        케이블카 서비스품질이 관광지 이미지 및 지각된 가치에미치는 영향 연구

        Cablecar service is divided into four dimensions - personal service, cablecar timeliness, cablecar aesthetics, cablecar cost-effectiveness, which are based on the quality of cablecar service. The study objective is the cablecar customers(n=252) using cablecar extracted from convenience sampling. Both review of literatures and empirical study ara made simultaneously by using of IBM SPSS Statistics 23(i.e., descriptives, frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression, etc.). In conclusion, 1) as I have predicted, cablecar service quality factors are also personal service, cablecar timeliness, cablecar aesthetics, and cablecar cost-effectiveness. 2) Tourist destination image largely depends on personal service factor(B: .503), cablecar aesthetics factor(B:.388), cablecar timeliness factor(B:.233), and cablecar cost-effectiveness factor(B:.232). 3) Perceived value largely depends on personal service factor(B:.503), cablecar aesthetics factor(B:.377), cablecar timeliness factor(B: .176). But cablecar cost-effectiveness factor(B:-.008) has not effect on perceived value.

        공정거래조세조사부 출범 2년의 성과와 향후 과제

        The Ministry of Justice and the prosecution have established the Anti-Trust & Tax Investigation Department under the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office in order to efficiently and professionally deal with the fair trade criminals that are becoming more intelligent in 2015. 2. The Anti-Trust Trade & Tax Investigation Department set up the principle of restoring a market competition order by stifling fair trade criminals, investigating about 160 cases for 2 years since its establishment. And it has tried to reduce negative effect of exclusive complaint system by actively exercising 'the right of request for accusation by the Prosecutor General', which was insufficient in the past. In addition, under the recognition that it is difficult to eradicate fair trade crimes without punishing individual actors, we have established "the principle of the severe punishment for individual actors" by investigating directly many bid cartel cases and detaining them regardless of their status. On the other hand, the prosecution applied the offence of violation of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Bidding offence besides violating of the Fair Trade Act in order to respect the exclusive complaint system of the Fair Trade Act and enhance the general prevention effect of punishment. To be preparing for the increase of related cases due to the abolition of the exclusive complaint system based on the Fair Trade Act, which has been continuously mentioned by NGOs and the National Assembly until recently, the Anti-Trust Trade & Tax Investigation Department is necessary to promote more efficient fair trade criminal investigation through extension of dedicated department, rise of expertise of members, and improvement of communication and cooperation with related organizations such as the Audit Office, the Public Procurement Service, and other relevant government organizations. There is no reason to exclude the voluntary reporters from the person to be asked for a complaint in relation to the right to request for accusations by the Public Prosecutor General in the Fair Trade Act and the operation of the Fair Trade Commission chairman's complaint obligations. In particular, it is necessary for the Fair Trade Commission to promptly prosecute through investigation and deliberation as simple as possible in terms of preventing the controversy of double investigation and considering the legal stability of the persons concerned. 법무부와 검찰은 2015. 2. 날로 지능화하고 있는 공정거래사범에 대하여 효율적이고 전문적으로 대처하기 위하여 서울중앙지방검찰청 3차장검사 산하에 공정거래조세조사부를 신설하였다. 공정거래조세조사부는 공정거래사범을 엄단하여 시장경쟁질서를 확립한다는 원칙을 세워 창설 이래 2년 동안 모두 160여 명에 대한 사건을 수사하였고, 그간 부족했던 ‘검찰총장의 고발요청권’을 적극적으로 행사하여 공정거래법상 전속고발제도의 폐단을 방지하고자 노력하였다. 또한, 「행위자 개인을 처벌하지 않으면 공정거래사범을 근절하기 어렵다」는 인식 하에 다수 입찰담합 사건을 직접 인지 수사하여 그 지위고하를 막론하고 행위자들을 구속 수사하는 등 “행위자 개인 엄단 원칙”을 정립하였다. 한편, 검찰은 공정거래법상 전속고발제도를 존중하고, 형벌의 위하력을 제고한다는 측면에서 공정거래법위반죄 이외에도 건설산업기본법위반죄나 입찰방해죄로 의율하기도 하였다. 공정거래조세조사부는 최근까지 시민단체와 국회를 중심으로 지속적으로 언급되고 있는 공정거래법상 전속고발제도의 폐지에 따른 관련사건 증가에 대비하여, 전담부서 증설, 구성원들의 전문지식 함양, 공정거래위원회․감사원․조달청 기타 관련 정부기관 등 유관기관과의 소통 및 협력 강화 등을 통해 보다 효율적인 공정거래사범 수사 방안을 내실있게 추진할 필요가 있다. 공정거래법상 검찰총장의 고발요청권 및 공정거래위원회 위원장의 고발의무 규정의 운용과 관련하여, 자진신고자를 고발요청 대상자에서 제외할 이유가 없고, 특히 검찰이 먼저 수사를 진행하여 고발요청을 한 사안에 관하여 공정거래위원회는 이중조사 논란의 방지 및 사건관계인의 법적안정성 고려라는 측면에서 최대한 간이한 조사 및 심의를 통하여 신속하게 검찰고발을 하는 것이 필요하다.

