none 通過關于各家對『素問ㆍ陰陽應象大論』'(味)薄則通'和'氣薄則發泄'方面的注釋內容與本草書相比較考察,得出以下結論: 在『素問』的詮釋中對'通'與'發泄',有三種不同的解釋.卽把'通'解釋爲'通利'時,'發泄'解釋爲'發汗,﹔卽把'通'解釋爲'宣通'時,'發泄'解釋爲'下泄'﹔卽把'通'解釋爲'流通'時,'發泄'解釋爲'發汗'. 另外,大部分本草書把氣味的厚薄與升降浮沈相結合,認爲'味薄則通'是陰申之陽,與春的'升而生'的特性相符合,因此認爲是'發汗'作用﹔而'氣薄則發泄,是陽中之陰,與秋的障而收'的特性相符合,因此認爲是'滲利'作用.以上觀點與『素問』的大部分注釋不一致. 通過以上內容可以看到.'(味)薄則通'和'氣薄則發泄的條文中,把'通'解釋爲'滲利',而把'發泄'解釋爲'發汗'是正確的.
연극인표준화환자와 학생표준화환자를 사용한 일개 한의과대학 진료수행시험(CPX)에 대한 임상실습 학생 인식 조사

Objectives : This study compares clinical practice students’ perception of Clinical Performance Examination (CPX) in a College of Korean Medicine using actors as Actor Standardized Patient (ASP) and enrolled students as Student Standardized Patient (SSP). Methods : Targeting the clinical practice students who completed the clinical practice education in the first semester of the fourth year in the Department of Korean Medicine, a survey was conducted on total six categories such as satisfaction with CPX using ASP and SSP, prior knowledge about clinical practice education, self-evaluation, difficulties in the process of performing the CPX, satisfaction with ASP/SSP, and familiarity with them. Results : In the results of the survey, the mean score of CPX program using SSP was higher than that of CPX program using ASP in every area. Among them, in the satisfaction with CPX itself and prior knowledge about various clinical practice education, the mean score of CPX program using SSP was statistically significantly higher than that of CPX program using ASP. Conclusions : Overall, the clinical practice students’ satisfaction with CPX program using SSP was higher than that of CPX using ASP, and statistically significantly higher in some areas.
『難經․五十八難』의 ‘傷寒 陽虛陰盛, 陽盛陰虛’의 意味와 臨床 意義

Objective : The interpretation of ‘yang-deficiency and yin-prosperity, yang-prosperity and yin-deficiency in cold diseases’ from Nangyeong has been various until now. Forfurther understanding Nangyeong, the exact interpretation of this phrase has been required. Methods : Collect the contents that are related this phrase from the commentary of Nangyeong, Sanghannon(傷寒論), and other traditional Chinse and Korean medical books. Based on analyzing them, compare Nangyeong with Sanghannon. Results : The meaning of Yin-Yang in the phrase have 5 viewpoints, except one that this phrase is not correct. If the phrase is interpreted according to Sanghanseorye(傷寒序例), the valid interpretation is that yin-yang has two different meaning in the one phrase. Conclusion : ‘Yang-deficiency and yin-prosperity’ from Nangyeong goes for the outer symptoms of Taeyangbyeong(太陽病) in cold diseases, yang-prosperity and yin-deficiency from it goes for the inner symptoms of Yangmyeongbyeong(陽明病) in cold diseases.
