        Body-based Metaphor를 사용하는 재난구조용 웨어러블 인터페이스 디자인

        현재 재난상황에서 구조 활동을 하는 소방관들은 자신의 감각/인지 기관만을 가지고 상황에 대처하고 있다. 또한, 무전기를 통신 장비로 사용하는데 본부와의 통신만 가능하고 소방관들 사이에 통신 조차 지원해주지 않는다. 이러한 열악한 환경을 개선하고 소방관들의 안전을 도모하기 위해 적절한 재난 구조용 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 사용이 시급한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 재난 상황 시나리오에 기반 한 인터액션 모델링, 인간공학적 제한 조건, 필수 기능들을 기반으로 웨어러블 인터페이스를 디자인 및 개발 하였다. 특히 Body-based Metaphor를 사용하여 반응속도와 정확도를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였으며, 비디오 기반의 실험 환경을 구성하여 그 효율성을 검증하였다. Timely access of critical information (e.g. map), computing services (e.g. navigational aid) andcommunication (e.g. broadcasting danger zones) can help fire fighting and rescue operations much moreeffective. As such, fire fighting assistance is an ideal application for wearable computers. This paper presentsa wearable interface for fire fighters designed based on the operating environment constraints, ergonomicaspects of the fire fighters and scenario-based task analysis. In particular, the proposed interface employs theconcept of the body-based metaphor for the user to respond to an event and/or enact the interface as fast aspossible. Our experimental study shows that using body-based metaphor helps users to respond faster andmore accurately compared to when using the naively designed wearable interface.

For this reason this study has been aimed to find out the ways of vitalizing especially the banquet part business of hotel which shows sensible reaction to the economic situations and social environment, and to attain such aim special 1st class 6 hotels in the city of Seoul have been chosen as the models to comparatively analyze the sales of banquet these 3 years, to look up the changing situation of the sales amount after and before the system of IMF, to analyze the main causes affecting on the rapidly decreasing situation of sales amount, and to study on the ways of maximizing the sales amount of banquet for the last.

        표준 학교 교사의 조적벽 HPFRCC 뿜칠 보강을통한 내진 성능 보강에 관한 해석적 연구

        In this study, an analytical study was conducted on the seismic resistance through reinforcement of HPFRCC(High Performance Fiber Reinforced Cement Composites) masonry walls of standard school structure in the 1980s. The seismic reinforcement effect of structures under ground conditions from to was studied. The seismic reinforcing effect of the entire structure during out-of-plane reinforcement of full masonry walls and partial masonry walls was analyzed. As a result, when reinforcing the HPFRCC of a masonry wall, the ductility ability decreases due to the increase in strength and rigidity, and the torsional irregularity increases depending on the distribution of the full masonry wall and partial masonry wall in the building, which may adversely affect the overall structure. Therefore, it is judged that sufficient consideration is necessary when planning the earthquake-resistance reinforcement of buildings of the type of reinforcement to be blown off. 본 연구에서는 『80년도 학교 교사 표준 설계도』를 토대로 건설된 건축물에 대하여 내진성능평가를 실시하고, 비구조체로 평가받던 조적채움벽과 조적허리벽이 건물에 미치는 영향을 분석하며 다양한 지반조건을 고려하여 활발한 연구가 진행 중인 HPFRCC를 활용한 조적단면 뿜칠 보강 방식의 내진성능보강 효과에 대해 해석적 분석을 진행하였다. 기존 선행연구들에서의 조적벽체의 보강을 통한 내진 성능 분석은 골조 내의 구조물 거동 분석이 아닌 조적 프리즘의 압축강도 및 전단강도 등의 강도 분석에 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조적채움벽 및 조적허리벽의 면외 보강 시 전체 구조물의 내진 보강 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 조적벽체의 HPFRCC 뿜칠 보강 시 강도 및 강성의 증가로 인한 연성 능력의 저하, 건축물 내의 조적채움벽 및 조적허리벽의 분포에 따라 비틀림 비정형의 증가 등으로 전체 구조물의 측면에서 불리하게 작용할 수 있으므로, 뿜칠 보강 형식의 건축물의 내진보강 계획 시 충분한 고려가 필요하다고 판단된다.