        How do Investors in the Korean Stock Market React to Nuclear Threats from North Korea?

        This article examines how investors react to nuclear threats from North Korea on the South Korean stock market. To investigate the differences in investor groups’ responses, we divide investors into three groups: domestic individual, domestic institution and foreign investors. In addition, we classify the nuclear threats into the one actual threat and the seven verbal threats and compare trading activities of investors against those in the peaceful period of 2004. The net-buying and LSV(1992) herding measures are applied to examine investors’ trading behavior. Our results show that it was only for the case of the actual threat that investors’ trades significantly differed with the peaceful period. In addition, our results show that the three investor groups reacted to the actual nuclear threat differently. When the actual nuclear threat occurred, individuals sold, institutes and foreigners bought stocks. Like in the peaceful period, institutes showed a positive slope for lagged returns whereas individuals displayed a negative slope. Foreigners, however, bought regardless of previous returns. Moreover,LSV herding measure increased in all investor groups.

      • 저압 환경에서의 원거리 레이저 유도 플라즈마 분광 분석법 연구

        레이저 유도 플라즈마 분광 분석법은 레이저 조사 시 발생하는 플라즈마를 이용하여 물질의 구성성분을 분석하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 종류의 표준 물질의 성분분석을 위하여 원거리 레이저 유도 플라즈마 분광 분석법을 이용하였다. 우주탐사에 요구되는 원거리 검출 시스템의 경량화 가능성을 확인하기 위하여 ICDD와 CCD의 검출 성능을 비교 하였으며, 저압을 포함한 다양한 압력환경에서의 실험을 진행하였다. 또한, 저압환경에서 표준물질에 함유 되어있는 황 성분을 성공적으로 검출 하였다. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) uses light from plasma to analyze the consisting elements of a target substance. In this study, we uses stand-off LIBS to analyze various types of certified reference materials that having different characteristics. We compared performance of ICCD and CCD in prior to space exploration at different pressures including low pressure conditions. Also, we successfully detected sulfur from samples at low pressure conditions.

        내고정술을 시행한 흉요추이행부 골절 환자의 수술결과

        The thoracolumbar spine is frequently involved in spinal injuries. with more than 50% of all vertebral body fractures. This fractures may cause injuries to the spinal cord or nerve roots. Therefore the appropriate management. including surgery of that lesion. is very important and can determine the long-term outcome of the treatment. The authors analysed the surgical results of twenty-nine thoracolumbal spine fractures treated with anterior or posterior internal skeletal fixation from August. 1990 to December. 1995. The indications for surgery were based on the neurological state and radiological findings of the patients. The selection of surgical approach(anterior or posterior) depended on the presence of neural or canal compression. the initial radiological findings. and the extent of reducibility of the fractures. Of twenty-nine patients. 21 cases were operated via the anterolateral route with Kaneda or Z-plate. The others were operated through the posterior approach with Diapason transpedicular system. They were grouped into one of three categories according to the radiological findings by Gertzbein's classification. A type fractures were most common(12cases). B was 11. and C was 6 cases. Surgical results were evaluated by neurological recovery and achievement of stable reduction. Postoperative neurologic recovery rate was 76.2% in the case of anterolateral approach and 50.0% in the case of posterior approach. The reduction of kyposis and compression in types of A and B was prominent(p<0.01) but in type C it was not. The authors conclude that the operation with anterior and posterior internal skeletal fixation for the treatment of unstable thoracolumbal fractures can improve neurological recovery and normalize anatomical deformities.

        지역의료보험의 적용이 일부농촌지역 주민의 보건기관 이용에 미친 영향

        This study was to examine the effects of insurance coverage on the utilization of public health institutions and to identify the factors associated with the utilization. The data were obtained from household interview surveys conducted twice in Hwachun Gun, Kangwon Do. The time period covered in the first survey was December $17{\sim}31$, 1987, before the implementation of regional medical insurance for the self-employed, and that of the second survey was January 28 $\sim$ Febuary 11, 1990, after its implementation. Major findings emerged from the analysis can be summarized as follows (1) Medical care utilization of rural people markedly increased after they were covered by medical insurance. The insurance coverage increased the utilization of public health institutions as well, and this increase was mainly attributable to the utilization by chronically ill patients. (2) Between 1987 and 1990, the proportion of the utilization of public health institutions over whole medical care utilization decreased. But the proportion increased for chronically ill patients covered by regional medical insurance during the same time span. (3) The results of logistic regression suggested that the rural self-employed utilized public health institutions at an increased rate after they were covered by medical insurance. It was also indicated that the increase resulted from the utilization by chronically ill patients. (4) The relative importance of public health institutions for rural medical care decreased after the implementation of regional medical insurance. But considering that the utilization of public health institutions by chronically ill patients increased after insurance coverage, attention should be directed to improving the capability of public health institutions to control chronic degenerative diseases.
