VGT가 디젤엔진의 부분부하 성능에 미치는 영향

Recently, the application of variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) to the high speed direct injection (HSDI) diesel engine has gained more and more interest in automotive industry. A steady state experimental investigation has been undertaken on a 1.5L HSDI diesel engine to verify the benefits of VGT comparing to the standard engine having a waste gate turbocharger (WGT). Specifically, part load performances (e.g., fuel economy and emission) have been investigated under various vane angles of the VGT. The results show that the real exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) rate as well as the pumping loss is very important to improve break specific fuel consumption (BSFC). It was previously known that the pumping loss only is a main parameter. In addition, the trade-off relationship between BSFC and NOx according to boost pressure, and the decreasing tendency of NOx with increasing real EGR rate have been verified. 1-D numerical analysis also has been performed, and the numerical results are in good agreement with experimental results.

Pour bien evaluer le sens d’une oeuvre litteraire, ou meme d’un genre nouveau, il faudrait presupposer la comprehension du contexte culturel de l’epoque où elle est nee. Lorsque le gout des lecteurs europeens semble rester passionne de la fantaisie du roman de chevalier qui seduit jusqu’au 17e siècle, Le Decameron comme L’Heptameron, en representant un genre litteraire relativement neuf de la ‘nouvelle’, veulent se caracteriser d’abord par leur insistance sur la veracite du recit. Avec leur nouveau dispositif-role des ‘devisants’, les deux oeuvres font apparaitre la complexite de la relation de la realite avec sa narration ainsi que l’ambiguïte, par la suite, du sens d’un recit. Tout en servant d’une petite pause douce au cours quotidien de la vie commune, le moment de la narration dans ces ‘nouvelles’ offre aux lecteurs d’abord l’occasion de reflechir dans l’ensemble sur leur vie, individuelle aussi bien que sociale. Ce moment constitue aussi une instance indispensable de la vie meme, dont la qualite et le caractère seront influences ou meme decides après. Soit en ouvrant la nouvelle perspective sur le monde comme Le Decameron, soit en suggerant une autre spiritualite religieuse comme L’Heptameron, le genre ‘nouvelle’ nous vient aiguiser la sensation d’une litterature comme la reponse aux problèmes de la realite humaine.

팀 기반학습을 적용한 사회복지 교과목 수업설계와 운영

학습자에게 일방적으로 정보와 지식을 전달하는 교수방법에서 벗어나 팀을 학습에 활용하는 팀 기반학습의 효과성이 확인되며 대학 교육에서 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 사회복지교육에 팀 기반학습의 교수방법을 활용하여 대학 사회복지교육에서 「사회문제론」수업을 설계하고 그 운영과정과 학습자 참여수준의 효과성을 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. W대학교 사회복지전공에서 2018년 1학기에 개설된 교과목에 팀 기반학습의 원칙에 따라 수업을 설계하고 운영하였으며, 수업에 참여한 학습자 중 설문에 유효하게 응답한 45명을 대상으로 수업 사전, 중간, 사후 시점에 학습자 수업참여수준을 분석한 결과, 유의하게 수업참여 수준이 높아진 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 팀 기반학습이 대학 사회복지교육에서 효과적인 교수학습방법으로서 활용될 수 있음을 시사하며, 이를 토대로 사회복지교육 적용 가능성을 논의하였다. Team-Based Learning (TBL), which utilizes team structures to facilitate learning, has been applied in various university educational settings as an alternative to one-directional teacher transmission of information and knowledge to learners. The purpose of this study was to design and implement a college-level “social problem” curriculum using TBL, which has been relatively less studied in social welfare, and to evaluate the effectiveness of learning engagement in this setting. In the first semester of 2018 at W university, the course was designed and implemented according to the principles of TBL. Forty-five students who participated in the class were surveyed on the learning engagement in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the TBL. Results showed that the level in learning engagement were significantly different between pretest and posttest. Therefore TBL may be an effective teaching and learning method in social welfare education.

