한강시민공원 체육시설 현황과 효율적 활용 방안에 대한 연구

The aim of this study is primarily to examine the current state of the sports facilities for the Han-Gang Citizens' Park and to propose its effective utilization plans for the coming 21st century. The main findings and conclusions can be described as follows: 1.Strengthening of publicity fucntions 2.To provide citizens with various means of easy access to the Park such as shuttle buses and samaul buses 3.Developments of new programs for the disabled and senior citizens 4.Extensive utlization measures for the evening hours 5.To make the Park distictive according to each distict 6.Reorganization of the Parks' administrative structures 7.Diversification of programs, and training and retaining instructors of an excellent caliber.

Gas Tube형 Arrester의 Passive IMD 연구

Resident mobile communication system technology has been developed. But, surged high voltages in antenna generally have damaged mobile communication. To solve this problem, we use an arrester in Rx-Tx line system. That is, the arrester is introduced to protect devices in system against considerable over-voltages or lighting strike. Currently, system protection using an arrester has arrived in a content level but these days, the PIMD(Passive Intermodulation Distortion) with RF passive components' nonlinear characteristic has appeared. This paper describes PIMD' causes occurred in arrester-estimated from Gas tube capsule, plating, temperature, and humidity by experiment.

프로야구 구단의 CRM 데이터 시스템 구축을 위한 필드 값(field value) 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop field values which were used to establish the CRM data system based on the Key Performance Indicators(KPI) determined in the previous study. In order to achieve the study objective, focus group interview was employed to draw evaluative areas, evaluative criteria, evaluative method, and field values regarding the four aspects(financial, customer, internal process, and external environment) specified in the previous study. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, in terms of external environment perspective, weekly occupancy rate of seats, the ratio of male to female fan, occupancy rate for types of seats, occupancy rate of the day, the ratio of weekly attendance to weekend attendance were developed and evaluative methods and field values were suggested accordingly. Secondly, recency, cycle, monetary, active probability, a change of fan value were developed and evaluative methods and field values were suggested accordingly. Thirdly, the proportion of potent customer, average period of customer acquisition, retention rate, average period of customer relationship retention, defected customer rate were suggested and evaluative methods and field values were suggested accordingly. Additionally discussion and practical implication were also suggested. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 프로야구 구단의 CRM 데이터 시스템 구축을 위해 도출한 KPI를 기반으로 프로야구 구단의 CRM 데이터 시스템 구축을 위한 필드 값을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 프로야구 구단의 CRM 구축에 대한 KPI 도출 선행연구에서 제시된 다섯 가지 관점(재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스, 학습 및 성장, 외부 환경 관점) 중 학습 및 성장 관점을 제외한 네 가지 관점에 대해 KPI 세부평가영역, 평가지표, 평가방법 및 필드 값을 도출하기 위해 표적집단면접(FGI: Focus Group Interview)을 이용하였으며, 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외부환경관점에서 CRM 시스템을 통해 평가하고자 하는 영역에 대한 평가지표로 주중 좌석점유율, 남녀 관중비, 좌석별 점유율, 요일별 점유율, 주중주말관중비 등과 같이 총 5가지를 도출하였으며, 그에 따른 평가방법 및 필드 값을 제시하였다. 둘째, 재무적 관점에 있어서 CRM 시스템을 통해서 평가하고자 하는 영역에 대한 평가지표로 최근성, 주기성, 구매액, 활동확률, 팬 가치 변화 등을 도출하였으며, 그에 따른 평가방법 및 필드 값을 제시하였다. 셋째, 내부프로세스 관점에 있어서 CRM 시스템을 통해서 평가하고자 하는 영역에 대한 평가지표로 잠재고객비율, 고객관계 획득률, 평균고객획득 기간, 고객 유지율, 평균 고객관계 유지기간, 강화율, 이탈율 등을 도출하였으며, 그에 따른 평가방법 및 필드 값을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 스키리조트에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 그들의 직무 만족, 조직 헌신, 그리고 조직시민행동간의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 자료는 국내 5개 스키리조트에 종사하는 385명을 편의표본추출 방법을 통하여 수집하였다. 자료 분석에는 SPSS 13.0과 AMOS 6.0이 이용되었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 본 연구에 사용된 측정도구들은 자료에 적합한 것으로 드러났다. 구조 방정식을 이용한 가설 검정 결과 (1) 내적 그리고 외적 직무 만족은 직업 헌신의 중요한 예측변수였고, (2) 조직 헌신은 조직시민행동과 정적(+)인 관계로 나타났고, (3) 내적 직무만족도는 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났지만, 외적 직무만족도는 조직시민행동과 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 스키리조트 운영관리자들은 종사자들의 조직시민행동을 높이기 위해서는 외적만족도 보다는 내적만족도, 그리고 조직헌신을 높이는데 많은 시간을 할애해야 할 것이다. 또한 종사자들의 조직헌신도를 높이기 위해서는 내적, 외적만족도 모두 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior with the employees drawn from ski resorts in Korea. Data(n=385) for this study were conveniently collected from employees of five ski resorts in Korea. Statistical package of SPSS 13.0 V. and AMOS 6.0 were used for data analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the psychometric properties of each scale used in this study. The results of the structural equation model indicated that (1) both intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction make an important contribution to organizational commitment, (2)organizational commitment held positive relationships with organizational citizenship behavior, and (3) intrinsic satisfaction had a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior; however, the relationship between extrinsic satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior was not significant. Based on the results of the study, managers in ski resort should consider spending more time and effort on cultivating employee's intrinsic job satisfaction rather than extrinsic job satisfaction as well as organizational commitment in order to achieve a high level of OCB. In addition, both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction should be equally addressed in order to enhance employees' organizational commitment.

1945년에 모스크바 삼상회의에서 미국과 소련은 한국의 민주적 임시정부의 조속한 수립을 합의했다. 그러나 한국에는 신문들을 통해 신탁통치안의 합의라고 잘못 보도되면서 강력한 반탁여론이 형성되었고, 이것을 정치적 기회로 삼아 임정세력은 반탁운동을 펴 나갔다. 곧 반탁여론은 반소·반공여론으로 변질되면서 남한 내부에서는 좌우분열을 심화시켰고, 결국 미국과 소련의 한국에 대한 합의를 파기시키는 결과를 가져왔다. 사실 중경 임정의 반탁운동은 민족주의적 저항으로, 해방 전 국제공관론에 대한 반대운동에서 그 연원을 찾아볼 수 있다. 2차대전 중에 미국은 한국에 대한 국제신탁통치를 구상했고, 이 구상을 모스크바에서 영국과 소련의 동의를 얻어냈던 것이다. 해방직후 미국과 소련의 합의가 한국에 가장 큰 규정력을 갖던 때에 임정세력의 반탁운동이 주었던 득실은 무엇인지, 그리고 남북통일 문제와 관련해서 현재 우리에게 주는 시사점은 무엇인지 이 논문에서 살펴볼 것이다.
