        플랜지 플렉시블 우레탄카 커플링 개발

        The study was aimed at developing a power transmission coupling that is possible to transfer power without any trouble even if the two rotating shafts are making minute misalignment. The coupling that has been developed is Flange Flexible Urethane-key Coupling that connects two shafts by flanges with Urethane-key. A model coupling for use in transmitting power of 10hp was made and undergone performance evaluation and tests. Property and usefulness was proved through the test. The performance evaluation has demonstrated a property of $11.25Kgf{\cdot}m$ of allowable torque and 28.25hp of power at 1,80Orpm, which was found to be superior compared to the performance of similar couplings. Based on the performance test, study was made also for improving the shape of the Urethane-key and was successful to make the flange in smaller outside diameter. Further application test at site has proved that the product is easy to install and maintain, and has property of absorbing minute misalignment between two shafts and vibration caused there from.

        TPE를 적용한 자동차 윈도우 모터커버의 개발

        It was attempted to develop an auto part by over molding injection mold that produces precision products in high productivity with use of an eco-friendly TPE substitute material for NBR. NBR is currently used in motor gear cover, one of the key parts in motor module for auto doors. Gear cover is composed of plastics and rubber mostly today, which requires a two (2) step process for production using two presses of different types. A hot press is used at this time for forming the rubber, which has drawback of requiring a rather long forming time of 400 seconds for one forming process. Even though this difficulty is overcome by reducing production time through employment of multi-cavity molds, time for forming process must be shortened for improvement of the productivity eventually, and the existing method of insert injection for products that have been formed with plastic material must be outgrown. In this point of view, over molding injection using TPE has a big advantage. Forming time is shortened to 54 seconds, and working the two (2) processes in series by one (1) press could solve the durability problem caused by deflection of the plastics, not to mention shortening the process time. Enhancement of productivity by almost 80% and improvement in the accuracy of the product could thus be achieved.

        인구고령화와 저출산이 심각한 사회문제로 인식된 지도 이미 수년이 지났다. 그 동안 정부는 그 효과성 논란에도 불구하고 출산과 혼인 친화적인 사회 시스템을 구축하기 위해 많은 노력을 경주해 온 것이 사실이다. 하지만 출산율은 여전히 매우 낮은 수준이고, 평균 초혼 연령도 계속 증가하며 30대 인구의 비혼비율이 높아지고 있는 추세에 있다, 이는 저출산과 인구고령화의 대 비가 사회적 시스템 혹은 정책척 접근만으로 가능하지 않을 수 있다는 것과, 혼인과 출산 친화 적 사회환경의 마련에 국민들의 인식 혹은 가치관이 매우 중요한 요소가 될 수 있음을 시사하는 것이다, 본 연구는 사회 전반적으로 혼인 및 출산 친화적인 인식이 확산되기 위해서 사회인구교육의 필요성을 제시하고,현재 우리나라의 사회 인구 교육 실태가 어떠한지 고찰하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 혼인과 출산을 무조건적으로 장려하는 교육이 아닌 혼인과 출산 친화적인 사회 환경에 대한 인식을 확산하기 위해서 사회인구교육이 어떠한 방향으로 진행되어야 하는지 발전 방안도 제시 하였다. It has been over a decade that lowest low fertility and rapid population aging became a serious social problem. The government has strived to construct family-friendly social systems. However, the average age at first marriage and celibacy rate among the 20s and the 30s continue to increase, keeping the very low total fertility rate from growth. It implies that overcoming low fertility and rapid population aging would not be possible only by policy reactions or family-friendly social systems. It further suggests that people`s value or perception on marriage and children would play an important role to construct actual fertility- or family friendly systems. This study examines population education (provision of correct information on the current and future population dynamics and its prospective impact on the society) as a necessary tool for diffusion of marriage- and childbearing-friendly ideas within our society.

        노후 영구임대주택 특성을 고려한 단지유형별 자산관리 방안

        The permanent rental housing was supplied 190 thousand households from 1989 and have used for rental during 18~21 years. The residents require to improve the aged facilities and the cost of maintenance is being increased. A temporal and occasional facility management doesn’t cope with the cost of maintenance and the needs of resident for high performance. However, previous studies have been concerned with introduction of asset management and management system. Therefore this study aim to suggest the asset management by consideration and classification of permanent rental housing(LH, 140 thousand households). This study is consist of 1)the status of permanent rental housing and residents, 2)a theoretical study of asset management, 3)classification of permanent rental housing, 4)asset management for each type. As the results of this study, the characteristics in demand and supply is deducted and 126 housing is classified 4 types. Each housing is recommended asset management(FM, PM, AM, Advanced AM) individually. The results of this study are expected to be a guide to establish the action plan for the asset management and the improving of facilities.

