In modern systems, the operational capability of the system to the user needs is expanding rapidly to accommodate the size of the system, functionality, and interfaces are becoming increasingly complex. Accordingly, the systematic practice of project management and systems engineering in the system development process, as an important element in successful systems development is recognized. EIA/ANSI 632, ISO/IEC15288, the leading international standard for systems engineering and is the leading international standard on project management PMBOK. CMMI is also contains information about the activities of project management and systems engineering and worldwide basis to assess the maturity of an organization's ability to develop system being used. But CMMI model is too complex of structure and there are many overlap parts of contents. So there are many problems for members of organization understanding all of CMMI model, applying organization and, achieving improvement activity. In this study, through the analysis and integration between the model and the related standard coverage activities essential for successful systems development in organizations that require systems engineering and project management capabilities(SEPMC) for self-assessment and continuous improvement activities to provide useful reference guideline.
99dB의 DR를 갖는 단일-비트 4차 고성능 델타-시그마 모듈레이터 설계

본 논문에서는 높은 dynamic range(DR)를 얻을 수 있는 단일-비트 4차 델타-시그마 모듈레이터를 제시하였으며, 이를 구현하였다. 본 모듈레이터에 사용된 루프 필터의 구조는 피드백 패스와 피드포워드 패스를 혼합하여 사용한 구조이며, 스위치-커패시터(switched-capacitor) 방식으로 구현되었다. 측정 결과로는 20kHz의 기저대역(base band)에서 3.2MHz의 클록을 사용하였을 때 최대 99dB의 DR을 얻었다. 본 모듈레이터는 $0.18{\mu}m$ standard CMOS 공정으로 만들어졌다. In this paper, a fourth-order single-bit delta-sigma modulator is presented and implemented. The loop-filter is composed of both feedback and feedforward paths. Measurement results show that maximum 99dB dynamic range is achievable at a clock rate of 3.2MHz for 20kHz baseband. The proposed modulator has been fabricated in a $0.18{\mu}m$ standard CMOS process.
Anabaena cylindrica 분해세균의 분리 및 동정

To isolate the bacteria lysing cyanobacteria, the sediment samples were collected from Dochang and Pal'tang Reservoir and Seokchon Lake. Each sample was smeared on the Anabaena cylindrica lawn and incubated in light chamber for 11 days. Bacteria having cyanobacteria-Iysing activity were isolated from the samples of Seokchon reservoir. Confirmation of cyanobacteria-Iysing activity was carried out to measure chlorophyll a and bacterial cell counting in mixed culture of Anabaena cylindrica and bacteria. Lysis was detected when extracellular meterials was added to the Anabaena cylindrica culture. The isolate was identified by analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence and morphological and physiological properties. The bacterial strain was taxonomically studied by the phylogenetic analysis based on 165 rDNA sequence. This strain was identified as a member of the genus Bacillus and designated as Bacillus sp. CHS1. 남조류 분해세균을 분리하기 위하여 도창, 팔당 저수지와 석촌 호수로부터 저층시료를 채취하였다. Anabaena cylindrica lawn에 각각의 시료를 도말한 후 11 일간 배양하였고 석촌 시료를 접중한 Anabaena cylindrica lawn에서 Anabaena cylindrica에 분해능을 가지는 세균을 분리하였다. 분해능 화인은 남조류와 분해세균을 혼합한 후 chlorophyll a간의 측정과 분리세균의 cell counting방법으로 확인하였고, 세포외 물질이 Anabaena cylindrica를 분해하는 것을 확인하였다. 분리균주는 16S rDNA 염기서열 분석과 형태학적, 생리학적 특징을 기초로 하여 동정하였다. 분리균주의 165 rDNA염기서열을 기초로한 분자계통학적 분석을 통하여 Bacillus속에 포함하는 계통학적 그룹에 속한다는 것을 확인하였고, Bacillus sp. CHSl으로 명하였다.

This work has been undertaken with the aim of introducing the meanings of the Asmaul Husna(the most beautiful names), its effects for those who remember and repeat them, and revival of remembering Allah in people`s hearts. Islam has greatly stressed on its followers the need of calling Allah, making Du`a, and remembering Him through His attributes, as it is the soul of the life of human beings both in this world and in the next world. Quran says that Allah has Asmaul Husna, so call Him by them, and keep away from those who blaspheme His names, they shall assuredly be punished for their misdeeds. It is told that by the prophet Muhammad that Allah has ninety-nine names, a hundred minus one. Any one who learns them goes to paradise. Allah is the only proper name of the Divine One, as distinguished from all other attributes names called Asmaul Husna, who has ninety-nine attributes and calling Him by His different names puts emphasis on what one needs most on particular occasions, and remembering His names blesses one`s life. It is said that the remembering of them is the happiest, the wisest of pastime, and its blessings can never be counted and the satisfaction they bring cannot be measured. It is also advised to keep always ourselves busy in the remembrance of them, even while doing work, business and other works. It is mentioned that the act of the remembrance of them will save human beings from bad thoughts and vices and improve both spiritual and worldly life.
