        Immediate Effects of Foam Rolling and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching on Hamstring Flexibility

        Purpose: This study aimed to determine which interventions are effective in increasing hamstring flexibility due to changes in the range of motion (ROM) and pennation angle (PA) when foam rolling (FR) and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching were performed. Methods: A total of 24 healthy participants who agreed to participate in the study were randomly chosen. The participants were divided into three groups of eight people: Control, FR, and PNF stretching groups. The hip flexion angle (ROM) and PA of the hamstrings were measured before and after the experiment. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to analyze the ROM and PA for each group by comparing the before and after results. The Kruskal-Wallis test and the Mann-Whitney U test were used to analyze the increase in hamstring flexibility between the groups. Results: A statistically significant difference was observed in the ROM and PA within all groups, and only the ROM was significant in the comparison between the three groups. In the comparison between the control and other two groups, a significant difference was noted in both the ROM and PA in the FR group and only the ROM in the PNF stretching group (p<0.05). In the comparison between the FR and PNF stretching groups, no significant difference was observed (p>0.05). Conclusion: These findings FR and PNF stretching increased the ROM; however, no change in PA was observed. Therefore, FR and PNF stretching were considered effective interventions in immediately increasing hamstring flexibility.

        플립러닝 과정기반 온라인 프로젝트학습 수업모형 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an instructional model for flipped learning process based online project-based learning (PjBL). To address these goals, development research methods were used, and the research process was conducted as follows. In the first phase, the prototype model was developed through a review of previous literature. In the second phase, the first expert validation of the prototype model’s internal validation was conducted. In the third phase, the second expert validation on the modified prototype mode was conducted. In the final phase, the instructor’s usability evaluation as external validation was conducted with the second modified model, and the final model was derived by reflecting on the results of the usability evaluation. As a result, the online PjBL of the two models, i.e., the procedure model and the detailed procedure model, was developed based on the flipped learning process. The instructional model for a flipped learning process based on online PjBL expressed the flipped learning process according to each project learning process consisting of project preparation, topic selection and problem analysis, data and problem-solving exploration, completion, presentation and evaluation. Next, a detailed procedure model of flipped learning process based online PjBL. describes the instructor’s activities, the learner’s activities, and examples of online tools that can be used in each process. The model considers dividing the learner’s activities into individual activities and team activities. This study is meaningful in that it developed an online PjBL model by applying the flipped learning process and presented specific teaching and learning activities. 이 연구는 온라인 학습환경에서 프로젝트학습의 효율성과 효과성을 증진시키기 위하여 플립러닝의 과정 요소를 반영하여 온라인 프로젝트학습 수업모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 개발 연구방법을 적용하였으며, 온라인 프로젝트학습을 위한 온라인 학습환경에서의 프로젝트학습 절차와 세부 활동, 활용할 수 있는 온라인 도구를 제시하였다. 먼저 온라인 프로젝트학습, 플립러닝, 플립러닝형 프로젝트학습에 대한 선행문헌 검토를 통해 교수학습 절차, 절차별 세부 활동 내용, 활용 가능한 온라인 도구 등을 도출하여 원형모형(prototype model)을 개발하였다. 개발된 원형모형의 타당성 검증을 위해 내적 타당화(전문가 타당화 2회)와 외적 타당화(교수자 사용성 평가 2회) 검증을 거쳐 수정․보완되었다. 최종 도출된 ‘플립러닝 과정기반 온라인 프로젝트학습 수업모형’은 전체적인 절차를 한 눈에 볼 수 있는 절차모형, 세부적인 교수학습 활동과 각 단계별 활동의 세부내용, 그리고 각 단계별 활동 특색에 맞게 지원해 주는 온라인 테크놀로지의 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 플립러닝 과정기반 온라인 프로젝트학습 수업모형은 프로젝트 준비, 주제 선정 및 문제 분석, 자료 및 문제 해결안 탐색, 결과물 완성(프로토타입개발, 결과물 개발), 발표 및 평가로 이루어진 프로젝트학습 절차에 따라서 플립러닝이 이루어지는 학습과정의 요소(수업 전-수업 중-수업 후 활동)로 구성되었다. 세부 활동모형은 각 단계마다 교수자 활동과 학습자 활동(P=개별활동, T=집단활동)을 구분하여 제시하였으며, 각 단계의 활동 특색에 맞게 활용할 수 있는 온라인 테크놀로지를 상호작용 도구, 자료공유 도구, 협력 도구, 평가 도구로 구분하여 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 플립러닝 과정기반 온라인 프로젝트학습 수업모형 개발 연구의 의의와 향후 추진되어야 할 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

