東洋初のロボット、《學天則》に表れた 西村真琴の思想

In 1928 Makoto Nishimura exhibited a robot called “Gakutensoku” that means “follow the laws of the universe and nature” at the exposition held to commemorate Emperor Showa’s throne. Although it has been evaluated as the first robot in the Orient, the “Gakutensoku” is not made of metal like Western European robots, but it is made in a form that can not move alone. So At the Chosun Expo, no attention was paid. Whereas Western robots were high-end machines that were born as cutting-edge machines that replace human labor, But the Gakutensoku Produced a robot that conveys its thoughts to humans, which has nothing to do with labor. Nishimura emphasizes that robots are the same as human beings, and that he consider how humans should live and what humanity is through robots. Today, the symbiosis between man and machine is emphasized. These attitude of Nishimura is very important for us in dealing with machines.

오키나가타라시히메(息長帶比賣)命 전승과 ‘오키나가(息長)氏’

. ‘오키나가타라시히메’ 전승이 어떻게 형성되었는가 하는 문제는 ‘오키나가氏’ 一族의 행보를 살피지 않고서는 논할 수 없다. 그러나 ‘오키나가氏’에 대해서는 여러 說만 존재할 뿐, 딱히 이렇다 할 定說은 나와 있지 않은 형편이다. 『古事記』와『日本書紀』양 문헌에 의하면 ‘오키나가氏’는 호쿠리쿠(北陸)와 야마토(大和)를 연결하는 요지에 위치한 오우미(近江)國 사카타(坂田)郡를 근거로 하던 호족으로 게이코朝 이후의 기록에는 등장하지 않다가 돌연 게이타이朝부터 나타나 천황가와 혼인관계를 맺고 천황의 외척으로서 세력을 떨친다. 그리고「天武 13年10月條」에 야쿠사노카바네(八色姓)로 마히토노카바네(眞人姓)를 하사받은 기록이 있는 名門이라고 한다. 그러나 조메이천황과 ‘오키나가노마히토오유’ 外는 이렇다하게 정치무대에서 활약한 기록이 보이지 않는다. 『古事記』와『日本書紀』에서의 ‘오키나가타라시히메’ 전승을 ‘오키나가氏’의 개입에 의한 것이라고 단언하기에는 각 계보의 요소요소에 보이는 모순들이 지금까지의 사료로는 충족되지 않는 것도 사실이다. 게이타이朝 이전의 ‘오키나가氏’ 관련 전승은 가상된 이야기라는 점은 확실해 보인다. 그렇다고 해서 게이타이천황 이후의 계보만으로 ‘오키나가氏’를 ‘오키나가타라시히메’의 父系譜로 삼기에는 석연치 않은 부분이 많은 것도 사실이다. 다만, ‘오카나가氏’의 본거지였던 琵琶湖 주변지역이 철의 산지이며 철 제조기술을 가진 ‘아메노히보코’를 시조로 하는 도래계의 본거지이기도 했다는 점에 주목한다. 이런 정황들로 인해 ‘오키나가타라시히메’전승 속의 ‘오키나가氏’ 행보가 오진천황의 母인 ‘오키나가타라시히메’와 도래계와의 연관을 숨기기 위한 수고로 보이는 것은 어쩔 수 없다. 이 점에 대해서는 추후 ‘오키나가타라시히메’의 모계인 ‘아메노히보코’ 계보 연구를 통해 정립해 나가고자 한다. 사실 여기서 텍스트로 삼은『古事記』와『日本書紀』만을 가지고 황가의 계보를 논하기에는 역부족이다. 또한 부모계 특히 도래계를 모계로 둔 계보와 민간신앙 등의 절충으로 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 ‘오키나가타라시히메’ 계보를 부계만으로 논할 수는 없다. 적확한 고증이 따르지 않은 부정적 추정은 천황대의 실제적 첫 천황이라고 말해지는 오진천황의 계보마저 뒤틀어 버릴 위험이 있기 때문이다.

임상군의 MMPI-2, DAS 반응에 대한 잠재프로파일 분석과 판별 연구

This research paper is to examine the utility of DAS as a screening tool in hospital scene, including the department of psychiatry. The subjects of the study were 151 patients who visited the Gyeonggi-do psychiatry department, and DAS and MMPI-2 were used as research tools. For data analysis, latent profile analysis, independent sample T test, and discriminant analysis were performed. First, the type and features of latent groups classified by Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) in accordance with MMPI-2 have been examined. In the results of the LPA operated with MMPI-2, two types of potential group were yielded. Each latent group is classified by the characteristics of the MMPI-2 profile as either "symptomatic non-appeal group" or "symptomatic appeal group". Second, When looking at the DAS characteristics of the two classified groups, the 'symptomatic non-appeal group' reported somewhat positive emotional content and self-image, and the 'symptomatic appeal group' reported slightly more negative emotional content and self-image. Third, Discriminant analysis was conducted to investigate the extent that the emotional content of DAS and the self-image scale could distinguish each latent group, showing 59.6% discriminatory power. Fourth, As a result of analyzing the stimulus picture between the two latent groups, there was no difference in the stimulus picture selection, but there was a difference in the story content. According to the research results, it was confirmed that DAS test is useful as a screening tool for screening psychological difficulties in hospital scenes. 본 연구의 목적은 정신건강의학과를 포함한 병원 장면에서 DAS검사가 선별도구로서 유용한지 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 경기도 정신건강의학과에 내원한 환자 151명이며, 연구도구는 DAS와 MMPI-2를 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 잠재프로파일 분석(LPA)과 독립표본T검정, 판별분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, MMPI-2 내용에 따른 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시한 뒤분류된 잠재집단의 유형과 특징을 살펴보았다. 잠재프로파일 분석 결과, 두 가지의 잠재집단이산출되었으며, 각 잠재집단은 MMPI-2 프로파일에 특징에 따라 ‘증상비호소군’, ‘증상호소군’으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 분류된 두 집단의 DAS 특징을 살펴보았을 때 ‘증상비호소군’의 경우 다소 긍정적인 정서내용과 자기상을 보고하였고, ‘증상호소군’의 경우 조금 더 부정적인 정서내용과 자기상을 보고하였다. 셋째, DAS의 정서 내용, 자아상 척도가 각 잠재집단을 어느 정도 판별할 수 있는지 알아보기 위해 판별분석을 실시하여 59.6%의 판별력을 보였다. 넷째, 두 잠재집단 간 자극그림을 분석한 결과 자극그림 선택에서는 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 이야기 내용에서 차이가 나타났다. 연구결과에 따라, DAS가 병원장면에서 심리적 어려움을 선별, 진단 보조 도구로써 유용하다는 것이 확인되었다.

