This study was intended for Fagus engleriana stand in Is. Ulleung where the disturbance of vegetation has been caused by the exploitation and the increase of tourists. For the effective conservation and management on this issue, this study was conducted provide basic data. The sixteen study sites (20×20m) were installed in the dominant Fagus engleriana stand and the base environment and vegetation were investigated. The Fagus engleriana stand was classified into two groups, The Fagus engleriana stand was classified into two groups, community A is Fagus engleriana-Sorbus amurensis and community B is Fagus engleriana-Acer pictum subsp. Mono by cluster analysis and community A were nothing signigicant by indicator species analysis. Community B were Eight species (Tsuga sieboldii, Camellia japonica, Dystaenia takesimana ect.) significant by indicator species analysis. The diameter class of 16cm to 25cm was 53.7% in population structure of Fagus engleriana, which was the highest and showed inverse J-distribution. Species diversity index (H`) of investigated woody layer group ranged from 0.99 to 2.05 and that of under layer group ranged from 1.75∼2.59. According to Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling (NMS) analysis, the woody layer was divided into community A developed in the region having relatively high sand content at high altitudes and community B formed at the place having relatively high clay content at low altitudes. Then this classification was significant through Multi-Response Permutation Procedures (MRPP) analysis. The distribution of understory vegetation through Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA) was induced by the silt content and cover degree of vegetation layer.
계방산의 고도와 사면방위별 하층식생구조 및 지표종 분석

본 연구는 유전자원보호구역 및 국립공원으로 지정된 계방산의 하층식생구조와 고도 및 사면별 지표종을 구명하기 위해 실시하였다. 조사지 출현식물은 80과 203속 303종 38변종 5품종 4아종 총 350분류군으로 확인되었다. 중요치 분석결과, 관목층에서는 미역줄나무(9.143%), 당단풍나무(7.594%), 노린재나무(6.347%) 등이 우점 하였고, 초본층에서는 조릿대(8.653%), 오리방풀(2.936%), 대사초(2.897%) 등이 우점 하는 것으로 나타났다. NMS 분석결과, 주요종의 분포범위는 고도별 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다(관목층: R2>0.3, 초본층: R2>0.6). Plexus diagram 분석결과, 당단풍나무는 함박꽃나무, 청시닥나무, 참회나무 등과 연관성이 있으며, 초본층의 벌깨덩굴은 투구꽃, 박새, 귀룽나무등과 연관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 고도에 따른 유의성 있는 지표종은 60종, 사면방위별 유의성 있는 지표종은 30종이 분석되었다. MRPP-test 결과, 고도에 따른 집단 간 종조성은 이질적이며, 사면방위에 따른 종조성은 NE와 SW 간에 이질성이 큰 것으로 분석되었다. This study was conducted to investigate composition of understory vegetation and indicator species by altitude and slope azimuth in Mt. Gyebang designated as Protected Area for Forest Genetic Resource Conservation and National Park. Tracheophytes were 350 taxa; 80 families, 203 genera, 303 species, 38 varieties, 5 forma and 4 sub-species in research area. The species of greatest importance value were Tripterygium regelii (9.143%), Acer pseudosieboldianum (7.594%), Symplocos chinensis for. pilosa (6.347%) in the shrub layer and were Sasa borealis (8.653%), Isodon excisus (2.936%) and Carex siderosticta (2.897%). In the herb layer as a result of NMS analysis, the distribution range of the major species were found to be affected by the altitude (shrub layer: R2> 0.3, herb layer: R2> 0.6). The result of plexus diagram analysis showed that Acer pseudosieboldianum was associated with Magnolia sieboldii, Acer barbinerve, Euonymus oxyphyllus etc. in the shrub layer; Meehania urticifolia was associated with Aconitum jaluense, Veratrum oxysepalum, Prunus padus etc. in the herb layer. The significant indicator species were analyzed for 60 species by the altitude and investigated for 30 species in accordance with the slope azimuth. As a consequence of MRPP, interspecies composition along the altitude group was heterogeneous and the species composition according to the azimuth slope was extremely different between the NE and SW.

