대학생의 행동 및 정서 학업 미루기 척도(BEPS) 타당화 연구

본 연구에서는 대학생의 학업 미루기와 이로 인한 주관적 불편감을 측정하기 위하여 Bobe et al.(2022)이 개발한 행동 및 정서 학업 미루기 척도(Behavioral and Emotional academic Procrastination scale: BEPS)를 번안하고 국내 대학생을 대상으로 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. BEPS는 학업 미루기 행동은 물론 그로 인한 주관적 불편감까지 측정하는 검사로 총 6문항으로 이루어져 있다. 본 연구는 전국의 남녀 대학생 415명을 대상으로 설문을 진행했고 208, 207명의 두 그룹으로 무선할당 후 문항 양호도 분석과 요인분석을 실시했다. 또한 415명을 대상으로 구인타당도, 동시타당도, 예측타당도를 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 척도의 전체 문항의 내적합치도는 .834로 만족할 만한 신뢰도를 나타낸다. 둘째, 요인분석 결과 BEPS는 원판과 마찬가지로 2요인 구조가 가장 잘 설명되었다. 셋째, 요인부하량과 BEPS와 대학생용 학업 미루기 척도, 학업 미루기 행동 척도(API)의 상관을 살펴본 결과 적절한 구인타당도가 입증되었다. 넷째, BEPS와 대학생용 학업 미루기 척도의 부정적 정서 요인, 자기효능감, 우울과의 상관을 살펴본 결과 적절한 동시타당도, 예측타당도를 입증하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점에 대해 논의하였다. In this study, in order to measure university students' academic delay and subjective discomfort, the Behavioral and Emotional Academic Procrastination Scale(BEPS) developed by Bobe et al.(2022) was adapted and validated for Korean university students. BEPS is a test that measures not only academic delay but also subjective discomfort caused by it, and consists of a total of 6 questions. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 415 male and female Korean university students, and after random allocation in two groups of 208 and 207, item quality analysis and factor analysis were conducted. In addition, 415 people were evaluated for construct validity, concurrent validity and predictive validity. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Cronbach’s for all questions on the scale is .834, indicating the satisfactory reliability. Second, as a result of factor analysis, BEPS was best explained in the two-factor structure like the original. Third, as a result of examining the correlation between factor load, BEPS, the academic delay scale for college students, and the Aitken Procrastination Inventory(API), appropriate construct validity was proved. Fourth, as a result of examining the correlation between BEPS and the negative emotional factors of the academic delay scale for college students, self-efficacy, and depression, appropriate concurrent validity and predictive validity were proved. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.

Developing musical theatre has been getting more expensive and in the last twenty years, financial problems on both sides have caused the partnerships between the not-for-profit theatres and commercial producers to become a seismic shift in American theatre. This study analyzes their collaborative scheme, "enhancement deal", which build a mutually beneficial relationship in order to develop new theatrical works less expensively and more efficiently. Considering the circumstances and limitations of developing musical theatres in South Korea, this research also suggests a new producing structure based on the participations and collaborations of the not-for-profit and commercial spheres. With this strategies, the producers on both sides would discover more effective ways creating and producing new works as well as overcoming the environmental barriers in the industry.