H.264 동영상 표준 부호화 방식의 블록화 현상 제거를 위한 적응적 후처리 기법

본 논문에서는 H.264 동영상 표준 부호화 방식의 블록화 현상 제거 및 화질 개선을 위한 적응적 후처리 기법에 대해 제안한다. H.264의 루프 필터는 부호화기 내부에 위치함에 따라 부호화 복잡도를 증가시키고, 블록화 현상을 완벽히 제거하지 못하며, 영상을 과도하게 열화 시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 부호화기의 복잡도를 낮추는 동시에 고화질의 영상을 복원하기 위해 Constraint Least Squares(CLS) 기법과 투영 기법을 결합하였다. 또한 인간의 시각 시스템을 반영하기 위해 가중치 norm CLS 기법을 사용하였으며, 이를 위해 블록 경계와 블록 내부에 위치한 화소들의 위치에 따라 각기 다른 국부 분산과 라플라시안 연산자를 새롭게 정의하였다. 국부 화소들은 높은 상관관계를 갖는다는 특성을 이용하여 투영 기법을 위한 투영 집합을 정의하였다. 끝으로 H.264의 양자화 인덱스(QP)를 완화도 조절을 위해 공통적으로 사용하였다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 후처리 기법이 H.264의 루프필터보다 블록화 현상을 효과적으로 제거하는 동시에 CLS 기법보다 빠르게 수렴함을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, we present a spatially adaptive post-processing algorithm for H.264 video coding standard to remove blocking artifacts. The loop filter of H.264 increases computational complexity of the encoder. Furthermore it doesn't clearly remove the blocking artifacts, resulting in over-blurring. For overcoming them, we combine the projection method with the Constraint Least Squares(CLS) method to restore the high quality image. To reflect the Human Visual System, we adopt the weight norm CLS method. Particularly pixel location-based local variance and laplacian operator are newly defined for the CLS method. In addition, the fact that correlation among adjoining pixels is high is utilized to constrain the solution space when the projection method is applied. Quantization Index(QP) of H.264 is also used to control the degree of smoothness. The simulation results show that the proposed post-processing filter works better than the loop filter of H.264 and converges more quickly than the CLS method.

몽테뉴의 ‘독자’와 자유인의 공동체 - 『수상록』 3권 1장에 대하여

“Au lecteur” des Essais restera une sorte d’énigme ou une simple préface purement formelle, quand on n’aura pas lu d’autres chapitres plus sérieux et plus lourds. Le premier chapitre du livre III, ''De l’utile et de l’honneste'', se compose curieusement de la même structure et des mêmes éléments que cette préface. Nous pouvons donc comparer, malgré les différences de longueur comme de densité, les deux textes, ce qui nous amènera à comprendre le vrai projet des Essais et la véritable position du lecteur de Montaigne. Montaigne constate dans ce chapitre les divers vices de l’humanité, de la société humaine et de son temps. Cette vision péssimiste reconnaît l’existence de maux indéracinables sur la terre. Témoin de son temps comme médiateur entre deux camps ennemis de la guerre civile religieuse, il se conduit néanmoins contre la tendance dominante, sans ruse ni masque. C’est une sorte de pari sur la confiance, dans la mesure où les autres pourront abuser de son ouverture et de sa sincérité. Son expérience montre que chacun attend, sans en être conscient, un signal de confiance de la part de l’autre, et est prêt à y répondre de son côté. Pour arrêter le cycle infernal de la méfiance et démarrer un nouveau cycle de confiance, Montaigne a dû briser la peur banalisée de la méchanceté des autres. Une fois accompli cet acte de libération, il lance un défi à toutes sortes de variations du principe de peur, à commencer par le réalisme politique selon la Raison d’État, la convoitise cachée sous le voile de la cause générale, l’utile écrasant l’honnête. Lire les Essais, c’est être invité à s’affranchir du joug de la méfiance et à accepter de rejoindre les amis égaux et à coeur ouvert. Être lecteur de Montaigne, c’est aussi créer avec lui un cercle moral, qui seul possède la possibilité de déboucher de nouveau sur ''ces nations qu’on dict vivre encore sous la douce liberté des premières loix de nature''.

