The role of directing in theatre production is to stimulate the creative imagination of the actors, broaden the inquiry abilities and enhance the confidence. Directing is effective when choosing the rehearsal technique method and starting with the rehearsal as the preparation training for actors. The preparation training for actors is to prepare the mind and body of the actors to express what they want. This relaxes the actors muscles and prepares them for the future theatre work. Physical preparation training methods such as stretching and motion training causes physiological effect that raises the body temperature of the actors, which increases the oxygen consumption in the muscles and stimulates the activities of the enzymes that enhances metabolism. This makes the functions of the body organs more active and improves the physical ability of the actors. In the meditation type among the psychological preparation training methods, the cultivation of both inner nature(Xing) and fate(Ming) of Qigong and meditation training liberate the actors from all the distracting factors such as stage fright and nervousness through mental concentration, enabling the actors to perform holistic acting in the theatre.

Knowledge of linguistics and grammatical communication skills have been taught in Korean language expression in our daily life and in schooling. This has lead to the misunderstanding that Korean grammar is all that is needed to understand language expression. It is obvious that the acquisition of school grammar and Korean language expression allows us to utilize cultural language. However, understanding the expressive aspects of novels and cultural language and their proper utilization means we must cope with competitiveness in cultural knowledge-based industries in accordance with the globalizd 4<SUP>th</SUP>knowledge-based culture industrial age of the 21<SUP>st</SUP> century. Competent utilization of cultural language allows us to enjoy are fined and sophisticated cultural social life. Therefore, this paper tries to investigate, to analyze, and to suggest the aspects of language expressions in context of a cultural langue for novels, movies, animation, and per forming arts rather than a concept of dictionary of conventional Korean linguistics and personal notions. For language factors, it is necessary to acquire a competent ability to understand customs and writing styles by genre and language norms to deal with spoken and written languages. It is also important to acquire proficiency in social and cultural factors of a language not only reflecting the personal ability of listeners and readers but also considering the social value and cultural background. Personal psychological factors are also very important in an expression ability for advanced thinking power in analyzing, organizing, integrating, and creating a basic thinking ability for acquiring knowledge, remembering, and computing. Therefore, the cultural language expression for novels, movies, animation, and performing arts is recreated based on these linguistic factors.

There are various methods of theatre production, but the method of collaborative creation is not only a way of creating works that are preferred in the student-centered theatre education, but also a way of creating new works that are often tried in young artists theatre production. Collaborative creation makes the relationship between director and actor horizontal and companion instead of vertical relationship. It is also an attractive methodology in that actor’s acting is made more active and creative, and actor’s energetic energy fills stage. Beginning with nine elements for collaborative creation, Anne Bogart’s(1951~ ) the methods of acting training by Viewpoints allows actors to see how to listen to the body in an extraordinary way, to realize their habits and limitations, to eliminate fear of using your body, maximizing the creativity of the actor with perception of movement, space and time. In the end, the methods of acting training by Viewpoints allows the actor to reach the ultimate goal of the work with the relative actor by making the state of the body the best creative state beyond the limit of the text. Therefore, this training method is important not only for the training methods that students must learn in the course of theatre education, but also because they can perform the best ensemble performances for the early actors in the course of theatre production.

Measures to promote entertainment in line with Management planning and cultural marketing for performing arts such as theater, musicals, non-verbal performance, TV drama and classic literature can meet the demand of the times when such performances are preceded by unique and creative performing arts planning that can offer benefits to audiences and local residents through the use of efficient entertainers and 4C strategy that encompasses performance space, theater, agreements with the media and promotion. The 21st century is often dubbed as the era of cultural industries. As such, the acceptance of entertainment culture with a focus on popular culture and related marketing strategies are important. In accordance with the trends in an era of cultural industries where images, uniqueness, stories and emotional appeal take on more importance, society is also changing into one where the competitive source of an individual, corporation, region or nation is found in emotional appeal rather than material or technical prowess. The acceptance of entertainment culture where the focus is on the consumer is creating new demand through differentiated strategies and premium strategies in cultural marketing, as well as through supply of services to meet consumer needs. By developing performing arts plans and marketing strategies based on these points, entertainment content can be further developed.

