        Various religious traditions in the world have their own unique view of religious scriptures. Generally, a religion such as Christianity, Islam or Judaism, emphasizing the revelation of the Absolute (Allah or God), attaches an utmost value to its scripture, Qur'an of Islam, in particular, possesses absolute value and authority itself. Such religion as described above deems its scripture(s) as records of revelation of the Absolute. On the other hand, scripture is construed as human text harboring human deliberation, not God's Words, in cases of such religions as Buddhism or Confucianism, which place more emphasis on the Individual (i.e. the sage)'s superb religious experience, deliberation and wisdom than the revelation of divine being, and exert efforts to turn valuable teachings of sages to deed in his or her religious(or daily) life. Accordingly, in this case, the interpretation of scriptures is relatively flexible when compared to the first mentioned religions as above. It should be further noted, in case of religious traditions such as Zen Buddhism, with a negative point of view against expression of the religious deliberation being expressed in a human language, As Scripture loses its authority along with devaluation of language. As seen above, it can be derived that authority of scripture may vary from a religion to a religion depending on levels of understanding as to the religious experiences and expressions thereof and is, furthermore, interlinked to view of language of the religion concerned. Moreover, attitude toward Scripture is closely linked to how each religion views a world and salvation. The view of scripture, i.e. attitude toward authority of scripture or standpoint as to interpretation of scripture, varies from religious tradition to religious tradition. Even within the same religious tradition, the view of scripture may be determined by era and religious denominations. It is noteworthy that Taoism does not have standard view of scriptures itself. The characteristics of Taoism, i.e. a religion of interwoven complexity and high flexibility, are reflected on formation and understanding of its scripture. Taoist Canon(『道藏』), a massive accumulation of texts, is a collection of numerous texts with far-reaching diversity. All in all, scripture of Taoism may be characterized by diversity and flexibility. It would be worthwhile to identify a common factor behind consolidation of numerous Taoist texts of such diversity into one. It can be derived that Taoist texts are based on the metaphysics and cosmology centered on Tao and Qi (i.e. Breath, or Energy). The cosmology, involving a process starting from Tao(i.e. the One, the matrix of the whole universe) to creation of a myriad of things via a medium of Qi serves a framework to build a fundamental structure for religious practices of Taoism. Taoist endeavors to revert the process of such creation (i.e. from a myriad of things to Tao) as part of effort to reach the mystical union with Tao. The mechanism involving creation of all things based on Tao and Qi and circulation thereof serves as a fundamental basis to support all the doctrines and facilitate religious practices of Taoism. As seen above, with a common theoretical framework, each denomination of Taoism documented its own texts and the view of scriptures during a particular time period while other denomination pursued its own way. As a prime example, we can find two different views of taoist scripture as follows: First, a group of traditions, such as Shangqing Tradition, Lingbao Tradition and Celestial Masters Tradition, deems scripture to hale a divine origin and power. Such traditions recognize that scriptures are literal expressions of Tao, i.e. the Primordial Chaos of nondifferentiation, Hundun(混沌), and believe that scriptures are sacred things which manifest the Sacred itself and possess sacred power themselves.         As the blockchain technology attracts attention, interest in cryptocurrency that is received as a reward is also increasing. Currently, investments and transactions are continuing with the expectation and increasing value of cryptocurrency. Accordingly, prediction for cryptocurrency price has been attempted through artificial intelligence technology and social sentiment analysis. The purpose of this paper is to develop a deep learning ensemble model for predicting the price fluctuations and one-day lag price of cryptocurrency based on the design science research method. This paper intends to perform predictive modeling on Ethereum among cryptocurrencies to make predictions more efficiently and accurately than existing models. Therefore, it collects data for five years related to Ethereum price and performs pre-processing through customized functions. In the model development stage, four LSTM models, which are efficient for time series data processing, are utilized to build an ensemble model with the optimal combination of hyperparameters found in the experimental process. Then, based on the performance evaluation scale, the superiority of the model is evaluated through comparison with other deep learning models. The results of this paper have a practical contribution that can be used as a model that shows high performance and predictive rate for cryptocurrency price prediction and price fluctuations. Besides, it shows academic contribution in that it improves the quality of research by following scientific design research procedures that solve scientific problems and create and evaluate new and innovative products in the field of information systems

