In a rapidly changing environment, casino companies are meeting various needs that customers’ wants and seeking ways to improve service quality and corporate competitiveness to provide differentiated services from other companies. This study is meaningful in that it has verified the impact of casino dealers' self leadership on their job performance. As the main results of the study, first, all three sub-factors of self- leadership (behavioral-oriented strategies, natural compensation strategies, and constructive thinking strategies) showed significant results in affective commitment. Second, affective commitment showed a statistically significant impact on job performance. Third, in the relationship between self- leadership and affective commitment, the culture of error management has been shown to have a partial control role. Based on the research results above, this study suggested implications for strategic human resource management for discriminatory and professional casino dealers. In addition, it presented ways to utilize self- leadership that can meet the goal of the company and explained the importance of forming a error management culture for innovative changes.
강원 스마트관광도시 구축을 위한 정책제언: 국내·외 스마트도시 정책 사례를 중심으로

This study analyzes smart tourism cities and smart cities domestic and overseas and examines the characteristics and implications of policies needed to build smart tourism cities from the perspective of regional tourism development. Ultimately, this study aims to understand the concept of a smart tourism city and analyze cases to form a platform system necessary to build a Gangwon province-type smart tourism city and propose a policy proposal for a competitive smart tourism city. As a policy proposal for smart tourism cities in Gangwon province through this research process, first, it is necessary to enact ordinances related to smart tourism cities in Gangwon province. Second, Gangwon smart tourism city governance should be established. Third, an integrated platform for smart tourism cities shall be established by utilizing tourism ICT. Fourth, a smart tourism city evaluation framework should be developed. Fifth, social consultation on utilizing tourism data of the population staying in Gangwon province shall be achieved. Based on this research, smart tourism city development in Gangwon province should establish a sustainable policy base through continuous R&D investment and testbed demonstration projects.
직장 내 체육활동 경험과 혁신적 업무행동 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과 : 국내 호텔 동호회 구성원을 중심으로

직장인의 여가활동은 직무만족과 생산성향상 및 심리적 행복감을 가져옴과 동시에 자기개발과 노사공동체 의식을 키울 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 최근 여가활동 가운데 체육활동을 후생복지차원에서 제공하는 고용주나 기업체가 점차 증가하는 추세이다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 노동집약적 특성을 지닌 호텔기업을 대상으로 직장 내 체육활동과 회복탄력성, 혁신적 업무행동 간의 인과관계와 회복탄력성의 매개효과, 체육활동의 빈도에 따른 집단의 분산분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 이론적·실무적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 직장 내 체육활동은 회복탄력성과 혁신적 업무행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 회복탄력성 역시 혁신적 업무행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회복탄력성은 직장 내 체육활동과 혁신적 업무행동 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직장 내 체육활동의 빈도에 따른 집단 간의 회복탄력성의 정도에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과를 통해 호텔기업은 적절하고 합리적인 복리후생의 제공과 여가 활동 장려를 위한 협력적인 프로그램 관리를 통해 구성원의 심신의 관리와 회복력을 증진할 수 있어야 한다. Leisure activities of workers bring satisfaction with their jobs, higher productivity, and a sense of psychological well-being. And employers and businesses that provide services for sports activities for employees are increasingly on the rise as part of leisure activities because they can develop self-development and awareness of the labor-management community. The present study presents the following theoretical and practical implications for hotel companies with labor-intensive characteristics through analysis on the causal relationship between sports activity, resilience, and innovative work behavior in the workplace, mediating effect with resilience, and the variance of groups by the frequency of sports activity. First, sports activity in the workplace was shown to have a significant impact on resilience and innovative work behavior, and resilience also had a significant impact on innovative work behavior. Second, resilience has been shown to be mediated in the relationship between sports activity and innovative work behavior in the workplace. Third, there are differences in the degree of resilience among groups with frequency of sports activity in the workplace. These results should allow hotel companies to improve the mental and physical management and resilience of its members through appropriate and reasonable benefits and collaborative program management.
호텔기업의 ICT 도입에 따른 4차 산업혁명 맞춤형 인재양성 교육프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

This study aims to establish the purpose and direction of ICT-related education programs in preparation for the demand of manpower in the job of each part according to the application of ICT in the hotel industry, and to suggest future job utilization plans by suggesting a program verified through the FGI (Focus Group Interview). Specifically, this study will verify the appropriateness of job and technology level that needs ICT introduction in the hotel industry and establish the utilization system to provide the necessary policy support and help reduce mismatch of future hotel industry manpower. As a result of the demand survey and FGI in this study, it was shown that the technology and capability that hotel companies need first was the understanding of S/W related to big data and the utilization of database. Also, as innovative service of hotel company is expanding into the IoT, education and training are needed. Lastly, the educational program(plan) in this study is only basic education and training for the fourth revolution, but in the field, it is necessary to develop the deepening process that can be selectively used according to position, occupation, department and can train ICT experts in personnel, technology, and computer field.