In the 30th edition of 〈Chunhyangjeon〉, Chunhyang is conventionally presented as a woman who tries to protect her chastity and it eventually bears the fruits of her love. On the other hand in 〈Seongchunhyang〉, Chunhyang is reinterpreted as a woman who strives to protect feminist self-consciousness and beliefs, even in unreasonable social situations. By comparing the two different works, we can see differences in the behavior of the characters in how to overcome various obstacles, such as irregularity, gender discrimination, and identity conflict. By reinterpreting the emotions of the characters in the classic novel into the emotions of the modern characters, we can see the how the characters grow when trying to overcome the situation and find a solution, even though there is no change yet. This can be seen as the emotions of the characters become different as time goes by. As the times go by, the world’s values and inclinations also change, and the irrationalities of the world will also go in various directions. Through the fusion of culture into history, even though it’s irrational but we become familiar with it and will clearly understand the absurdities, and we can look forward to changes in the process.

해외의 많은 축제들은 ‘도시이미지 마케팅’ 차원에서 기획되는 경향이 짙으며, 우리나라에서도 이러한 추세가 서서히 반영되고 있다. 김천국제가족연극제 역시 대한민국 행복중심도시를 표방하는 김천시의 ‘도시이미지 마케팅’과 맞닿아 생겨 난 축제 가운데 하나이다. 이러한 차원에서 기획된 축제의 대부분은 중도에 흐지부지되는 경우가 많지만 김천국제가족연극 제는 타 연극제와의 차별화 전략을 통해 관객 개발에 있어서 관객확보의 성공적 사례로 12회를 이어가고 있다. 본 논문은 김천국제가족연극제의 역사와 현황을 바탕으로 특징과 차별성을 짚어보고 5년 연속 관객점유율 100%을 이어가고 있는 관객 개발 방법을 분석하고자 한다. 지역 공연예술축제가 지닌 예술성과 지역성과의 결합을 통해 관객들에게 ‘보여주는’ 간접적 참여에 그치는 연극제가 아니라 관객들이 직접 ‘만지고 느끼는’ 참여·유희성·자발성을 지닌 연극제로서 발돋움함은 당연하다. 이에 김천국제가족연극제의 발전을 위한 개선방안과 과제를 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다. This paper presents the history and status of the Kimcheon International Family Theatre Festival Theatre Festival and others based on the reports point out the distinction of a 100% share of the audience for the fifth consecutive year to analyze the cause. In particular, with local art and local performing arts festivals, audiences through a combination of 'show' Theatre Festival are also indirectly involved in the 'touch and feel' willingness to participate. 연극제작에 있어서 연출의 첫 번째 중요한 임무는 공연할 작품을 선정하는 것이다. 좋은 작품의 선정 기준은 제작할만한 가치가 있고, 현시대 관객들에게 무엇을 전달하려는 지와 배우가 스스로 납득하고 창조할 수 있는 작품, 희곡자체가 완성도가 높은 희곡, 진실성을 관객에게 줄 수 있는 작품, 연출이 감당할 수 있는 작품과 배우의 수, 배우의 능력, 극장 공간, 기술적인 조건, 경제적인 조건 등이다. 또한 시대에 부합하고 관객에게 메시지를 던져 줄 수 있는 작품, 연출의 사상과 부합하는 작품, 자기색깔을 낼 수 있는지 아닌지의 판단이 중요 하며, 열린 구조의 희곡과 작가적 미학적 깊이, 예술적 완성도, 사회성, 오늘날 관객의 정서의 중요함 등이 작품선정 방법과 기준에 의해 이루어지고 있음을 사례 연구를 통해 알 수 있었다. The first important duty of directing in producing theatre is to select a play to perform. The standards of selecting good works includes being worthy of producing, trying to deliver something to the contemporary audience, the work that actors themselves can understand and create, the play that has high completion level, the work that can give truth to the audience, the work that directing team can handle, number of actors, ability, space, technical and economic conditions, and so on. In addition, it is important to judge whether or not a work is the one that can give a message to the audience, a work is consistent with the thought of directing team, a work can show its own color, and through the case study, we could see that the standards of selecting play, such as open-structure play, author’s aesthetic depth, artistic completion level, sociality and the importance of audience’s emotion today, are followed by those who select play.

