본 논문에서는 인벌류우트와 원고치형의 단점을 보완하고 양자의 장점을 취한 치형을 얻기위하여 피치점 부근에서는 인벌류우트치형으로 이끝부분에서는 원호로 하 고 이뿌리부분에서는 상대방 기어의 원호부분과 맞물릴 수 있는 곡선으로 하는 치형을 합성하고, 이 합성치형의 유효치형을 가공할 수 있는 랙치형을 이론적인 방법으로 구 하였다. 그리고, 이 합성치형의 유효치형에 대한 이끝과 이뿌리 두께의 변화와 물림 률을 검토하였다. A composite gear with involute-circular are tooth profile and a tooth profile of the rack to cut this gear are theoretictically obtained. The composite gear has involute tooth profile in the vicinity of pitch point and has circular arc tooth profiles at addendum adn dedendum. The contact ratio(M$_{c}$), chordal tooth thickness (chordal tip tooth thickness S$_{t}$, chordal root tooth thickness S$_{t}$) of the composite gear are compared with those of involute gear. When module, number of teeth and pressure angle eqaul, S$_{t}$ of composite gear is much larger than that of involute gear. Under the same conditions, S/sib t/ and M$_{c}$ of composite gear become smaller than those of involute gear.lute gear.

Among the various physiological information that could be obtained from human body, heartbeat rate is a commonly used vital sign in the clinical milieu. Photoplethysography (PPG) sensor is incorporated into many wearable healthcare devices because of its advantages such as simplicity of hardware structure and low-cost. However, healthcare device employing PPG sensor has been issued in susceptibility of light and motion artifact. In this paper, to develop the real-time heart rate measurement device that is less sensitive to the external noises, we have fabricated an ultra-small wireless LC resonant pressure sensor by MEMS process. After performance evaluation in linearity and repeatability of the MEMS pressure sensor, heartbeat waveform and rate on radial artery were obtained by using resonant frequency-pressure conversion method. The measured data using the proposed heartbeat rate measurement system was validated by comparing it with the data of an commercialized heart rate measurement device. Result of the proposed device was agreed well to that of the commercialized device. The obtained real time heartbeat wave and rate were displayed on personal mobile system by bluetooth communication.

The study shows and suggests controversial and directions for improving of the lower stories housing complex by the resident satisfaction survey of residence environment factors. The result of the study is as follows. First, the result of the resident satisfaction analysis of lower stories housing complex for the parts of residence facilities, vicinity facilities, location, management, finance shows that the satisfaction for the residence facilities is highest and the parts of management, vicinity facilities, location and finance are next in order. Second, the result of the satisfaction for the 6 high rank factors of residence facilities shows that the satisfaction for bedroom is highest and the construction condition, public facilities, other facilities, plane formation and room surroundings are next in order. The Room surroundings shows the lowest satisfaction and also has other controversial as a privacy, noise and view. Third, the result of the satisfaction for the 6 high rank factors of vicinity facilities shows that the satisfaction for the parking place facility planning is highest and the moving line planning, plot planning, exterior planning, outdoors and landscape planning, other well-being facilities planning are next in order. For the plot planning, the improving of a relation between one's own space and outside, and a distance among constructions is required. And also a space planning arousing positive outside activities of residents which can be done with an exclusive bicycle road, outside physical training place, a kitchen garden, etc. is required. Especially for the other well-being facilities, a applying plan of various facilities to revitalize neighborhood communities is required. Fourth, for the location part, the residents are unsatisfied with the use of public transportation and vicinity facilities and the traffic at work. For the management part, the satisfaction for a user manual and waste disposing system is comparatively low. And the satisfaction for the finance part is low on the whole.

In this paper, we introduce an electrocardiogram (ECG) system designed to solve problems caused by wetgels and motion artifacts in measuring active movement. The system is called a dry-contact ECG and was designed by considering impedance matching between skin and electrode as well as the frictional electricity between electrode and clothes. In order to create the system, we measured impedance on the skin-electrode interface, and the result was applied to the electronic circuit scheme. Moreover, we added an electrode on the back of the measurement electrode to make a flow path to ground the electrical noise. The final ECG circuit and novel electrode were used to detect real human cardiac signals from a subject who was tested while standing still and walking. The signals obtained from the two activities were nicely shaped, without any motion artifact noise. We took electrode size into account in this study because the impedance depended on the area of the electrode. An electrode of 50 mm diameter showed the best curve for the ECG signal without any electrical noise.