본 연구는 계방산 온대북부 낙엽활엽수림에서 하층식생(관목층과 초본층)의 식생조성 변화를 구명하였다. 조사지에 출현하는 식물은 56과 93속 124종 17변종 3품종 2아종 1미분류군으로 총 146분류군이 조사되었으며, 종면적곡선에서 초본층과 관목층의 종수는 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. Mantel-test 분석 결과, 상층의 기저면적은 하층의 변화에 영향을 주는 인자 중 하나로 분석되었다(p < 0.0001). 평균중요치는 관목층에서 생강나무(21.585%), 철쭉(19.774%)이 우점하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 초본층에서는 조릿대(14.082%)와 생강나무(7.921%)가 우점하는 것으로 나타났다. 관목층의 NMS 배열 결과, 높은 연관성을 가지는 종은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 상층의 기저면적 증가에 따라 반응하는 종이 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 초본층 조사구의 NMS 배열 결과, 관목층의 철쭉과 진달래가 지속적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 MRPP-test에 대한 식생조성의 변화 결과, 관목층은 5년 그리고 10년에 따른 식생조성의 변화가 유의차가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 초본층은 5년 그리고 10년에 따른 식생조성의 변화가 유의성 있게 분석되어, 하층식생 중 초본층의 종조성은 관목층보다 종조성의 변화가 큰 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the changes understory vegetation composition (shrub andherb layers) in Mt. Gyebang as a northern-temperate deciduous broadleaf forest. Tracheophytes were 146 taxa, consisting 56 families, 93 genera, 124 species, 17 varieties, 3 forma, 2 sub-species and 1 unknown taxa in research subject area. As species area curve analysis, herbaceous layer and shrub species have been decreased over time. As a result of Mantel-test, basal area of upper layer affects to understory vegetation change (p<0.0001). Mean importance value was dominated Lindera obtusiloba (21.585%), Rhododendron schlippenbachii (19.774%) in theshrub layer, identified Sasa borealis (14.082%) and Lindera obtusiloba (7.921%) in the herb layer. Accordingto NMS analysis of shrub layer, Species characterized by strong correlation have been reduced as time goes by. And it reports different species as an increasing in basal area of the upper layer. Herb layer plots of the NMS analysis, Rhododendron schlippenbachii and Rhododendron mucronulatum consistently were affected in shrublayer. In consequence of MRPP-test for changes in vegetation composition, It was analyzed that there are nosignificant differences for vegetation composition changes on shrub layer in 5-10 years. As a changes of vegetation composition on herb layer were analyzed significantly, composition change of herb layer species was larger than shrub layer species in understory vegetation.
부산시 나무섬 생태관광 자원화를 위한 식생구조와 관속식물상

본 연구는 부산시 나무섬의 생태관광 자원화와 생물종 다양성 보존을 위한 생태적 자료를 제공하고자 식생구조와 관속식물상을 분석하였다. Cluster분석한 결과 나무섬은 3개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 수종간의 상관관계는 도깨비쇠고비와 털머위, 밀사초; 큰천남성과 미국자리공, 곰솔; 억새와 보리밥나무가 높은 정의상관관계가 나타났으며, 갯 기름나물과 미국자리공은 부의 상관관계로 이질적인 지위로 나타났다. 종다양도의 경우 1.4507~1.4962, 최대 종다양도는 1.5798~1.6628, 균재도는 0.8998~0.9183로 나타났다. 전체 출현한 관속식물은 42과 70종 5변종 1품종으로 나타났으며, 귀화도는 13.2%이며 식물구계학적 1등급 식물의 경우 15과 17종, 3등급식물의 경우 3과 4종이 나타났다. This study was carried out to provide ecological resources which is need for ecotourism resource, species diversity at Namu island in Busan. As a result of analyzing cluster of the Namu island was divided into three different community. There were positive correlation between Cyrtomium falcatum and Farfugium japonicum, Carex boottiana; Arisaema ringens and Phytolacca americana, Pinus thunbergii ; Miscanthus sinensis and Elaeagnus macrophylla and weak negative correlation were showed between Peucedanum japonicum and Phytolacca americana. Species diversity index(H') of investigated groups ranged from 1.4507~1.4962, H' max ranged from 1.5798~1.6628, Evenness(J') ranged from 0.8998~0.9183. The vascular plants were listed 70 taxa; 42 families, 5 varieties and 1 form. Percent of exotic plant species was 13.2% and The specific plants which is categorized to Degree by Ministry of Environment appeared as 15 taxa, Degree I was 15 families 17 species and Degree Ill was 3 families 4 species.
스크린 인쇄법에 의해 제조한 PMW-PZT 후막의 특성

스크린 인쇄법 및 PZT sol 처리의 복합공정을 적용하여 $30{\mu}m$ 두께의 PMW-PZT 후막을 Pt/$TiO_2$/$SiN_x$Si 기판위에 제작하였다. 그 결과 PZT sol 처리 횟수가 증가함에 따라 후막의 소결 밀도가 증가하고 전기적, 압전 특성의 증진되는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. $800^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 10회 sol 처리한 PMW-PZT 후막은 745의 유전상수 및 155 pC/N의 $d_33$ 값을 나타내었다. PMW-PZT thick films of about $30{\mu}m$ thickness were fabricated on Pt/$TiO_2$/$SiN_x$Si substrate by the hybrid method of screen printing and PZT sol application. With the increase of the number of the sol application times, the sintered density and electrical properties of PMW-PZT thick films were evidently increased. For the PMW-PZT thick film with PZT sol application of 10-times, the dielectric constant ($\varepsilon_r$) was 745 at the frequency of 100 KHz and thepiezoelectric coefficient ($d_33$) was 155 pC/N at the applied pressure of 1 atm.