다중 정규화 매개 변수를 이용한 혼합 norm 영상 복원 방식

본 논문에서는 다중 정규화 매개 변수를 이용한 혼합 norm 영상 복원 방식을 제안한다. 임의의 분포를 갖는 첨가 노이즈를 효율적으로 제거하기 위해 정규화 완화 ℓ₂ 함수와 정규화 완화 ℓ₄ 함수를 결합한 새로운 혼합 norm 정규화 완화 함수가 유도된다. 각 완화 함수의 완화도를 제어하기 위해 개별적인 정규화 매개 변수가 정의되고, 정규화 완화 ℓ₂ 함수와 정규화 완화 ℓ₄ 함수의 상대적 기여도를 제어하기 위한 혼합 norm 정규화 매개 변수가 kurtosis를 이용해 정의된다. 안정적인 해를 얻기 위해 반복기법이 사용되었으며, 이들의 수렴 여부가 분석되었다. 다양한 분포를 갖는 첨가 노이즈가 실험에 사용되었으며, 이를 통해서 제안된 방식의 성능을 평가할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose an iterative mixed norm image restoration algorithm using multi regularization parameters. A functional which combines the regularized ℓ₂ norm functional and the regularized ℓ₄ norm functional is proposed to efficiently remove arbitrary noise. The smoothness of each functional is determined by the regularization parameters. Also, a regularization parameter is used to determine the relative importance between the regularized ℓ₂ norm functional and the regularized ℓ₄ norm functional using kurtosis. An iterative algorithm is utilized for obtaining a solution and its convergence is analyzed. Experimental results demonstrate the capability of the proposed algorithm.

Incoterms 관점에서 수입미착상품 재고자산의 계상방법에 관한 연구

수출입기업 회계실무에서 일반적인 회계원칙만을 고려하여 수익을 인식하거나, 무역거래조건에 따라 편의적으로 수익을 인식하는 경우가 있다. 특히 수입미착상품에 대해 잘못된 수익인식으로 관계 당사자의 이해관계에 영향을 미치는 문제가 있다. 국제거래에서 정확하게 수익을 인식하기 위해서는 일반적으로 인정된 회계원칙과 함께 국제무역거래에서 널리 사용되는 Incoterms를 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구는 회계기준과 Incoterms 2020을 중심으로 수입미착상품의 수익인식시점을 재정의하였다. 그리고 Incoterms 관점에서 우리나라 회계기준의 문제점을 제시함으로써 향후 국제거래조건별로 구체적인 회계기준의 제정할 것과 무역거래 당사자의 대응방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this essay is to comprehend the timing of revenue recognition of imported goods in transit based on financial reporting standards and Incoterms 2020. K-IFRS(Korean International Financial Reporting Standards) defines guidelines and timing in detail for revenue recognition of international commercial terms. But the problemis that the guidelines don"t fully reflect the real practical conditions. In the trading company’s accounting practices, revenuemay be recognized in consideration of general principle of accounting or in accordancewith terms of trade for convenience. Some incorrect viewof revenue for imported goods in transit affects interests of parties concerned. In order to clearly understand revenue in international transactions, it is essential for an accurate understanding of Incoterms and generally accepted financial reporting standards. Eventually the timing of revenue recognition of an asset in international transactions does not simply judge conveniently according to the terms of the Incoterms, but consider any additional facts and circumstances such as contractual agreements and trading practices between the parties. Furthermore importers are encouraged to reduce their dependence on Incoterms themselves and to clearly state the timing of ownership transfer as an indicator of ownership transfer in the contract. It is also necessary to actively consider the use of Incoterms Dterms that are notmisunderstood at the time of accounting.
