      • 여성결혼이민자의 학부모 역할을 위한 어휘 선정 및 등급화 연구

        여성결혼이민자들을 위한 한국어 교재는 주로 일상생활을 중심으로 구성되었기에학부모 역할을 위한 어휘가 부족하다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 여성결혼이민자의학부모 역할을 위한 '학교생활' 범주 관련 어휘 목록 선정과 등급화를 목적으로하여, 한국어 교재 4권과 다문화 가정 학부모를 위한 학교생활용어집의 어휘를비교ㆍ분석하였다. 그 결과, 여성결혼이민자들을 위한 한국어 교재와 학교생활용어집의 공통어휘는 573개이며, 한국어 교재에만 제시된 어휘는 2670개, 학교생활용어집에만 제시된 어휘는 881개로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서는 앞서 분석한 결과에서 학교생활 범주에 속하는 어휘 중 명사만을 추출하여서 초등학교 교사, 한국인학부모, 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 한국어 수업을 한 경험이 있는 한국어 교사를 대상으로 '학교생활' 범주 어휘의 등급화를 실시하였다. 세 집단이 모두 A등급으로 판정한 어휘 95개와 공통어휘에서 '학교생활' 범주에 속하는 어휘 43개는학부모 역할을 위해서 필요한 어휘이기 때문에 반드시 여성결혼이민자들이 알아야 할 필요성이 있다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 한계점은 명사 어휘에만 초점을 두어 연구를 진행한 것과 학부모 역할 선정을 위한 어휘의 수가 많지 않다는 점이다. 그러나 설문조사를 통해서 '학교생활' 범주 어휘의 등급화를 실시하였고, 여성결혼이민자들이 학부모 역할을 하기 위해서 필요한 '학교생활' 범주 어휘의 목록을 제시하였다는 점에 의의를 두고자 한다. The current textbooks for Korean language education for the female marriage-based immigrants consist of contents primarily regarding daily life, but lack vocabulary pertaining to school life. Thus with the study objectives of selection of school life-related vocabulary lists and vocabulary classification, this study conducted comparative analysis of vocabularies by comparing four Korean language textbooks with the word book of school life for parents of multicultural family. As results, were identified a total number of 573 common vocabularies between the Korean language textbook for female marriage immigrants and the wordbook of school life, while 2670 vocabularies were observed only in the Korean language textbook and 331 vocabularies were found only in the wordbook of school life. From these results, only nouns that belong to school life category were extracted to be used for classification of school life-related vocabulary category. This classification was conducted only for the teachers who had experience on teaching Korean language courses targeting elementary school teachers, Korean parents, and female marriage immigrants. Since the 95 words that all the three groups classified as A grade, and the 43 words that only belong to school-life category among the common words are required for school parental role, the female marriage-based immigrants should know those vocabularies. Lastly, limitations of this study were that analysis was carried out with a focus on only nouns and that only limited number of words were selected for school parental role. However, this study is meaningful from the perspectives to conduct a classification of school life-related vocabulary category and to provide vocabulary lists of school life that are needed for the female marriage immigrants to play a role of school parents.

        언어 네트워크 분석 방법을 활용한 여성결혼이민자 한국 적응 관련 연구동향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine research trends related to women marriage immigrants’ adaptation to Korea. A language network analysis was conducted by extracting key words from the selected academic research papers and utilizing Node-excel. Analytical results by year have found that studies on women marriage immigrants’ adaptation to Korea have continued to increase. And studies on women marriage immigrants’ adaptation to Korea were usually done focusing on multicultural families and multicultural society in the A (2004-2010). Discussion related to policies for women marriage immigrants’ adaptation to Korea and Korean language education was done in the B (2011-2015). Discussion on Present-day Korean society’s patriarchal culture as well as women marriage immigrants’ human rights was done in the C (2016-2020). When the results of these studies are combined, studies on women marriage immigrants’ adaptation to Korea have found to be changed by period. Next studies require understanding research trends targeting women marriage immigrants with subjects of various research as well as their adaptation to Korea.

        학문 목적 한국어 읽기 연구의 동향 분석

        This study is intended to review trends of Korean reading research performed in the Korean education field. Research papers published in RISS were searched in June of 2021, and total 131 papers were analyzed by types, methods and subjects. The results of analyzing by years and types show that Korean reading research of academic purpose increase. The results of analysis by research subjects show that most of studies are about education methods. The results of analysis by research methods show that most of studies are about the secondary research. In particular, the dissertation is characterized by active mixed research using questionnaires.

        한국어 학습자를 위한 한국어교재에 제시된 ‘토의’ 과제 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the future direction of discussion education in Korean language education. For this, this study examined how the discussion education would be currently carried out in the site of Korean language education, by analyzing Korean language textbooks of intermediate & advanced level. In the results of this study, it would be necessary to teach and learn the expressions suitable for each stage, through the understanding of discussion process in the stage of discussion. Specially, it would be necessary for Korean language textbooks to clearly present the roles of moderator, recorder, and discusser for discussion. However, this study could not present the discussion educational measures model for foreign students.

