일본국립국회도서관과 일본국립공문서관의 협력 방안에 관한 연구

From the beginning of the digital age, the need for cultural heritage institutions to share information resources and integrate services has increased, causing many countries to make efforts for cooperation and integration. In line with this, this study examines the similarities and differences between the National Diet Library of Japan and the National Archives of Japan, seeking ways for further cooperation between the two organizations. Their websites, articles, and legislations were reviewed to analyze their histories, systems, laws, policies, and services. In conclusion, building an integrated database for materials in history and an archive for disaster information, as well as conducting joint exhibitions and learning programs, were drawn as viable ways for collaboration. 디지털 시대로 들어서면서 문화유산기관들의 정보자원 공유 및 통합서비스에 대한 필요성이 점차 높아지고 있으며 여러 나라들이 이러한 기관들의 자원공유를 목표로 통합과 협력을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구는 일본의 국립국회도서관과 국립공문서관의 공통점과 상이점을 비교한 후 향후 협력 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 홈페이지와 관련 문헌 및 법령을 중심으로 역사, 체제, 법령, 정책, 그리고 서비스 등을 분석하였다. 양 기관의 협력 방안으로는 소장 자료의 역사 관련 통합 DB와 재난 정보 아카이브의 구축, 공동전시회 개최, 학습 프로그램을 제시하였다.

국내 공공도서관의 청각장애인 서비스 지침 개선에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국내 공공도서관에서 청각장애인에게 적절하고 전문적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 청각장애인 서비스 지침의 개선 요소를 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 국내외 지침 및 매뉴얼 사례분석, 국내 설문조사를 이용하였다. 국내외 사례조사 및 설문조사를 토대로 도출한 구성요소를 필수 요소와 권고 요소로 나누어 국립장애인도서관지원센터에서 개발한 "도서관 장애인서비스 기준 및 지침(2009)"의 개선 요소를 제안하였다. 공공도서관에서 청각장애인 서비스 지침이 개선되어 제시되면 사서는 보다 체계적이고 전문적인 서비스를 청각장애인에게 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

중학생의 소설 접근성을 증진시키기 위한 소설 분야 분류 개선 방안에 관한 연구

Fiction is a collection that most students read and borrow in school libraries. KDC has several limitations when students look for fiction books they need. In line with this, we surveyed various cases of fiction classifications used in libraries, bookstores, and publishers and use behaviors of fiction of middle school students. Based upon the result of the surveys, we proposed a better way of classifying fiction books according to user needs. In addition to the KDC number, color bands were attached according to genres so that users could easily find the desired books. These suggestions and other information will enhance the accessibility and discoverability to fiction books for middle school students and may be used as reference materials for fiction classification in libraries, bookstores, and publishers in the future. 소설은 학교도서관에서 학생들이 가장 많이 열람하고 대출하는 장서이다. KDC는 학생들이 원하는 다양한 소설을 찾는데 제한점을 가진다. 이에 본 연구는 도서관과 서점, 출판사 등에서 사용하고 있는 소설 분류의 다양한 사례와 중학생의 소설 이용 행태를 설문 조사하여 이용자 요구에 맞게 소설 분류 개선안을 제안하였다. KDC 기호에 더하여 소설의 장르별 색띠를 부착하여 이용자들이 손쉽게 원하는 소설을 찾을 수 있도록 하였으며 추가적인 사항은 중학생들의 소설 접근성과 발견성을 향상시키고 향후 도서관이나 서점, 출판사에서 사용하는 소설 분야 세분에 대한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 사서가 도서관 업무와 서비스에 활용할 그림책 서평의 핵심 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 그림책과 서평 관련 문헌에 제시된 요소들에 대해 반복적 비교분석법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 둘째, 국내외 어린이 도서와 그림책 서평 매체 8종에 실린 한국 그림책에 대한 국내외 서평의 내용분석을 실시하였다. 셋째, 그림책 서평의 구성요소에 대해 어린이 담당 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 넷째, 그림책 서평의 구성요소를 확정하기 위하여 전문가 평가를 델파이 조사로 실시하였고 최종적으로 그림책 서평의 구성요소를 필수 요소와 권고 요소로 나누어 제시하였다. 이는 사서가 장서 선정, 독자 상담, 독서 지도 등 도서관 업무와 서비스에 적절하게 선택하여 활용하는데 도움이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop key elements of picture book reviews for librarians to utilize in their library practice and services. To achieve this aim, first, elements presented in literature related to picture books and reviews were studied using constant comparative analysis. Second, the content analysis was conducted on domestic and foreign book reviews of Korean picture books in 8 different book review journals on children’s and picture books. Third, survey questionaires were carried by children’s librarians regarding the elements of picture book reviews. Fourth, the elements of picture book reviews were determined by expert evaluation using Delphi survey. And finally, those were divided into essential and recommended elements. The results of this study will help librarians to select and utilize the book reviews appropriately for library services such as book selection, readers advisory, and reading instruction.

The spatial distribution of meteoroids or cometary debris along the orbit of the Earth is investigated by analyzing the meteoric records in the Chronicle of the Koryo dynasty (918-1392) which is called Koryosa. Sporadic meteors in this period show the seasonal variation in number, which is similar to the current meteors. We also found that there are a few spikes showing large accumulation of records around the same dates. We regard these spikes as meteor showers in the Koryo period. We compared the dates of meteor showers with those compiled from the historical records around the world including Korea, Japan, China, Arab, and European countries. We discovered three prominent showers and four weak showers. The prominent ones are the Leonids, the Perseids, and the Aquarids and the Orionids pair. The last pair is the remnants of Halley's comet. The astronomical records written in the history book of the Koryo dynasty are turned out to be accurate and written in a steady manner. We can also see that those records can be useful to contribute the development of modern astronomy and astrophysics.