        목적: 본 연구는 한국형 전산화인지재활 프로그램(CoTras)이 지역사회에 거주하는 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능과 기본적·수단적 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 2017년 4월부터 동년 7월까지 총 10주 동안 경북 G시에 거주하는 뇌졸중 환자 22명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 한국형 전산화인지재활 프로그램(CoTras)을 중재한 실험군 11명, 전통적인 인지치료를 중재한 대조군 11명으로 나누어 주 2회 30분씩 총 10주간 중재를 실시하였다. 중재 전·후 인지기능을 비교하기 위하여 MMSE-K와 LOTCA를, 기본적·수단적 일상생활활동을 비교하기 위하여 K-MBI와 K-IADL을 각각 평가하였다. 결과: 중재 후 실험군은 대조군에 비하여 통계학적으로 유의하게 인지기능(MMSE-K, LOTCA)과 기본적 일상생활활동(K-MBI)이 향상되었다. 결론: 한국형 전산화 인지재활 프로그램(CoTras)는 지역사회에 거주하는 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능과 기본적 일상생활활동 향상에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. Objective: The purpose of study was to verify the effect of a Korean computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program(Cotras) for recovering the cognitive function and basic·instrumental activities of daily living in community stroke patients. Methods: This study was conducted at G city from April 2017 to July with community stroke patients. Eleven patients with experimental group given Korean computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program(Cotras) intervention, eleven patients with control group given traditional cognitive therapy for 30 minutes per session two times a week for total ten weeks. Before and after intervention, we compared cognitive function and basic·instrumental activities of daily living we undertook MMSE-K, LOTCA, K-MBI and K-IADL. Result: Experimental group presented significant statistical difference more improve cognitive function(MMSE-K, LOTCA) and basic activities of daily living(K-MBI) compared to control group(p<.05). Conclusion: Korean computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program(Cotras) was improve cognitive function and basic activities of daily living for community stroke patients.

        무 원종 대량생산을 위한 경정배양

        순도가 균일한 원종을 대량생산하기 위해 원원종 종자를 이용하여 조직배양 기술 중 경정배양을 이용하였다. 실험 재료로는 원원종 계통 RA2와 RA4 계통을 사용하였다. BA 호르몬 사용의 경우 RA2 계통의 유묘에서는 BA 1.33 uM 첨가 배지에서 평균 14.67개로, 성묘의 경우 BA 1.78 uM 첨가 배지에서 평균 11.33개로 가장 많은 개수의 multi-shoots이 형성되었으며, RA4 계통 경우 유묘에서는 BA 2.22 uM 첨가 배지에서 평균 11.67개로, 성묘에서는 BA 1.33 uM 첨가 배지에서 평균 13.67개로 가장 많은 multi-shoots이 형성되었지만 BA 농도별로 유의수준에서 거의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. TDZ 호르몬 사용의 경우 RA2 계통은 TDZ 농도가 증가할수록 multi-shoots의 수가 증가하여 TDZ 0.45 uM 첨가 배지에서 가장 많은 multi-shoots가 형성되었으나(유묘 7.0개, 성묘 3.0개), TDZ 2.25 uM 부터는 거의 multi-shoots가 형성되지 않았다. RA4 계통은 유묘의 경우 거의 multi-shoots이 생성되지 않았고 성묘의 경우 TDZ 0.23, 0.45 uM 첨가 배지에서 3.7개의 multi-shoots이 생성되었으나 그 이상의 농도에서는 유묘에서와 같이 생성되지 않았다. 생성된 multi-shoots를 계대배양하여 생장한 조직배양묘를 SSR marker를 사용하여 원종계통과 비교분석한 결과 생성된 조직배양묘에서 변이의 양상이 약하게 보인 것이 있었으나 돌연변이체로 나타난 것은 없었다. 또한 뿌리 발근에 있어서는 RA2, RA4 계통 모두 대체적으로 IBA 4.9 uM 첨가된 배지에서 발근율, 뿌리 수, 뿌리발달 정도 등이 가장 좋았다. Shoot-tip culture was used to produce clonal plants of radish stock seeds. Using 6-benzyladenine (BA), the largest number of RA2 line multi-shoots were formed with an average of 14.67 shoots on 1.33 µM BA in early seedlings and 11.33 shoots on 1.78 µM BA in juvenile seedlings. The largest number of RA4 line multi-shoots were formed with an average of 11.67 shoots on 2.22 µM BA in early seedlings and 13.67 shoots on 1.33 µM BA in juvenile seedlings. There was little difference in the significance level by BA concentration in both lines. Using Thidiazuron (TDZ), the number of RA2 line multi-shoots increased with increasing TDZ concentration, forming the largest number of multi-shoots in 0.45 µM TDZ (7.0 and 3.0 multi-shoots for early and juvenile seedlings, respectively), but few multi-shoots were formed from TDZ 2.25 and 4.5 µM. RA4 line produced almost no multi-shoots in early seedlings, and 3.7 multi-shoots were produced in 0.23 and 0.45 µM TDZ in juvenile seedlings, but not at higher concentrations. Analysis of the tissue culture seedlings grown by cultivating the generated multi-shoots with Radish Foundation seeds using SSR marker revealed a weak pattern of mutation in the generated tissue culture seedlings, but there was no mutant. In addition, in terms of root roots, both RA2 and RA4 lines generally had the best rooting, number of roots, and degree of root development in 4.9 µM indol-3- butyric acid (IBA).