With expended focus on success factors from that of previous studies, this study analyzed success factors of Gimcheon International Family Theater Festival. This study tried approaches to ``perceptions and differences``, ``evaluation of importance``, ``assessment of success strategy`` and made a difference from previous studies. It was found that success factors of the festival had a significant influence on the success strategy for the successful hosting of Gimcheon International Family Theater Festival, and the success of the festival was directly related to the level of satisfaction of festival participants. The data was based on the analysis of valid samples of 100 participants in the 12 day-long event, the 13th Gimcheon International Family Theater Festival in 2015. The analysis result showed that the most important success factors for the event were ``differentiation and specialization of performance``, ``adequacy of high quality performance program``, and ``degree of completion of artistic and educational performances``. Also, these success factors were found to have a big influence on the success strategy of Gimcheon International Family Theater Festival, which is, in the aspect of values, specialized as a theater festival for family and children. According to these results, corresponding implications were suggested.

Musical is a comprehensive art that combines dance, song, and acting. It is one of the fastest growing cultural industries in performing arts. In addition to the growth of the cultural industry, researches on musicals has increased in terms of marketing. However, most of researches were about musical selection factors, audience market segmentation, viewing motivation, post - purchase behavior, and satisfaction. In other words, marketing factors were found in an external environment other than performance itself. This study is an empirical study through the scientific verification of the customer satisfaction of the musical audience, and it intends to find the factors that musical audiences experience the satisfaction from inside the performance, not from outside the performance. As the interaction between the audience and the stage increases in performing arts, this study seeks to analyze the impact on customer satisfaction by including the audience as a main factor of the performance. The major factors of the performance in this paper are focused on text, theater, audience, actor, stage device, stage costume, director, sound and music. A total of eight performance factors were hypothesized to affect the customer satisfaction and these were tested through questionnaires and analysis. As a result, As a result, text, sound and music, and audience factors were found to have a great influence on customer satisfaction among the eight performance factors, and the other actors, stage devices, stage costumes, directors, and theater factors also had significant effects. In addition, this study analyzed the customer satisfaction by adding two control variables: prior knowledge about performances and preference for artistic popularity. It was confirmed that there is a change in the order of the factors that have a significant effect on the control variables. The factors derived from this study are expected to be helpful in introducing a marketing perspective to the planning and production of domestic musical industry and contributing to the development of the musical industry.

드라마 연극이 희곡 텍스트를 무대 위에 재현하는 데 관심을 두고 있다면, 포스트드라마 연극은 희곡 텍스트로부터 해방된 연극을 지향한다. 이 과정에서 드라마 연극이 만들어놓은 여러 경계들이 해체된다. 포스트드라마 연극은 새로운 문화콘텐츠로서 관객과 소통하는 방법을 찾게 한다. 그 방법은 무엇보다 연극성의 회복에서 발견된다. 드라마 연극이 연극성보다 문학성에 종속된 것에 비해서 포스트드라마 연극은 문학성으로부터 해방된 연극성을 지향하고 있기 때문에 포스트드라마 연극의 문화콘텐츠로서의 가능성을 보여준다. If a drama play is interested in recreating the play text on stage, the post-drama play aims at a drama that has been liberated from the play text. In this process, the boundaries created by drama theater are dismantled. The post-dramatic play finds ways to communicate with the audience as new cultural content. The method is found above all in the restoration of dramaturgy. Because the post-drama play is more dependent on theatricality than literature, this shows the possibility of post-dramatic play as cultural contents.
