Creep test was carried out to percieve actual stress change due to pore formation in Inconel 617. The number and size of pores was increased as strain increased, the influence of pores on actual true stress was insignificant up to 20% strain and the influence to the stress near rupture was 1-2%.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how dance training effects and improves the physical and spritual health of the amateur dancers. To carry out this aim, first, I examine the benefits os dance as exercise, and then I find out what the health factors of dance training are. And then, I look carefully at what kinds of dance are best for amateur dancers, and what to look for when choosing a class. Dancing is the ideal way to stay in shape, since it condition the body several ways at once by developing strength and endurance as well as stretch and flexibility. Dancers have better rhythm, balance and agility than many other athletes. While calisthenics and athletics work the body alone, dance training awakens the senses and attunes the mind to the body. The dancer learns how to control his body by becoming sensitized to it. Even the rank beginner is taught to cultivate the sensuous side of his being. In this respect, dancing can change four life because the very process of learning is a way to self-discovery and personal growth. Dancing is also a relatively inexpensive recreation. Dance lessons cost considerable less than tennis, golf or music lessons or, for that matter, some exercise classes. The equipment is minimal; you do not have expensive skis, rackets or clubs to pay for. It is cheaper to dance than to go to the theater or season. In some classes the music alone is so mood that it is worth the price of admission.

The public enthusiasm of folk dance is a power of cohesion from public constituents that are connected from past to present, and its their work and rhythm of their life itself. It is living collective energy and a sense of unity with nature of the moment we feel humans freedom and liberation. In addition, it expresses folk progressive life and is the enthusiasm showed by gesture from hope and wish caused by limits and hardships in the whirlpool of puzzled life. It has to be a public enthusiastic take-off which is afflicted with our whole body and has meaning only when the folk feeling is showing in an open space. In folk dance, if we accomplish the function of suggest and create a new spirit of folk art and discover the worth of folk art with power against every exploitation, extortion and corruption act negatively in folk life as an expression of life desire of public with will ; enthusiasm in Mask Dance in trouble with the nobility power reveals the hypocrisy or falsehood of human and society as they are to look squarely on life at the same time, satirize the social absurdity through exorcising enthusiasm. So Mask Dance is the dance public enjoys and dances with themselves. Therefore, the modernization of Korean Dance through this folk dance included the public consciousness should be our own not an imitation of others. And it should be advanced to folk dance via joint work based on the union crisis in Korean historical and social situation. Besides, it has to express universal Korean feeling and a world view. Consequently, for methodologies of this; first, emerge from the old anachronistic and ideologic subject we have to arouse audiences sympathy by assimilating the daily substance of modern society magnifying the material and form of work as our life of this time. Second, it -the modernization of Korean Dance-must be unevitable outcome from the inner necessity of a dancer himself via consciousness of historical and social recognition of dance. In short, we had better to know that the vigorous growth and development of modernization in Korean Dance is an each dancers mission and great capacity improving racial history. Then, we need to recognize popular and historical consciousness and need an attitude in the presence of the joint work based on it. Eventually, the folk spirit presented from folk dance that is suggested as one of the methodologies korean Dance should toward today, and will be connected to the living dance of Korea, not copy others but our dance, with modern work of Korean Dance and when a performer and audience achieve a sense of unity and have sympathy.

Along with the appearance of Modern Dance, which is widely known as one of creative arts, the space- formative viewpoint of dance gathered strength for the first time. The aim of this paper is to explain theoretically the process of intellectual artistic representation in dance as equal to the other arts concerning aesthetic aspects ; dance as detached from the mere conception of techniques since dance began really to attempt the aesthetic construction for spacial art. Dance is a kind of art which is created, more than that it is being sublimed into one of creative art forms. The importance of motive, the role of which is to inspire the creation of dance, is also examined here. It is also emphasized systematically that every gesture should have its ownvalue and relevance to the theme of the dance. The necessity of impromptu amusement in the functional stage of basic creation is stressed, and of the elements of representational creation impromptu amusement makes up of basic stages of creative dance in order to help intensify the purposed theme. This process is divided into 8 stages.
