous decade, switching therapy and dose adjustment of ongoingantidepressants was the most frequently chosen subsequent treatment option forMDD. However, such recommendations were not based on firmly proven efficacy datafrom well-designed, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trials (RCTs) but on practicalgrounds and clinical reasoning. Aripiprazole augmentation has been dramaticallyincreasing in clinical practice owing to its unique action mechanisms as well as provenefficacy and safety from adequately powered and well-controlled RCTs. Despite the increaseduse of aripiprazole in depression, limited clinical information and knowledgeinterfere with proper and efficient use of aripiprazole augmentation for MDD. The objectiveof the present review was to enhance clinicians’ current understanding of aripiprazoleaugmentation and how to optimize the use of this therapy in the treatment ofMDD.

전통 중국의 '도덕사회체제’에 대한 연구

우리는 흔히 전통 중국 정치사회체제를 전제군주체제 또는 봉건경제체제라고 말한다. 이들 용어에는 개인의 자유의지를 희생시키고 중국 사회를 서구에 뒤떨어지게 만든 원인을 제공했다는 뜻이 담겨 있다. 말하자면 우 리는 그에 대해 나쁜’ 평가를 내리고 있는 것이다. 이러한 평가는 서구에서 시작된 현대 자본주의 사회체제의 관점에서 행 해진 것이다. 현대 서구의 자본주의 관점은 중국을 포함하여 과거의 모든 전제군주체제와 경제체제를 획일적으로 제도적인 측면에서 비판하고 있다. 그러나 전제군주체제는 인류가 유사 이래로 가장 오래 유지해 온 제도 이며 각 지역에 따라 매우 다양한 성격을 가지고 있다. 전통 중국의 사회체제는 여러 가지 다양한국가 정책에 의하여 유가사상의 도덕률을 절대적인 가치 기준으로 삼아 형성 • 유지되어 왔다. 사회가 국가를 지배하는 서구와 달리 국가가 사회를 통제하고 그 성격을 규정하였다. 전통 중국 국가의 이러한 능력은 농업의 발전과 약 500년간 진행된 춘추전국시대의 열국간의 대립에 의해 갖추어진 것이다. 이러한 국가 정책에는 주로 과거제도, 상업에 대한 각종 규제, 학문과 예술 그리고 풍습에 대한 통제 등이 포함되며 이러한 조치들의 누적적 효과로 인해 전통 중국 도덕사회체제가 완성되었다. 국가 정책은 대부분 국민들이 도덕률을 준수할 것을 목표로 삼았다. 그 도덕은 인간 욕구의 절제를 중심으로 삼아 개인과 계층 간의 장기적인 공생에 초점을 맞춘 것이다. 말하자면 인간에게 본래 내재되어 있는 가치관을 인위적으로 바꾸려고 시도 한 것이다. 이러한 결과 많은 사람들간에는 내세의 구원에 대한 기대가 없이도 유가도덕의 준수를 위한 경쟁이 존재할 수 있었다. 현대의 관점에서 보면 전통 중국의 도덕사회체제는 경제 발전과 인권의 보호라는 측면에서는 실패하였으나 사회 안정과 국제관계 안정이라는 측면에서는 성공을 거두었다. 대조적으로 서구에서 배태된 현대 자본주의 사회에는 ‘발전’이라는 명분하에 모든 개인, 집단 그리고 국가간에, 즉 만인의 만인에 대한 경제적 경쟁’ 이 전개되고 있으며 이것은 인간 욕구의 무한한 개발과 만족을 위한 것이다. 전통 중국이 이루어낸 도덕사회체제는 인류 역사가 남긴 위대한 유산으로 간주되어야 한다. 현대 사회는 그것을 단순한 비판의 대상으로만이 아니라 학습의 대상으로 삼을 필요가 있다. It is considered that the political & social structure in traditional China is the despotic monarchy and the feudal economic system. It is also indicated one of major causes that the fact makes China fall behind the Western and victimize human rights. 「The evaluation is originated from the modern capitalist viewpoint in Western.」They devaluate all the past despotic monarchies and economic systems in institutional aspects uniformly. But the despotic monarchy system has been the longest maintained regime in history and had quite various qualities. Social system of traditional China had been maintained by the confucianist moral law which was absolute standard of value through various national policies. Unlike to the Western that its society dominated its nation, the nation controlled the society and ruled its characteristics in China. Those characters of the traditional China were derived from the development in agriculture and competition among the states for about 500 years in the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period. These policies include the Imperial Examination, all kinds of the economic regulations and the governmental control over the scholar, arts and customs. The moral society system of traditional of the traditional China had completed by the accumulation of those policies. National policies were a long-term commensalism between individuals and classes with self-restraint for humans’ desire. As a result of it, there could be the competitions of observances for confucianist moralities without expecting salvation in the world to come. At the modern point of view, moral society system of China failed in the respect of economic development and human rights, but achieved the social and international stability. Contrastively, in the modern capitalist society originated from the West, “economic competition” as a war of all against all is developing in order to improve and satisfy human desires infinitely. Moral society system of traditional China should be regarded as a great heritage of human race. It needed not to make an blamable object but a learning object in modern society.