        Amatoxin 중독 환자에서 Silymarin, Penicillin, N-acetylcysteine의 효과 비교: 체계적 고찰

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of pharmacologic treatment of amatoxin poisoning patients. Methods: Literature was accessed through PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane library, KoreaMed, KISS and KMBASE. Studies relevant to human use of pharmacologic therapy including silymarin, penicillin and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) for amanita poisoning were included. Case reports, letters, editorials and papers with insufficient information were excluded. Comparison of clinical outcomes (especially mortality and liver transplantation rate) in each study was analyzed. Results: The final analysis included 13 retrospective studies. None of these studies showed direct comparisons of individual agents. Among 12 studies comparing silymarin vs penicillin, eight showed clinical superiority of silymarin. Among eight studies comparing silymarin with NAC, six showed clinical superiority of silymarin. Among seven studies of NAC vs penicillin, five showed clinical superiority of NAC. Conclusion: This systematic review suggested that clinical superiority of various pharmacological agents used to treat amatoxin poisoning is debatable. Nevertheless, the available evidence suggests it is reasonable to consider combinations of multiple agents for patients with amanita poisoning. Further studies are required to establish a treatment regimen for amanita poisoning.

        화학적 환원법에 의한 구리 나노분말 합성

        Copper nanoparticles attract much attention as substitutes of noble metals such as silver and can help reduce the manufacturing cost of electronic products due to their lower cost and good conductivity. In the present work, the chemical reduction is examined to optimize the synthesis of nano-sized copper particles from copper sulfate. Sodium borohydride and ascorbic acid are used as reducing and antioxidant agents, respectively. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is used as a size-control and capping agent. An appropriate dose of PEG inhibits the abnormal growth of copper nanoparticles, maintaining chemical stability. The addition of ascorbic acid prevents the oxidation of nanoparticles during synthesis and storage. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) are used to investigate the size of the synthesized nanoparticles and the coordination between copper nanoparticles and PEG. For chemical reduction, copper nanoparticles less than 100 nm in size without oxidized layers are successfully obtained by the present method.

        LPS로 유도한 마우스의 급성신경염증에 대한 톱니모자반(Sargassum serratifolium) 추출물의 효과

        The common hallmark of several neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease (AD), is the presence of chronic neuroinflammation, which contributes to the loss of neuronal structure and function. This study investigated the effects of an ethanolic extract of Sargassum serratifolium (SSE) in a lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-induced murine neuroinflammation model. Mice were administered SSE (100 mg/kg body weight) or vehicle for 5 days by oral gavage, and then treated with LPS or saline by intraperitoneal injection. Thereafter, the brain tissues were collected, and the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines was analyzed by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. There was a marked increase in the spleen weight index in the LPS-treated groups, which indicated the induction of acute systemic inflammation. Based on significant increases in the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 expression, the induction of neuroinflammation was also evident in the cortex and hippocampus of the LPS-treated groups. The overall expression of IL-1 and IL-6 was decreased slightly by SSE administration, compared with the LPS group, and a marked change in IL-1 was observed in the cortex of the SSE-treated (SSE/LPS) group. These results suggest that SSE has potential as an anti-neuroinflammatory nutraceutical.

        Tourism can be thought as a gift of nature given the right to pursue the happiness and the energy of lift to human beings. Tourism development refers to develop the gift of nature in a right way without destroying it. Tourism development can be a same concept of double-faced coin. There are some who have benefits and others don't. Honey pot tourism the has been done so far just stayed on the theory of tourism development. Also actual demand expectancy and economic impact to each area have been perfunctory. They showed the rightfulness of development to get business license, while they don't invest actually and make the reality speculation. To develop the appropriate honey pot tourism, the followings should be achieved. First, the place that has aboundant nature resource should be chosen and developed the lands which have lack of to efficiency of land useful value systemically. Second, to highten life quality for citizen and tourism welfare, the facilities that many citizen prefer to should be developed and offered. Third, characteristic tourism products expressed the nation of Korea well should be made to compete internationally though the existing honey pot tourism. Fourth, the existing honey pot tourism should be an important tool to remind the social tourism. Fifth, consistent tourism policy should be set up and perfect local honey pot tourism zoning completed.
