        의료기관 해외진출 시 해외파견근무에 대한 지각된 위험에 따른 세분화 연구

        With the globalization of health care industry, efforts are being made to create the worldwide values of the Korean health care industry and to promote the creation of the new growth employment related to the industry`s overseas expansion. In this regard, this paper aimed to identify the perceived risks of overseas work. To meet this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting the medical personnel, health and medical service personnel, and administration staff of S Hospital which is actively engaged in its overseas expansion project. The collected data went through a coding process was made of them by using the SPSS 23.0 to verify the market segmentation research of the perceived risks for overseas work. As a result of the empirical analysis, they are classed as three groups, Time efficiency focus group, Physical safety focus group, Business performance focus group. And It`s a significant difference compared to three groups. In this regard, it can be said that the results of this study provide a practical and important implication to expanding health care services to overseas markets for promoting the globalization of the health wellness industry; for it was performed targeting the medical personnel, health and medical service personnel, and administration staff who can actually be dispatched to overseas work and identified the differentiation through market segmentation about perceived risks.

        의료관광사업의 MPR 전략에 대한 연구 -태국「범룽랏병원」과 한국「우리들병원」사례분석을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the MPR strategy focused on international medical consumers in order to activate the medical tourism industry in Korea in the initial phase of medical tourism industry and to use it as necessary data when establishing MPR strategy in the future at the level of hospital. For this purpose, the cases of Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand and Wooridul Hospital in Korea, which are considered as a leading hospital in medical tourism, were analyzed. The data were collected by using the general data, annual reports, conference proceedings of analysts and management, international press releases and interview data and literature data in the academic world appeared on the website of Bumrungrad International Hospital. In addition, the data of Wooridul Hospital were collected by applying the annual performance of medical tourism business and job content and public relations activities by country between 2009 and 2011 in ``Wooridul International Patients Center(WIPC)``. The methods of analysis were as follows: First, this study analyzed MPR strategies of these hospitals by applying the management and attraction of foreign patients strategies of Bumrungrad International Hospital and Wooridul Hospital to the Harris`s Grid Strategy among MPR strategies. Second, this study compared and evaluated the results in Harris`s MPR process. These results showed that there were differences in strategies of medical tourism business between the two hospitals in Section B, ``high reliability of hospitals but low preference/awareness of international medical consumers``. Problems were found in MPR strategy of Wooridul Hospital`s medical tourism business in Section C, ``high preference/awareness of international medical consumers but low reliability of hospitals``. It was also shown that differentiated strategies to let them select hospitals in Korea are required based on their understanding in order to activate medical tourism industry.

        의료서비스 해외진출에 대한 의료기관 종사자들의 인식과 파견동기, 지각된 위험 및 위험감소전략 간의 구조적 관계

        본 논문은 헬스케어 산업의 글로벌화로 한국형 의료서비스산업의 세계적 가치창출을 마련하고 해외진출 관련 신 성장 일자리 창출을 도모하고 있는 현 시점에서, 의료서비스 해외진출에 대한 의료기관 종사자들의 인식과 파견동기 및 지각된 위험과 위험감소전략 간의 구조적 인과관계를 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 의료기관 해외진출 프로젝트를 활발히 수행하고 있는 S병원의 의료인, 의료기사, 그리고 행정직을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 수집된 자료는 데이터 코딩 과정을 거쳐 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구성개념간 인과관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 의료서비스 해외진출에 대한 인식이 파견동기에 미치는 영향관계(H1), 파견동기가 지각된 위험에 미치는 영향관계(H2), 지각된 위험이 위험감소전략에 미치는 영향관계(H3) 및 파견동기가 위험감소전략에 미치는 영향관계(H4)의 모든 영향 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 간접효과에 대한 각 요인별 인과 관계도 검증하였다. 따라서 글로벌 헬스케어 산업의 활성화를 위해 실제 해외파견인력이 될 수 있는 의료인, 의료기사, 그리고 행정직을 대상으로 해외진출에 대한 인식, 파견동기, 지각된 위험, 그리고 위험감소전략의 구조적 영향관계에 대하여 파악한 본 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 중요한 시사점을 가진다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. In this regard, this paper aimed to identify the structural causal relationship among the perceptions of medical institution employees about the overseas expansion of health care services, expeditionary motivation for overseas work, and perceived risks and risk reduction strategies. To meet this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting the medical personnel, medical technician, and administration staff of S Hospital. As a result of the empirical analysis, the effects of the perceptions about the overseas expansion of health care services on the expeditionary motivation (H1), those of the expeditionary motivation on the perceived risks (H2), those of the perceived risks on the risk reduction strategies (H3), and those of the expeditionary motivation on the risk reduction strategies (H4) were all found to be statistically significant. Also, the causal relationship by factor for indirect effects was verified. In this regard, it can be said that the results of this study provide a practical and important implication to expanding health care services to overseas markets for promoting the globalization of the healthcare industry; for it was performed targeting the medical personnel who can actually be dispatched to overseas work and identified the structural influence relationship among the perceptions about overseas work, dispatch motives, perceived risks, and risk reduction strategies.

