In order to improve the fuel economy of a hydraulic drilling machine, which consumes relatively large amount of fuel compared to other typical construction machinery, a comparison is made between gravimetric fuel consumption using mass flowmeter and CAN signal. And, since the data of CAN signal is close enough to the measured data of a flowmeter, fuel consumption at real work mode is measured and analyzed using CAN signals. A result show that drilling mode occupies about 67.4% of total fuel consumption. It is concluded that this work may contribute to enhance fuel economy of hydraulic drilling machines.

There is to consumer affair and the issue which is important for the consumer to secure the fairness of consumer contract. The consumer compares in the business owner and there is a disadvantage from the contract contracting process which follows in the tribe of information is necessary to a consumer affair. And with use of agreement there is to decision of contract contents and there is a disadvantage. For the solution of like this problem about effect of contract provision is from consumer relevant law, it with withdrawal is the invalid provision of contract. Case of invalidity of contract, in compliance with the general consideration of civil law, and provision is from consumer contract relevant law. By the way, for the fairness security of consumer contract from with intention the effort for the agreement of indication is necessary. Namely, provides proper information about the consumer with means that the attainment of the goal which the consumer is economic is possible. In conclution, puts about the invalid unifying provision of consumer contract from consumer organic law, to future the establishment of consumer provision from the before civil law is requested.

인터넷 포교의 현실 인식과 과제

뉴 미디어는 새로운 기술들이 접목되면서 정보 유통의 수단으로 지속적인 발전을 계속하고 있다. 이러한 뉴미디어의 특성으로는 정보전달 방법의 변화와 수용자의 개인화를 가속화 시키는 것을 들 수 있다. 따라서 뉴 미디어의 등장은 多미디어 ․ 多채널의 정보화 환경을 조성했다. 이러한 정보화 사회를 가능하게 하는 매체가 인터넷이다. 정보화 사회가 종교문화에 준 가장 큰 변화는 인터넷으로만 포교하는 인터넷 사찰과 교회의 등장이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 종교단체에서는 인터넷이라고 하는 새로운 환경에 적응하는 것이 큰 과제가 되고 있다. 불교는 기본적으로 출세간적인 성향을 지니고 있고 세속적인 흐름에 민감한 편이 아니기 때문에 인터넷 포교는 타종교에 비해 활성화된 편은 아니다. 이런 상황에서 불교계의 인터넷포교 현실을 올바로 인식하고 발전적인 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는 것이 이 글의 목적이다. 현재 조계종 종단을 비롯하여 24개 교구본사와 지역의 사찰을 중심으로 대부분 홈페이지를 운영하면서 인터넷 포교에 관심을 보이고 있다. 또 사이버 불교대학과 각종 수행 관련 사이트가 기하급수적으로 증가하면서 인터넷 포교의 활성화가 이루어지고 있는 과정이다. 그러나 뉴미디어시대의 종교문화는 인터넷을 중심 으로 예측할 수 없을 정도로 다양하게 전개되고 있다. 종교 역시, 인터넷을 중심으로 조직되고 운영되기 시작하면서 많은 영향을 받고 있다. 따라서 인터넷은 뉴미디어시대의 포교도구로서 가장 주목받고 있는 매체이다. 그러나 불교계 인터넷 사이트의 양적인 증가도 중요하지만 운영과 내용 등에 대한 철저한 분석과 연구를 통해 진정 불교인에게 도움이 되는 인터넷 포교의 방향 설정이 필요한 시점이다. 그리고 불교의 포교관행이나 방법도 대폭적인 변화가 절실한 시점 이다. 즉, 인터넷이라는 사이버 공간에 익숙해져 있는 현대인들, 특히 청소년층을 대상으로 하는 포교는 그들의 취향에 맞는 포교 전략이 세워지고 실행되어야한다. 또한 인터넷을 통한 포교가 활성화되기 위해서는 양질의 콘텐 츠를 생산하고 저작권을 확보하는 작업이 전문인들을 통해 선행 되어야 한다. New media keeps sustainable development as a means of information circulation by adopting new technologies. The characteristics of such new media include the change in the method of information delivery and the acceleration of personalization of the consumers. Therefore, the emergence of new media has formed the information-oriented environment of multiple media / multiple channel. The Internet is the means of potentializing such information-oriented society. The biggest changes the information-oriented society brought to the religious culture are the emergence of the Internet temples and churches that propagate via the Internet only. Therefore, it has become big issues for existing religious organizations to adapt to the new surroundings-the Internet. Buddhism basically possesses the other-worldly quality and is not sensitive to the worldly flow, so its propagation via the Internet is not as active asother religions. In such situations, the objective of this report is to recognize the reality of propagation of Buddhism via the Internet and find a way of development. Now 24 main districts and local temples including the Jogye Order are mostly operating websites and showing interest in propagation via the Internet. Also, the cyber Buddhist colleges and various asceticism-related websites are increasing dramatically in number and propagation via the Internet is in the process of being vitalized. The religious culture of the new media age, however, is unfolding in various ways centering on the Internet beyond expectations. Religion is also being greatly influenced by the Internet since being organized and operating based on it. Therefore, the Internet is the most noticeable medium as the propagation tool in the new media age. Though the rise in the number of the Buddhist websites is necessary, it s time to set up the direction of propagation via the Internet truly helpful to the Buddhists through analysis and research. There is an urgent need for the propagation practices and methods of Buddhism. That is, the propagation targeting the modern people accustomed to the cyberspace of the Internet, especially the teenagers, must be planned and executed with propagation strategy suitable for their tastes. This work to evaluate a test method to measure fuel consumption of excavators using work simulated motion. For this, a mass flowmeter, to measure fuel consumption in real time, is installed on an excavator. In order to measure the rotational angles within the accuracy of approximately about 14 centimeters, respectively, for bucket, arm, boom, swing, potentiometers are installed at the rotational center of each actuator. When the relation between rotational angle and fuel consumption was analyzed, which has revealed the fuel consumption due to swing is largest. Since fuel consumption varies depending on driving skill of a driver, this work may contribute not only to evaluate a standard method to measure fuel economy of excavators but also to enhance the driver"s driving skill to improve fuel economy at work sites of excavators.