Hb Dieppe에 의한 우성유전 베타 지중해빈혈 1례

저자들은 상염색체 우성으로 유전되는 경한 저색소성 소구성 빈혈을 보이고 ${\beta}$ 유전자의 127번째 코돈 이 CAG에서 CGG로 치환되는 과오돌연변이로 인하여 매우 불안정한 베타 사슬 변이체를 만드는 우성유전 베타 지중해빈혈을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. ${\beta}$ thalassemias are usually transmitted as autosomal recessive traits. However, some dominant forms of ${\beta}$ thalassemia have been identified in individuals who have inherited a single copy of an abnormal ${\beta}$ globin gene. Thalassemia intermedia with mild anemia, jaundice, and splenomegaly has been observed in these patients. Electrophoresis has shown elevated Hemoglobin(Hb) $A_2$ and Hb F levels. In particular, there are inclusion bodies in the erythroid precursors and peripheral red blood cells after splenectomy. The molecular basis of these dominant ${\beta}$ thalassemias is heterogeneous. The authors studied the first Korean case of dominantly inherited ${\beta}$ thalassemia due to Hb Dieppe. Hb Dieppe is a missense mutation of ${\beta}$ codon $127(CAG{\rightarrow}CGG)Gln{\rightarrow}Arg$. The patient in this case was characterized by moderate anemia, hypochromia, microcytosis, elevated Hb $A_2$ levels, elevated Hb F levels and splenomegaly. The father of the patient also has the same disease. We report this case and review related literature.

ロボットにおける表情の意味 -學天則を中心に-

In 1928, botanist Makoto Nishimura created the robot Gakutensoku. Far from walking, this robot was a giant 3m long robot with no other functions. However, ‘Gakutensoku’ was the first in the world to express various emotions through the eyelids, pupils, and lips. Nishimura made the skin of ‘Gakutensoku’ out of rubber, and it used air pressure as a power source to make facial expressions and gestures smooth like a human being. Nishimura’s attempt like this was to infuse the doll with a “soul as if it were a living being.” This is in line with the oriental view of life, which recognizes that life exists in all beings, including humans, along with the Karakuri dolls.

乳幼兒의 月齡에 따른 身體 發達 硏究 : 12개월에서 59개월을 대상으로

This study was done to provide basic data for better fittness of infants and children's clothes and to get the developmental aspect of the subjects. The subjects were total 610 infants and children, 302 boys and 308 girls between month 12 to 59. 67 dependent variables were analyzed by the method of Duncan Test as Multiple Range Test among 8 groups ans T-test between male and female of same age groups. Following results were obtained: 1. In Duncan Test of the direct measurement items, the most subjects between group 1 and 8 were significantly different in the majority of dependent varibles, especially in height and length items. 2. In Duncan Test of the body indices, as the subjects' ages are higher, their bodies were balanced with the growth of the girth of their lower body. 3. In T-test, the significant difference between male and female of same month group was appeared mainly from 4th group to 7th group.

Quantitative microbial risk assessment indicates very low risk for Vibrio parahaemolyticus foodborne illness from Jeotgal in South Korea

In this study, a microbial risk assessment was performed for the bacteria Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which causes a foodborne illness following the consumption of Jeotgal, a fermented seafood in South Korea. The assessment comprised of six stages: product, market, home, consumption, dose-response, and risk. The initial contamination level (IC) was calculated based on the prevalence of V. parahaemolyticus in 90 Jeotgal samples. The kinetic behavior of V. parahaemolyticus was described using predictive models. The data on transportation conditions from manufacturer to market and home were collected through personal communication and from previous studies. Data for the Jeotgal consumption status were obtained, and an appropriate probability distribution was established. The simulation models responding to the scenario were analyzed using the @RISK program. The IC of V. parahaemolyticus was estimated using beta distribution [Beta (1, 91)]. The cell counts during transportation were estimated using Weibull and polynomial models [δ = 1 / (0.0718 – 0.0097 × T + 0.0005 × T2)], while the probability distributions for time and temperature were estimated using Pert, Weibull, Uniform, and LogLogistic distributions. Daily average consumption amounts were assessed using the Pareto distribution [0.60284,1.32,Risk Truncate(0,155)]. The results indicated that the risk of V. parahaemolyticus infection through Jeotgal consumption is low in South Korea.
