AMI is a large-scale IoT system that provides various customer services such as demand response and load analysis service by collecting and analyzing customers" electricity consumption in semi-real time using bidirectional communication. Since the existing AMI system used a non-standard private protocol, standardization of the data model and transmission method is required. In this paper, the data model and transmission method based on the LwM2M IoT protocol were designed to be suitable for the AMI system. In addition, a prototype was developed and the performance and stability were tested in the field. As a result of the field test, it was confirmed that the timely data collection rate of more that 99% was achieved, and the collection time of AMI information was greatly reduced by more that 95% compared to the existing one. Therefore, it is considered that it can be used for future distribution system prediction and demand management service.

Cardiogenic embolic stroke accounts for approximately 20% of ischemic strokes and the likelihood of its recurrence is high. Paradoxical embolism may be an important cause of cardioembolic stroke, which can be evaluated through multiple diagnostic modalities including transesophageal echocardiography (TTE) or transcranial Doppler. A persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC) is a rare congenital vascular anomaly, which mainly drains to the right atrium via the coronary sinus. Although rare, PLSVC draining into the left heart predisposes the patient to paradoxical embolism through a right-to-left shunt. We report on a 78- year-old female patient with an ischemic stroke associated with PLSVC draining into the left atrium through the pulmonary vein, which was investigated via TTE with an agitated saline test and computed tomography.
CMOS 공정을 이용한 링 오실레이터 기반 진성 난수 생성 회로 설계

본 논문은 IoT 장치와 같은 경량 기기를 위한 보안 시스템에 적용 가능한 링 오실레이터(Ring Oscillator) 기반의 진성 난수 생성기(TRNG)를 설계하였다. 제안된 난수 생성기는 65nm CMOS 공정을 이용해 설계되었으며, 동작 전압 1.2V, 비트레이트 3Gb/s 및 에너지 소모율 0.054pJ/bit을 갖는다.