        Cochlear Implantation Using a Suprameatal Approach in a Case of Severely Contracted Mastoid Cavity

        Although cochlear implantation using posterior tympanotomy has been performed worldwide, other alternative approaches might be more beneficial and convenient in some selected cases. Of these, suprameatal approach was reported to be one of useful options in cases with narrow facial recess, anteriorly located facial nerve and an ossified cochlea. We describe a case of cochlear implantation using the modified suprameatal approach in a severely contracted mastoid cavity and suggest another indication of this approach.

        문화예술회관 공간의 복합화 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of the culture and arts center based on the composite scale, and puts forward the direction of the spatial composition in the planning of the facilities of the future culture & arts center. To analyze the complexities of cultural & art centers systematically, this study classified the space as 10 areas; ‘Performance’, ‘Exhibit’, ‘Education’, ‘Information’, ‘Event/Gathering’, ‘Sports’, ‘Public’, ‘Utility’, ‘Administrative’ and ‘Outdoor’. In particular, the exhibition, education, information, event/gathering, and sports areas were divided into complex areas under the definition of a cultural & arts center centered on a performance area. By analyzing 12 local culture & art centers based on the classification system, it was found that the characteristics of the culture & arts center were distinguished by small-scale(less than 500) and medium/large-scale(more than 500 seats) based on the number of seats available. In small-scale cases, the area ratio of the performance area and the composite area consists of 1.6:1, and the composite area accounts for 25.2 percent of the total floor space, which is higher than the mid- to large-scale cases, in order to induce people to use it through various mixed-use facilities as well as performances. In medium/large cases the area ratio of the performance area and the composite area is 2.0:1. Compared to small cultural and arts centers, the area of ancillary facilities such as cafes and day care rooms have increased significantly, which is a space for users to naturally relax or effectively use the facilities’ performances/complexes, which is growing in importance. In addition, it was understood that the space composition plan should be different depending on the composition of the sports facilities when planning the culture & arts center, since the sports facilities are large in unit area as a single function.

        선발된 왜당귀 종자를 이용한 최적배양 및 순화 조건 규명

        The roots of Angelica acutiloba Kitag. were widely used in herbal medicines and they also used in multi-purpose plants as vegetables and functional foods. Recently, a lot of researches have been done about medicinal plants in Korean herbal medicine, but the studies about propagation or biomass uptakes of A. acutiloba have not been done, yet. This experiment investigated the optimal in vitro culture conditions (stem growth, root growth, and root number) for 4 weeks in 10 different kinds of culture media after seed selection. Then, they were translated to soils for performing of mature plants. The case of stem growth in vitro cultured was positive on WPM (Woody plant Medium) however, the root growth and root number were positive on DJ (De Greef and Jacobs) culture medium. Simply, this study had been identified optimal medium conditions of in vitro cultures and accumulized in soil environments using healthy seeds of A. acutiloba. Thus, this study could provide information about rapid and simple methods of A. acutiloba for multiple propagation.