        가족센터의 한국어 성취도 평가 문항 분석 연구: 읽기와 쓰기 문항을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to present the direction of achievement assessment for accurately measuring the language ability of immigrants. For this, this study analyzed the reading & writing in family center based on four principles of assessment (reliability, validity, authenticity, practicality). Regarding the items for reading, the answer would need to be delicately composed according to the comprehension type and assessment goal, and there should be the differentiation of items considering the hierarchy of items. The writing assessment was composed of items asking about grammatical knowledge. It is necessary to develop questions that can evaluate the ability to write Korean according to immigrants’ proficiency.

        다문화 가정 자녀 대상 한국어교육의 연구 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of Korean language education for children of multicultural families. Through this, it intended to discuss the future direction of study for children from multicultural families. To this end, a total of 178 theses from RISS were analyzed by type. As the results of the study, the study for children of multicultural families in Korean language education has been conducted regardless of age so far. However, the growing children of multicultural families have differences in using language including language acquisition, depending on their age. Therefore, the future studies should be conducted considering their age. As a result of examining the trends in research methods, the researches have been conducted in literature or quantitative studies mainly through analyzing textbooks. Of course, it is positive in that it has developed a model of Korean language education focusing on individuals or small groups. However, it needs diverse research methods in the future research. As a result of analysis by study subject, the category of content science was mainly focused on reading research. In the pedagogy category, it was concentrated on the development of teaching methods and materials. Korean language education is an applied discipline, and most of the study is based on demand in the field. Therefore, it is natural that studies in the pedagogy category are active. However, it should be pursued further studies on the culture and conversation areas as well as studies on other language functions including reading. Finally, Korean language education for children of multicultural families is partly inteconnected with Korean language education, but there is definitely a part that needs to be done in Korean language education for them. In this regard, it is expected that the results of the study will help the study for children of multicultural families in the future.

        여성 결혼이민자가 자각하는 한국어 학습에 대한 내러티브 연구

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 대표적인 질적 연구 방법인 내러티브 방법을 통해서 여성 결혼이민자들에게 한국어 학습이 가지는 의미를 구체적으로 규명해 내는 데에 있다. 방법 본 연구는 한국어 학습이 여성 결혼이민자들의 생애에 어떠한 의미를 갖는지 알아보기 위한 기초 조사의 일환으로 경기도 D시 거주 베트남 출신의 여성 결혼이민자 6명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하고 연구 참여자의 개별적 특성을 참고로 하여 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 심층 면담을 통해 수집된 여성 결혼이민자들의 이야기를 분석한 결과, 이주 초기 단계와 국적 취득 준비 단계, 그리고 국적 취득 이후 단계에 따라 한국어 학습이 갖는 의미가 바뀌는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 이주 초기 단계에서 한국어 학습은 생존을 위한 필수 전략으로 인식되는 한편, 국적 취득 준비 단계에서 한국어 학습은 여성 결혼이민자가 한국 사회에서 삶을 성공적으로 영유하기 위해 한국인의 정체성을 갖기 위한 전제조건으로 인식하고 있었다. 마지막으로 국적 취득 이후 단계에서 한국어 학습은 여성 결혼이민자들이 자신의 목표를 실현하기 위한 수단으로 인식되었다. 결론 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 여성 결혼이민자를 위한 한국어 교육과정의 설계 및 개발을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있다는 데 의의가 있다. Objectives The objective of this study is to concretely examine the meanings of Korean language learning to married immigrant women through the narrative method which is a representative qualitative research method. Methods As a part of basic research for understanding the meanings of Korean language learning to the lifetime of married immigrant women, this study conducted the qualitative analysis by performing the in-depth interviews with total six married immigrant women from Vietnam, residing in D city of Gyeonggi-do, and also referring to the individual characteristics of research participants acquired from teaching experiences for about two years. Results In the results of analyzing the stories about married immigrant women collected from in-depth interviews, the meanings of Korean language learning were changed depending on the initial stage of immigration, the stage of preparation for the acquisition of nationality, and the stage after the acquisition of nationality. In other words, in the initial stage of immigration, the Korean language learning was perceived as an essential strategy for survival. In the stage of preparation for the acquisition of nationality, the Korean language learning was perceived as a precondition for getting the identity of Korean to successfully enjoy their lives in Korean society. Lastly, in the stage after the acquisition of nationality, the Korean language learning was perceived as a means for realizing their own goals. Conclusions Such results of this study are significant in the aspect of providing the basic data for the design and development of Korean language curriculum for married immigrant women in the future.