채권자취소권의 성질과 원상회복청구의 문제 : 법적 성질 및 부동산경매에서의 문제를 중심으로

채권자취소권의 연혁적 의미와 각국에서의 계수 및 법제화에서는 각각의 특성을 보이고 있다. 우리 민법의 경우, 입법과정에서 구민법에서의 조항에 대한 논의에서 출발하여 원상회복을 규정함으로써 채권자취소권의 본질에 대한 논의가 중요하게 되었다. 채권자취소권의 본질은 자신의 채무의 이행을 통해 채권을 만족시킬 의무를 부담하는 채무자가 악의적이거나 불성실한 행위에 대해 예외적으로 부인하는 것이다 즉, 채무자의 재산감소행위를 부정하고, 그 재산을 채무자에게 복귀시킴으로써 채권자의 채권을 만족시킬 수 있도록 보호하는 것이다. 현행 민법상 채권자취소권의 효력 중 원상회복의 문제는 부동산경매의 과정에서도 중요한 변수가 될 수 있는 것으로, 본고에서는 채권자취소권의 성질에 기초하여 부동산 경매의 배당금 수령시 등에서 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대해 고찰하고 문제해결을 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다. The historical meaning, acceptance and legislation of the creditor s right of revocation differ among nations. In case of our Civil Law, the discussions about its legislation started from those about the clauses of the Previous Civil Law, and in this process the principle of restoration was agreed to and thereby, the discussion about the essence of creditor s right of revocation would be important. Under the current principle of creditor s right of revocation, the debtor s malicious or insincere acts shall be revoked if he or she reduces his/her chargeable properties only to make the creditor s rights not satisfied. Namely, the debtor s asset-reduction acts shall be revoked, and therefore, the assets shall be returned to the debtor to protect creditor s receivables. Under the current Civil Law, the restoration would be an important variable in the process of real estate auction. Based on such attributes of the creditor s rights of revocation, the researcher reviewed the possible problems rising in the process of the real estate auction, and thereby, suggested some reform measures to solve such a problem.
