        The major findings were as follows: 1. Average clinical career of all clinical instructors has been found 3years and average career of education has been found 7 years and 6 months. The hours of clinical practice instruction of individual instructor has been found 3-4 hours a day in 91 persons (55.2 %) out of 165 persons. The instruction frequency of individual instructor has been 3-4 times in the monthly average in 64 persons (38.8 %) out of 165 persons. At 14 junior nursing colleges, the professor in charge and consultation with the concerned at the hospital, respective college adminstrators together participated in the planning of clinical nursing practice (44 %). In 34.4 % of-junior nursing colleges, the clinical instructors have been professors in charge, head nurses, staff nurses, and clinical instructors. In 219 % of junior nursing colleges, the clinical evaluators have been professors in charge, head nurses, clinical instructors. In evaluation method 9 colleges (28.2 %) have used testing, reports, attendance, evaluation tools, conferences. 2. Looking at the levels of attitude about problems in clinical performance evaluation, the 60.0 % of the professors recognized problems in clinical performance evaluation: The largest problem among 15 items in clinical performance evaluation was the differences in clinical performance evaluation score according to the clinical area. Another problems were subjective evaluation, lack of concern about clinical performance, reliability and validity of clinical performance tool, a criterion of grading according to clinical performance quality. 3. Evaluation tool of clinical performance consists of 35 items including six subscales: Nursing ethics (6 items), Basic nursing skills (5 items), Management of materials (3 items), Interpersonal relations (3 items), Professional development (3 items), Client's health education (5 items), Planning/evaluation (10 items).. All Evaluation tool items are shown to be highly reliable. The Evaluation tool was found to be suitable for nursing student's clinical performance evaluation as well as a useful research tool. In conclusion, to improve and develop the appropriate evaluation of student's clinical nursing performance, the following factors will be necessary. Evaluation's criteria of clinical performance evaluation should be established and the supporting organization should be strengthened.

        The results of study for colorless hair manicure, which is well known for its useful point and supplement damaged hair glossy, luster, elastic and soft one are as follows. Hair protection effect by the management time of colorless hair manicure products, as below. When it comes to dyed hair group's hair surface condition. both level 3 and level 6 hairs cuticle changed to be irregular. And lose of cuticle has been observed with a fact that the space between cuticles are not clear. In case of manicuring, manicuring 2 weeks after dyeing is better complemented surface damage than manicuring right after dyeing. So, in case of making cuticle morphologic of good hair quality in manicuring dyed hair, it's more effective to manicure right after dyeing to both level 3 and level 6 hair.

        Aviation English and Test in Korea -Based on a Survey for Pilots and ATCs-

        2003년 ICAO가 국제 조종사에 관한 언어능력 기준을 제시한 이래로 국제노선에 취항하는 한국 항공 종사자들은 영어 능력을 증명하기 위한 노력을 해왔다. 1969년 처음으로 항공영어 교육이 시작되고 2006년 처음 시험이 도입되면서 한국은 이를 충족하기 위한 알맞은 영어 교육 프로그램을 시행하려 시도해 왔다. 그러나, 항공영어 교육과 시험에 관련된 문제점들이 꾸준히 제기되었고 특히 항공 종사자들의 필요와 요구에 맞지 않는 시험 제도와 내용에 대한 논쟁이 끊이지 않았다. 본 연구는 이러한 측면에서 항공영어와 교육에 대한 이론적 접근과 더불어, 106명의 항공종사자에게 실시한 설문지를 토대로 그들의 항공영어와 일반영어에 관한 의견, 항공영어시험에 관한 의견을 수집 분석하였다. 조사결과, 참여자들은 현재 실시되고 있는 항공영어 시험이 실제 업무를 효과적으로 반영하지 않으며, 좀 더 실제적인 내용이 시험에 반영되기를 희망하였다. 즉, 항공영어 시험이 좀 더 업무에 사용되는 영어를 많이 반영하고 난이도를 고려한 새로운 형태의 시험이 개발 되어야 한다는 의견이 많았다. 또한, 설문지를 통하여 나타난 여러 사항들을 바탕으로 향후 항공영어 평가가 나아갈 방향을 항공종사자의 측면과 관련 교육기관과 시험출제자, 관련 당국 등 3 가지 분야로 나누어 논의 하였다. After the International Civil Aviation organization (ICAO) proposed English language requirement in 2003, every Korean aviation personnel operating internationally is required to prove their English proficiency (Level 4). Since the beginning of aviation English training in 1969 and first test in 2006, Korean authorities have tried to implement effective training programs and test systems to comply with ICAO language requirement. However, some problems inherent in the tests and training programs of Korean aviation personnel have been found. More specifically, test methods and contents have been questioned. This paper first outlines special characteristics of aviation English and then analyzes the opinions of both pilots and ATCs about Aviation English Proficiency Test (AEPT) and plain English based on 106 survey results. Survey results show that the aviation personnel’s need for more practical test and development of new test system which can reflect actual working situations more effectively and adjust degree of difficulty for the test. Finally, based on the survey results, the paper raises some suggestions for future directions of aviation English test in terms of aviation personnel, test providers and authorities.

        병사의 대상관계와 우울의 관계에서 정신화 실패의 매개효과

        This study aimed at examining whether mentalization failure mediated the relationship between soldiers' object relations and depression. To this end, a survey was conducted involving 230 army soldiers in C district, Gangwon Province, and finally the data collected from 205 out of the surveyed soldiers were used for analysis. The collected data from the survey were subjected to correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and sobel test. The results from the correlation analysis of variables found that the soldiers' level of object relations was negatively correlated with depression and mentalization failure. In addition, the level of mentalization failure was positively correlated with depression. Also, the results from the multiple regression analysis of variables, mentalization failure had partial mediation in the relationship between soldiers' object relations and depression. This finding suggests that to lower soldiers’ depression both the level of object relations and mentalization should be considered. 본 연구에서는 병사의 대상관계와 우울의 관계에서 정신화 실패가 매개하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 강원도 C지역의 육군 병사 230명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 205명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 병사의 대상관계와 우울의 관계에서 정신화 실패의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 상관분석과 중다회귀분석 및 sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 병사의 대상관계 수준은 우울과 정신화 실패와 부적상관으로 나타났으며, 정신화 실패와 우울은 정적상관으로 나타났다. 또한 중다회귀분석 결과에서는 병사의 대상관계와 우울의 관계를 정신화 실패가 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 병사들의 우울을 낮추어 주기 위해서 대상관계와 정신화 능력을 함께 고려해야 함을 시사한다.