        2020 S/S 컬렉션에 나타난 젠더리스 패션 디자인에 따른 메이크업 표현 특성

        The purpose of this study was to study the beauty-coordination characteristics of Genderless fashion, which is emerging as a new trend by analyzing the trend in the latest collection and classify the resulting expression characteristics of make-up. Methods and scope of the study were based on collections published in the 2020 S/S season and 35 out of 84 designers with design elements were selected to analyze the garments most likely to be genderless. The characteristics of the expression of the genderless derived through this analysis were classified into compromise, androgyny, sensuality, exaggeration, enjoyment, and historicity. Compromise was the highest, and the lowest was for enjoyment of the classifications. The designer's work according to the characteristics of each expression shows that the pieces by Saint Laurent were the highest in compromise, sensuality, and historicity, and the pieces by Maison Margiela were the highest in androgyny while Balenciaga was the highest in exaggeration and enjoyment. Compromise represented a mixture of discord, such as incongruous bonding and coloring of heterogeneous materials, and androgyny led to the use of silhouettes and colors, with sensuality utilizing see-through material and incision lines allowing for physical exposure. Exaggeration intentionally destroyed the existing concept by breaking the overall balance of the human body through the enlargement of certain parts of the body, while enjoyment showed unexpectedness by destroying the line and sides of the garment. Lastly, historicity was analyzed for its retro design that transcends time and space with regional cultural and period characteristics.

        첨단차량 도입 시를 고려한 환경적 효과의 정량적 분석 방법론 개발

        도로 용량은 제한적이나 교통수요의 증가로 인해 지체가 발생하고 온실가스 배출량을 증대시킨다. 최근 온실가스를 감축하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 청정개발체계 등이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 교통부문의 청정개발체계 채택사례는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 교통부문의 청정개발체계를 활성화하기 위해서는 온실가스 배출량 산정방법론 관련 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청정개발체계 승인 기관인 유엔에서 채택하고 있는 베이스라인 방법론을 바탕으로 ITS 서비스 중 첨단차량 및 도로 도입 시 온실가스를 정량적으로 산정하는 방법론을 개발하였다. 교통량과 통행시간의 관계식인 BPR 함수식을 이용하여 첨단의 자동운전차량들로 구성된 교통상황과 일반 차량들로 구성된 교통상황에서의 통행시간을 각각 산출하여 속도를 비교․검토하였다. 산정된 속도 값을 국내의 도로상황을 잘 반영한 국립환경과학원의 차종별 연료별 온실가스 배출계수 식에 적용하여 CO2 배출량을 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 방법론의 타당성을 입증하고자 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 안정류일 때는 첨단차량으로 구성된 도로의 CO2 배출량이 일반차량의 CO2 배출량보다 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 교통량이 용량에 근접하는 불안정류일 때는 첨단차량의 CO2 배출량이 일반차량의 CO2 배출량에 비해 현격히 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 불안정류 교통상황에서 시스템의 도입으로 인해 용량이 증대됨으로서 많은 교통수요를 처리하고 도로이용의 효율성이 향상됨을 알 수 있다. The capacity of highway is restricted and traffic congestion is caused by increasing traffic demand. Also, greenhouse gases are increased by traffic congestion. CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) is an idea of interest to reduce greenhouse gases. However, CDM's cases applied in traffic field are rare. Thus, it is necessary that methodology to reduce greenhouse gas should be developed and applied to CDM. A methodology for identifying greenhouse gas emissions was developed in this paper. This methodology was developed on the basis of baseline methodology registered at UN. Travel time and speed in the conventional traffic condition and in the automated traffic condition are compared by BPR function. The calculated speed applied to emission factor equation and then CO2 emissions was calculated. A simulation was executed to evaluate the validity of the developed methodology. In the result, advanced vehicle's CO2 emissions are more than conventional vehicle's CO2 emissions in the stable flow condition. However, advanced vehicle's CO2 emissions are less than conventional vehicle's CO2 emissions in the unstable flow condition. It is assure that capacity of highway is enhanced and efficiency of highway is improved by adopting advanced safety vehicle in the smart road.