        프레이리(Freire)의 ‘대화’ 관점에서 본 유아미술활동의 교사-유아 상호작용연구

        본 연구는 유아미술활동에서 나타나는 교사-유아의 상호작용을 프레이리(Freire)의 ‘대화’를 중심으로 살펴보고자하였다. 유아미술활동에서 교사와 유아의 대화는 어떠한 양상으로 나타나고 있는지, 유아미술활동에 대화가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 연구기간은 2018년 8월부터 10월까지 3개월간 이루어졌으며, 연구기관 및 참여자는 p시에 소재한 사립유치원 두 곳의 만 5세반 교사 2인이었다. 연구자료는 각 기관마다 8회씩 총 16회의 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 수집되었고, 이를 분석한 연구자일지를 분석 자료로 선정하였다. 연구결과 교사와 유아의 상호작용은 ‘교사-유아의 대화에서 발현되는 만남: 진정한 마주보기’, ‘주체들의 만남에서 오는 진정한 배움: 의식화’로 제시되었다. 논의점으로 첫째, 교사와 유아의 대화가 진정한 만남으로 이루어질 때 유아는 활동을 즐기며 주체자로서 유아미술활동에 참여하고 있었다. 둘째, 유아의 경험과 상상력이 활동 속에서 발현되었으며 이는 교사와 유아의 대화를 통해서 가능함을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 교사의 변혁 의지가 교사와 유아의 진정한 대화로 이끈다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, I tried to look at teacher-child interaction displayed in infant art activities, focusing on Freire s dialogue . We investigated how conversations in art activities look, and how they affect art activities. The research period was conducted for three months from August to October 2018, and the research institute and the participants were two private teachers at the time. Data collection was conducted through a total of 16 attendance observations and 8 in-depth interviews per teacher, and various materials used in artistic activities as researcher were selected as research analysis materials. As a result of the research, the interaction between the teacher and the child was presented as encounter expressed in the teacher-infant conversation: a true spread , comes from the subject s encounter and true learning: consciousness . First of all, at the point of discussion, children, who have a true conversation between the teacher and the child, participated in the art activity as the subject of a fun classroom. Secondly, I was able to see that the experience and imagination of children in art activities were expressed in the activities, and this was possible through the dialogue between teachers and children. Finally, I was able to know that the teacher s willingness to change is capable of realizing a true dialogue between the teacher and the child.
