        12주간의 근저항트레이닝 및 태권도 프로그램의 복합적용이 고령여성의 1RM, SFT에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine the effects of 12-weeks muscular resistance training and Taekwondo program on 1RM, SFT in older women's participation. In order to do this, 15 aged women of around the age of 70 were placed into different groups, 7 were in the control group, and 8 in the muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group. The muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group took the programs for 12 weeks, and 1RM, SFT were measured afterwards. The results are as follows. For 1RM change, 1RM of Leg extension, Leg curl, Hip abduction, Arm curl, Shoulder press, Chest press, Lat pull down were significantly higher in the muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group after application of the program them before(p<.05). In terms of SFT change, Back scrach (left, right) were significantly higher after application of the program in the muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group them before application(p<.05).

        임도개설에 따른 삼림시업의 실태해석 및 효과분석

        Based on forestry inventory data and various informations, this study was conducted to analyze the silvicultural activities by distance classes from forest road and to evaluate their effects in the area of Mt. Gari managed by Chunchon Regional Office of Northern Forest Management Office. The results were summarized as follows; 1) Most ㏊rvesting practice(67.9%) was done within 500m from forest roads, in the order of Pumgul, Saorang, and Kongkol forest road. And thinning practice was not related to the distance from forest road, produced 440.6㎥, 35.7% of total thinning volume within 1,000m width along the forest roads. 2) Planting of 530,461 seedlings, 66.8% of total planting stock, in 176.9㏊, 66.6% of total area within 1,000m from forest road, and supplementary planting of 46,243 seedlings was done in 15.4㏊, 42.9% of total area within 500m from forest road. Areas and numbers of seedlings of two planting practices were in the order of Pumgul and Byungatur forest road. 3) Tending operation was done in 330.0㏊, 60.3% of total area within 500m from forest road, and pre-commercial thinning was done in 693.6㏊, 71.2% of total area. Areas of intermediate cutting practices were in the order of Pumgul, Korkol, and Saorang forest road.

        林道의 迂廻係數 算出 : 江陵營林署의 國有林道를 대상으로 National forest roads of Kangnung national forest office

        본 연구는 林道開設을 위한 기초자료로서 江陵營林署의 5개 管理所(강릉, 양양, 삼척, 정선, 평창관리소)의 國有林道를 대상으로 傾斜別 林道迂廻係數를 산출하였다. 그 결과, 林道迂廻係數는 경사도 5%이하에서 0.33, 6∼10%에서 0.39, 11∼15%에서 0.50, 16∼20%에서 0.58, 및 21%이상에서는 0.63으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to estimate forest road elongation coefficients for providing the basic information of forest road construction. As the results, road elongation coefficients were calculated 0.33 less than 5% of road gradient, 0.39 between the gradient of 6% and 10%, 0.50 between the gradient of 11% and 15%, 0.58 between the gradient of 16% and 20%, and 0.60 greater than the gradient of 20%.

        機械化 集材作業을 위한 路網의 整備 : 林地의 分類 Classification of forest site

        본 연구는 강원도 춘천군에 위치한 임업진흥촉진지역 21,417ha를 대상으로 10개의 지형특성치를 이용, 집락분석과 주성분분석에 의하여 임지를 구분함과 동시에 판별분석에 의하여 임지구분에 영향을 미치는 최소한의 변수를 검토하여, 실질적으로 기계화 집재작업을 위한 작업기종의 선정에 정확한 지형정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 고성단지는 총면적 2,252ha로 중에서 57%가 완지형으로 분류되어 트랙터형 집재가 적합하고 43%가 급지형으로 중거리 가선집재형이 적합함을 보여 주었다. 2) 가정단지(2,306ha)와 광판단지(2,627ha)는 각각 65%와 67%가 급지형으로 분류되어 대개 중거리 가선형의 집재가 적합하고, 나머지 35%와 33%가 트랙터형 집재가 적합한 완지형으로 나타났다. 3) 지암단지(4,519ha)는 대부분의 지역이 급지형으로 분류되어 중거리 가선형이 적합하였다. 4) 군자단지(3,400ha), 수동단지(3,894ha), 신포단지(2,430ha)는 총면적중에서 각각 85%, 75%, 75%가 급지형으로 분류되어 중거리 가선집재형이 적합함을 보여 주었다. The purpose of this study is to offer detailed topographic information for substantially selecting the yarding machine for mechanized yarding operations, classifying the forest site by cluster analysis and principal component analysis, and investigating simultaneously the variables which give much influence on the classification of forest site in forestry build-up region(21,477ha) of Chunchon Gun, Kwangweon Do. Ten topographic variables were used for the analysis. The results of study were as follows : 1) Gosung region(2,252ha) was classified into hilly terrain(57%) and steep terrain(43%) and required the tractor prehauling system for the former one and the medium skyline system for latter one, respectively. 2) 65% of Gajung region (2,306ha) and 67% of Kwangpan region(2,627ha) were classified into steep terrain fitted for the tractor prehauling system. 3) Jiam region(4,591ha), consisted only of steep terrain, required the medium skyline system. 4) Gunja region(3,400ha), Sudong region(3,984ha) and Sinpo region(2,340ha) were classified into steep terrain, requiring the medium skyline system, with 85%, 75%, and 75%, respectively.
