전후 초기의 재건단계에서는 과거의 폐허위에 새로운 유형의 사회와 경제를 건설할 수 있는 계급동원 수단으로서의 노동조합에 대한 비전과, 바이마르시대의 파괴적인 분열을 피할 수 있는 능력과 의무를 가진 사회통합세력으로서의 노동조합의 비전 사이에 불안한 긴장이 존재했다. 초기에 새로 탄생한 노동운동 내부에는 사회민주주의자들 사이에 맑스주의를 지향하는 상당수의 좌파들 뿐 아니라 공산주의자들도 존재했다. 그러나 노동운동의 정치적 패배와 냉전 하에서의 반공산주의 기류로 인해 사회통합의 시각이 우세해지면서 사회적 시장경제라는 개념이 정착되어 수십 년 동안 독일노동조합의 정체성에 대한 견고한 관점이 되어왔다. 1980년대 이후에는 독일의 경 제상황이 악화되고 새로운 노동절약형 기술이 등장함에 따라 경제 및 사회구조가 사용자측에 상대적으로 유리한 방향으로 변화되고 있고, 독일이 통일됨에 따라 막대한 비용이 소요되며, 동부지역의 실업문제 해결과 노동운동의 동질성을 달성해야 하는 등 여러 가지 난제가 가로막고 있어 독일노동조합운동의 세력이 점점 약화되어 왔지만 독일노동조합운동 내에서 여전히 영향력 있는 목소리는 시장과 사회의 화해라고 볼 수 있다. 이는 일자리, 훈련 및 경쟁을 위한 3자 연대에 분명하게 나타나고 있다. 독일노동조합운동의 큰 특징은 이전의 화폐소득에 집중된 양적인 측면에서 1980년대 이후 노동시간 단축, 일자리 나누기와 보호, 노동의 인간화 등 주로 질적인 측면으로 변화해 갔다는 점이다. 이러한 현상은 자신의 이해와 직결되는 임금문제 뿐 아니라 작업의 자율성과 숙련의 유지를 포함하여 노동생활의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 작업현장을 노동자들이 원하고 있음을 보여주는 것이며, 이 또한 시장과 사회의 화해라는 관점에서 볼 때 자연스러운 결과라고 볼 수 있다. 한편 최근 독일노동조합의 이념에 계급 요소들은 상당히 약화되어 있는바, 이는 독일노동조합운동의 약화의 한 원인으로 간주될 수 있다.

본 논문은 조선전기 광주지역을 중심으로 입약 시행한 김문발의 「광주향약」과 이선제의 「광주향약조목」의 입약 시기 및 조목 내용을 『조선왕조실록』 및 『국조문과방목』・『수암지』・『문집』・『광산김씨세보』・『광산이씨세보』 등 주요 관・사찬 사료를 중심으로 재고찰하였다. 필자는 「광주향약」과 관련 기존 연구의 성과를 기반으로 기 발굴 사료를 비판적으로 수용하고 새로운 시각으로 「광주향약조목」과 퇴계의 「예안향립약조」와 광주 「양과동향약」 조목 및 내용의 상호 연관성을 규명하였다. 특히 김문발의 「광주향약」 입약시기는 정확히 확정할 수는 없었으나, 병을 이유로 낙향하여 광주지역에 머무른 시기인 1411년임을 근거를 통해 제시하였다. 또한 이선제의 「광주향약조목」 입약 시기는1451년이며, 지역적・시기적 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 1556년 입약한 퇴계 이황의 「예안향립약조」와 1604년에 입약한 「양과동향약」 간의 정치적 상황에 따른 유사성에 천착하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare clinical effect of the Langer & Langer technique, the modified Langer & Langer technique and Bruno technique. Material and Methods: 30 patients who have gingiva recession(Miller class I or class II) were carried root coverage. Langer & Langer technique(14 patients/32 tooth), modified Langer & Langer technique(5 patients/10 tooth) and Bruno technique(11 patients/18 tooth) was carried. At baseline and average 3 months after operation, it was estimated clinical index(Pocket depth, gingiva recession, clinical attachment level, keratinized gingiva, scar tissue, root coverage rate) by Williams style probe. Result: Root coverage rate is indicated Langer & Langer technique(8S%), Modified Langer & Langer technique(86%) and Bruno technique(90%). Conclusion: All three of the procedures were effective in gingival recession and improved clinical parameters.

Co 첨가에 의한 Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B 초미세립 복합상의 자성체의 자기적 특성

Nd$_4$Fe$_{77.5-x}$Co$_x$(HfGa)$_y$B$_{18.5}$(0 $\leq$ x $\leq$ 5, 0 $\leq$ y $\leq$ 0.5)를 연구하여 Co의 첨가가 Fe$_3$B/Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B 초미세립 복합상 자석의 자기적 특성을 향상시킨다는 것을 발견하였다. 자기적 특성이 향상된 원인은 Co를 첨가하면 $\alpha$-Fe와 Fe$_3$B의 결정화가 느려지고 Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B의 결정화는 증가되기 때문이었다. Fe$_3$B와 Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B의 결정화온도 차이가 감소한 것이 용사 리본을 후열처리하는 동안 각 상의 그레인 성장을 균일하게 하였다고 할 수 있다. 3 $\sim$ 5 wt.\%의 Co의 첨가를 통해서 보자력(iHc)이 3.27에서 3.54 kOe까지 증가되었고, 잔류자화(4$\pi$M$_r$)는 11.54 kG 가까이 증가되었다. 26 m/sec의 휠 속도와 680 $^\circ$C에서 10분간의 자장열처리를 통해 Nd$_4$Fe$_{71.5}$Co$_5$Hf$_{0.5}$Ga$_{0.5}$B$_{18.5}$ 리본의 초미세립 복합상 자석을최적화 시킴으로써, B$_r$ = 11.54 kG, $_i$H$_c$ = 3.54 kOe, (BH)$_{\max}$ = 14.35 MGOe의 자기적 특성을 부피 생산선으로부터 얻었다. The addition of Co into Nd$_4$Fe$_{77.5-x}$Co$_x$(HfGa)$_y$B$_{18.5}$ (0 $\leq$ x $\leq$ 5, y = 0, 0.5) was found to enhance the magnetic properties of Fe$_3$B/Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B nanocomposite magnets. The enhancement resulted from the fact that Co retarded the crystallization of $\alpha$-Fe or Fe$_3$B but accelerated that of Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B. The decreased interval between the onsets of the crystallization temperatures of the Fe$_3$B and the Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B phases enabled the grain growth of each phase to be uniform during a post annealing of the melt spun ribbons. The addition of 3 $\sim$ 5 at.\% Co into the ternary composition Nd$_4$Fe$_{77.5}$B$_{18.5}$ increased the coercivity ($_i$H$_c$) from 3.27 to 3.54 kOe with an enhanced remanence value (4$\pi$M$_r$) of around 11.54 kG. From the ribbon magnets of Nd$_4$Fe$_{71.5}$Co$_5$Hf$_{0.5}$Ga$_{0.5}$B$_{18.5}$ made at 26 m/sec and annealed at 680 $^\circ$C for 10 min, the magnetic properties of B$_r$ = 11.54 kG, $_i$H$_c$ = 3.54 kOe, and (BH)$_{\max}$ = 14.35 MGOe were obtained from a volume production line.
