지방재정을 고려한 지방정부의 농어촌지역개발사업 투자우선순위 결정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기초지방자치단체의 지방재정 상황을 고려한 진도군 농어촌지역개발사업의 투자우선순위결정을 위해 AHP 기법을 이용하였으며, 이를 위해 농어촌지역개발 관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 의사결정모형 설정에 필요한 요소를 적절히 군집화하고 하나의 계층 속에 배열하는 작업을 통해 계층을 구조화하였다. 또한 브레인스토밍 과정에서 농어촌지역개발 관련 대학교수, 전문가, 군관계자 등이 참여하여 총 3회에 걸쳐 계층분석에 필요한 요인 선정에 대한 의견을 교환하였으며 여기에 선행연구와 군 재정상황, 중앙정부 지역개발지원정책 및 지역주민 지역개발수요 등을 고려하여 군 농어촌지역개발사업이 추진해야 할 지역개발사업의 최종목표와 세부추진사업항목들을 추출하였다. AHP 분석결과를 종합하여 보면 농어촌지역개발 재정투자사업의 대분류 부문에서는 부가가치창조를 위한 6차 산업 공간조성, 공동체 공간조성, 삶의 공간조성, 지역순환형 농·어업 공간조성, 문화공간조성 순으로 나타났으며 이중에서 진도군 농어가의 소득증대와 부가가치창출을 위한 6차 산업 공간조성이 타 지역개발사업부문에 비해 가장 중요한 재정투자우선사업으로 분석되었다. 하위부문에서는 농어촌자원 복합산업화, 귀농귀촌기반조성사업, 농식품산업 경쟁력 강화, 지역역량강화 사업, 산지유통체계개선 등이 중요한 재정투자 우선순위사업인 것으로 분석되었다. 대분류와 중분류의 세부항목 기준 재정투자우선순위사업으로 선정된 사업을 보면 문화·복지 관련 지역개발사업보다는 농어가 소득증대에 기여가 높은 지역개발사업과 인구감소 문제해결을 위한 귀농·귀촌자 지원사업 및 공동체 복원을 위한 지역개발사업인 것으로 분석되었다. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used for this study to determine investment priorities in rural areas development projects in Jindo-gun considering financial situations of a local government. To this end, elements required for setting a decision making model targeting rural areas development expert groups were properly clustered, and a hierarchy was structured by arranging them in a single class. Taken together with results from the AHP analysis, the investment priority was shown as the following order in the category of financial investment projects for rural areas development; building 6th industrial space for creating added value, building a community space for creating joyful and hopeful Jindo, building a living space full of love, building farming and fishing spaces for regional recycling and building a culture center for local villagers interests. Building 6th industrial space to increase villagers income and to create added value in Jindo-gun was analyzed to be the top priority for financial investment compared to the other community development projects. Important financial investment priorities for projects were analyzed as the following order in subsection; mixed commercialization of rural resources, building infrastructures for returning to farm, strengthening competitiveness in Agricultural food industry, building local capacity and improving distribution system in production areas.
Design and Manufacture of Robotic Exoskeleton Hands Using 3-D Printer

Robotic exoskeletons are kind of wearable robots enabling operators to amplify the force. There are several possible applications in plenty of options: to put very heavy products into right positions for assemblies, to rescue people from natural disasters, and to work for medical rehabilitation etc. In this study, the exoskeleton hands were designed and fabricated using 3-D printer. It would be the good case of application of 3-D printer to design and fabricate the exoskeleton hands.
대형 진동대 실험을 이용한 다자유도 구조물의 관성 상호작용 평가

The effect of the soil-structure interaction (SSI) on has been recently evaluated in shaking table tests. However, most of these tests were conducted on single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) superstructures and a single-pile. This study investigates the inertial interaction effect of a multi-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) superstructure system with a group piles on a large-scale shaking table test. Whereas the SDOF superstructure system shows a single-frequency amplification tendency, the MDOF superstructure system exhibited amplification tendencies of the acceleration phase and frequency responses for multiple frequencies. In addition, the amplification phenomenon between the footing and the column-type superstructure exceeded that between the footing and the wall-type superstructure, indicating a greater inertial interaction effect of the column-type superstructure. The relationship between shear force and inertial force, the relative vertical and horizontal displacements on the footing was figured out. Also, the ananlysis of dynamic p-y curve at each depth was conducted. In summary, the MDOF and SDOP superstructure systems exhibited different behaviors and the column-type superstructure exerted a higher interaction effect than the wall-type superstructure.