        UTAUT를 활용한 NFC 보건의료서비스 수용 의도에 관한 연구 -의료인 및 의료기관 실무자 중심으로-

        The purpose of this research is to examine the impact on intention to use of NFC Healthcare service with medical institutions; doctors and staffs of hospital level. Additionally, we looked over the intermediary role of voluntariness, as the variable in their circumstance. Therefore, this research looks into the impact on NFC healthcare service, will be feasible as the basic data for the use of NFC healthcare service. The results proved that each factors of independent variable(performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, effort expectation had a positive effect on intention to use. In addition, all factors affected positively on voluntariness, which have an positive influence on intention to use. Finally, it is proved that voluntariness plays an absolute mediating role between independent variable(performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, effort expectation) and intention to use. This research has limitations to generalize that it used voluntariness as the mediating variable, which was moderating variable of UTAUT model, that we measured partial portion of medical institutions from the perspective of medical employees

        보건의료산업 글로벌화 정책의 성과 및 향후 과제

        In 1994 Korea government began to develop the healthcare industry, since then the government has tried to create opportunities to promote the industry through various political efforts and policies. The biggest achievement was attracting foreign patients from 2009 to 2016 with a cumulative 1.56 million and total revenue of 3 trillion won. But Korea still loses the opportunity to become a global leader in the health care industry due to regulations and various ideological disputes. Accordingly, it is necessary to facilitate policy understanding and present a practical road map so that Korea’s healthcare industry become a new growth engine that will lead the trend of global market in the future. It also suggests a national economic development paradigm, the health economy as health and economic value are rotated through a shift in view of health care. At this point, 20 years after the beginning of the healthcare industry development, it is necessary to evaluate the related policies and discuss effective future directions. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to examine the policies and limitations of the healthcare industry by each government division, and based on it, to propose political tasks for the future.

        감염관리활동이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 치과기공사를 대상으로

        The present study aims to investigate the impact of infection control activities of dental technician on job satisfaction. The aim was to improve the working environment for dental technicians working in Seoul by recognizing the risk of infection, and interesting in the infection control activities and personal protection. In addition, infection control activities were aimed to influence job satisfaction to prevent ceasing of dental technician, and to be used as data to establish professional self-concept of dental technician and professional development for dental technician. The survey was distributed to 200 dental technicians in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul using a Google questionnaire, which is a form of mail and online questionnaire, and 143 of the collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The statistical analysis methods used in this study were based on frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis. In addition, through independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance, differences between factors were identified, and multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the causal relationship between infection control activities (independent variables) and job satisfaction (dependent variables). The questionnaire of the previous studies, “Awareness and practice of infection control by dental technicians in Jeju Province” and “A study on the relationship between professional self-concept and job satisfaction of dental technicians” was used in the present study after correcting and supplementing. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 59 questions, including 16 questions related to infection control activities, 24 questions related to job satisfaction, and 10 general questions. The results of the effect of infection control activities on job satisfaction were 1. The compensation system for work, which is a factor of job satisfaction, was affected by the workplace environment. 2. Pride in work and positive social relationship were affected by the necessity of infection control. 3. Satisfaction of the workplace was affected by infection control program and the necessity of infection control. Based on the results of the present study, it is required to establish the workplace environment for infection control guidelines and infection control, and continuous infection control program should be conducted by continuing education.

        능동학습 기반 환자안전을 위한 직군간 교육 - 여러 병원 내 다직종 직원 대상

        Background: Patient safety has a direct impact on the patient’s health and life, so all members of the hospital should consider it first. Patient safety accidents are often occured by organizational problems rather than individual medical personnel. Therefore, effective interprofessional collaboration(IPC) among experts is essential, so interprofessional education(IPE) is considered important. Methods : A prospective study method of one-group pretest-posttest design was used that provides IPE using active learning-oriented teaching methods for health workers in various occupations of various hospitals, and evaluates self-efficacy, communication confidence, and attitude toward IPE. Results : 17 trainees from 8 hospitals were evaluated. First, the average of the awareness of patient safety culture was 3.62 points. Next, the score of each indicators increased in the pre-post evaluation. The average of communication confidence was from 3.73 to 3.95 points, self-efficacy was from 3.99 to 4.11 points, and attitude toward IPE was from 4.44 to 4.52 points, but not significant. Conclusions: This study would have a great significance in that it was conducted on health workers in various occupations of various hospitals. As a result of a pre and post education survey conducted with trainees, the score was improved in communication confidence, self-efficacy, and attitude toward IPE. It seems to be due to the use of active learning teaching methods, and the active participation of trainees.
