      • 무전해도금을 이용한 Pd/Ru 복합 분리막

        SiHCl3를 제조하는 공정에서 배출되는 클로로실란 혼합가스 중 수소의 재이용을 위하여 분리공정이 필수적이며, Pd계 분리막이 사용될 수 있다. 일반적인 Pd분리막의 경우 300°C 이하에서 수소 흡착에 의한 취성문제와 공존하는 불순물가스에 의한 손상문제가 있을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하고자 Pd layer 위에 Ru을 무전해 도금하여 Pd/Ru 복합 분리막을 제조하였고 저온에서 수소 투과도 및 안정성을 평가한 결과 180°C에서 50일 동안 수소에 의한 취성이 발생하지 않았으며 1.8 m3m-2h-1의 안정적인 투과량을 나타내었고. 또한 5% HCl, 0.5% SiHCl3가 포함된 가스를 225°C의 온도에서 2 bar로 주입하였을 때 9 hr 동안 Pd/Ru 복합 분리막이 손상되지 않고 수소의 투과량이 2.0 m3m-2h-1 이상으로 유지됨을 확인하였다.

        코로나 방전에 따른 실리콘 고무의 표면 특성

        This paper aims to investigate the effect of silicone oils as processing agent affecting the loss and recovery of hydrophobicity. The recovery of hydrophobicity was evaluated by the measurement of the surface electrical resistivity and the contact angle on the SIR surface. Two kinds of silicone oils (1 and 2) having different molecular weight were selected under a consideration of hydrophobicity and processability. SIR specimens were exposed to corona discharges in air and the specimens were analyzed with contact angle and surface resistance measurements. It was observed that the contact angle and the surface resistivity of SIR increase gradually with testing time. The fast recovery of hydrophobicity of SIR, expressed by the increment of contact angle and surface resistivity, was showed in SIR2 containing silicone oil 2.

        Matrix Metallopeptidase 2 Gene Polymorphism is Associated with Obesity in Korean Population

        The aim of this study was to determine whether single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of matrix metallopeptidase 2 (MMP2) are associated with obesity. MMP2 is an enzyme with proteolytic activity against matrix and nonmatrix proteins, particularly basement membrane constituents. To identify the relationship between polymorphisms of MMP2 and overweight/obese, we genotyped 5 SNPs (rs17242319, rs1053605, rs243849, rs2287074, and rs10775332) of the coding region of MMP2 using the Golden Gate assay on an Illumina BeadStation 500 GX. One hundred and forty two overweight/ obese (BMI ≥23) and 145 normal (BMI 18 to <23) subjects were analyzed. SNPStats, Haploview, HapAnalyzer, SNPAnalyzer, and Helixtree programs were used for the analysis of genetic data. A linkage disequilibrium (LD) block was discovered among the 5 SNPs selected, including rs17242319, rs1053605, rs243849, and rs2287074. Of the 5 polymorphisms, 2 synonymous SNPs [rs17242319 (Gly226Gly) and rs10775332 (Phe602Phe)] were found significant associations with overweight/obese. Recently, rs1132896 replaced rs17242319 as a new number (SNP database, BUILD 129). In haplotype analysis using Haploview, a haplotype (haplotype: CCCA) containing a meaningful polymorphism (rs17242319) was found to be significantly different. The results suggest that MMP2 may be associated with overweight/obese in Korean population.         차량 주행상태를 고려한 차량 배출가스 산정 모형 구축

        Traffic signal is one of the major factors that affect the amount of vehicle emissions on urban highway. The amount of vehicle emissions in urban area is highly affected by the vehicle’s cruising speeds heavily influenced by the traffic signal lighting conditions. It was attempted in this study to trace the changing patterns of the vehicle emissions by collecting the emission data from a set of simulation studies and by categorizing vehicle cruising conditions into four different groups: idling, acceleration, deceleration, and running at a constant speed. Authors propose a simple emission model prepared based on Kinematic theory. The validation test results showed that the amount of the emission estimated by the proposed model was relatively satisfactory compared to the one of the existing model employing the average speed data only as the determinant. 대기오염물질과 온실가스가 주는 폐해는 점차 심각한 수준으로 발전하고 있는 상황에서 자동차에 의한 배출가스가 대표적인 배출원의 하나로 손꼽히고 있다. 교통부문에 있어서는 교통운영전략 등에 의해 배출가스량을 억제 및 관리할 수 있는 방법론에 대한 연구가 필요한 상황이나 아직까지 차량의 운행행태 즉 가속, 감속, 정지 시 등에 따른 배출량을 산정할 수 있는 모형에 대한 연구는 미미한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 신호교차로와 같은 도로를 주행하는 차량이 가속, 감속 정지 하면서 배출하는 배출가스량을 산정할 수 있는 모형을 구축하였으며 이를 위하여 차량 실험을 기반으로 배출량표를 작성하고 차량의 움직임을 운동학적 접근법으로 분석하여 모형을 구축하였다. 최종적으로는 미시적 시뮬레이터와 배출표를 이용하여 가장 현실적인 배출량 산정체계를 구축하여 모형을 검증, 평가하였다. 평가 결과 기존의 평균주행속도를 이용한 배출모형 보다 상대적으로 정확한 배출량을 산정하는 것으로 분석되었다.