        외국인 유학생의 한국어 토론 입론문 분석 연구

        목적 본 연구는 외국인 유학생의 토론 중 입론에서 나타난 논증 구조를 살피는 데 목적을 두었다. 방법 이를 위해 외국인 유학생이 제출한 35편의 입론 자료를 논증 구성, 이유 구조, 근거 제시 유형에 따라 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 입론에서 논증의 구조에서는 ‘주장+이유+근거’ 구조의 빈도가 제일 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이유의 구성에서는 대부분 수렴구조를 지니고 있었다. 근거 제시 유형에서는 대부분 객관적인 사실에 대해 예시를 활용하여 입론을 작성하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 볼 때, 외국인 유학생이 산출한 토론 입론문은 논증의 구성 양상에서 서로 유기적인 응집력을 지니지 못하였다. 또한 근거 제시에서는 단순히 객관적일 사실을 나열하고 있어, 주장에 대한 설득력이 높지 못하였다. 결론 제2언어로 한국어 토론이 이루어지기 위해서 토론 주제에 해당하는 근거를 마련한 이후에는 가장 설득력 있게 주장할 수 있는 설득적 말하기 표현에 대해서 지도해야 한다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 많은 수의 입론 구조를 분석하지 못한 한계가 있기에 향후 연구에서는 외국인 유학생의 토론 전문의 논증 구조 분석이 이루어지길 바란다. Objectives The objective of this study is to examine the argumentation structure shown in the argument of debates by foreign students. Methods For this, total 35 pieces of argument data submitted by foreign students were analyzed according to the composition of argumentation, structure of reason, and types of grounds presentation. Results In the results of this study, regarding the structure of argumentation, the structure ‘claim+grounds+fact’ showed the highest frequency. In the composition of argumentation, most of them had the convergence structure. In the types of grounds presentation, most of them wrote their argument by using some examples of an objective fact. Conclusions Based on such results of this study, the debate argumentative writings produced by foreign students did not have the mutually-organic cohesiveness in the aspect of composition of argumentation. Also, in the presentation of grounds, they simply listed objective facts, so the persuasive power of their claim was not that great. Thus, the debate education as a Korean language course for general education for foreign students needs to practice the students to explicitly understand the structure of argumentation for persuasion in the pre-process of debate. Especially, the critical thinking skills for the selection of base data should be improved. After establishing the grounds for the debate subject to have a debate in Korean as a second language, it would be necessary to teach the persuasive speaking expressions for the most persuasive argument. Lastly, as a limitation of this study, this study could not analyze a large number of argument structure, so the further researches should analyze the argumentation structure specialized in debate of foreign students.

        여성결혼이민자의 의사소통 의지 연구

        The objective of this study was to examine the aspect of married immigrant women’s willingness to communicate, and also to reveal the factors affecting their willingness to communicate. For this, a survey was conducted by using the online questionnaire for about three weeks. Using the SPSS Ver.22 for total 122 valid questionnaires, this study measured the mean, standard deviation, and ranking of the willingness to communicate according to learner factors. After that, in order to discuss the correlations of learner factors and willingness to communicate, this study measured the Pearson correlation coefficient, and also conducted the multiple regression analysis. In the results of this study, regarding the married immigrant women’s willingness to communicate according to each nationality, the married immigrant women from Japan showed the highest. Also, the mean value of the willingness to communicate was highly shown in their 40s in age group, two children in the number of children, five years or more in the period of learning Korean language, 2-3 years in the length of residence, and other category or university-affiliated language institute in Korean language learning institute. Also, in the results of measuring the correlation coefficient between learner factors and willingness to communicate of married immigrant women, the period of learning Korean language and the number of children had positive(+) correlations with the willingness to communicate. In the results of conducting the multiple regression analysis by converting the dummy, the number of children and Korean language learning institute did not have significant effects on the willingness to communicate. Lastly, this study is significant in the aspect of analyzing the aspect of married immigrant women’s willingness to communicate and the factors affecting it.

        여성결혼이민자의 한국어 오류 연구

        The objective of this study is to concretely discuss the differences in interlanguage of learners at natural acquisition environment and classroom learning environment. For this, the scope and aspect of errors in immigrants interlanguage were measured. Also, it aimed to verify the differences in accordance with language acquisition environment, by comparatively discussing the results of this study with the results of the study targeting university learners. In the results of this study, when the residence period of married immigrant women was extended, the overall accuracy of writing got lowered as the basic knowledge of spelling was not formed. Such spelling errors are eventually related to reading, so that it would be difficult not only to understand texts. but also to form the basic literacy. Also, in the results of comparison with university learners, in case when only measuring the sentence lengths of immigrants, it was similar to the intermediate level of university learners. In the results of comparing the type and scope of errors with university learners in intermediate proficiency, the error rates of postposition, connective ending, and spelling of immigrants were a bit high. In case of university learners who are the classroom learners, as the proficiency gets increased, they try to use the accurate grammar, vocabulary, and spelling in contexts while married immigrant women only focus on the delivery of meanings instead of accuracy. In the results, the speaking and listening of immigrants could be improved a certain level in natural acquisition environment while the sentence accuracy based on the linguistic systemicity is not improved. Therefore, for the improvement of accuracy in language use by acquiring the sentence structure based on the systematic knowledge of Korean language, the education focusing on the use of accurate grammar should be done in the early stage of immigration. Moreover, instead of only focusing on the initial stage of immigration regarding Korean language education for married immigrant women. it would be necessary to operate the curriculum in accordance with immigration lifetime by establishing more long-term plans.