        광촉매공정과 필터를 이용한 흡연부스 공기정화연구

        본 연구에서는 CO, HCHO, CH3CHO, PM10, PM2.5 등의 담배연기 내에 포함된 유해물질들의 농도를 지표로 광촉매와 필터로 구성된 공기정화장치를 부착한 흡연부스 내의 공기질을 평가하였다. 또한 광촉매에서 발생되는 OH 라디칼과 담배연기 내 가스상 유해물질들과의 반응성을 향상시켜 제거효율을 높이기 위해 적외선을 주사하였다. 공기정화장치와 필터를 활용한 흡연부스의 실험 결과, 시스템 가동 전보다 가스상 오염물질은 포름알데히드 포함 최대 85.2% 향상된 제거효율을 나타냈다. 처리 후의 미세먼지는 최대 89.4% 향상된 제거효율을 나타냈다. The current study evaluated the air quality of the smoking booth equipped with the air purification system consisting of photocatalysts and air filters by measuring the concentrations of hazardous substances of tobacco smoke such as CO, HCHO, CH3CHO, PM10 and PM2.5. To enhance the removal efficiency of hazardous substances, an infrared ray was exposed to improve the reactivity of OH radical generated from the photocatalyst toward environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) gas phase hazardous materials. It was found that the smoking booth with the air purification system improved the removal efficiency of hazardous substances containing formaldehyde by 85.2% compared to that of the smoking booth without any purification systems. In addition, the removal efficiency of the fine dust after treatment was enhanced up to 89.4%.

        공공사업의 사후평가를 통한 사업선택 절차 수립에 관한 연구

        Korea, long-term public rental housing has started to supply as permanent rental housing since 1989. Then, several types of long-term rental housing have been supplied. Therefore the facilities are so aged that residents require to improve them. And government wants to provide with the same quality of rental housing to residents who have the same qualifications. So the public projects have begun to improve the facilities of long term rental housing in 2009. However, the process of implementation and budgeting for projects is determined during the short period. Therefore, the selection process of projects elements need to improve. This study aims to improve the selection process through the post-evaluation of residents and relevant persons. Pursuant to the post-evaluation 4 directions of improvement are suggested and the applicable selection process for the next projects. The results of this study is to establish the direction of policy for the next public projects and the selection process of the other public projects for improving aged facilities basis on the post-evaluation.

        시판용 TiO<sub>2</sub> 광촉매의 doping 성분에 따른 비주류 담배연기의 유해물질 제거효율

        흡연으로 발생되는 담배연기는 주류 연기와 비주류 연기로 구분된다. 담배연기 중 실내로 확산되는 연기의 대부분은 비주류 연기이며, 비주류 연기의 유해물질 농도는 주류 연기의 농도보다 2~3배 높다. 본 연구에서는 TiO<sub>2</sub> 광촉매의 doping 성분에 따른 비주류 담배연기 내의 CO, H<sub>2</sub>S, NH<sub>3</sub>, HCHO의 제거 효율을 확인하고자 하였다. 실험 결과, CO가 최대 78.37% 제거되었으며, TiO<sub>2</sub> 광촉매 공정이 CO 제거에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 CO, H<sub>2</sub>S, HCHO의 제거에 있어서 TiO<sub>2</sub> 광촉매에 doping된 O, Si 성분에 의해 영향을 크게 받는다. 결론적으로, doping된 O, Si 성분이 많을수록 유해물질 제거효율이 높다. Tobacco smoke emitted during smoking is divided into a main-stream and side-stream smoke. Most of the tobacco smoke that spreads to a room while smoking is a side-stream one. The side-stream tobacco smoke is two to three times more harmful than that of the main-stream tobacco smoke. In this study, the removal efficiency of CO, H<sub>2</sub>S, NH<sub>3</sub> and HCHO in a side-stream tobacco smoke using the doping component of TiO<sub>2</sub> photocatalysts was confirmed. As a result, CO was removed up to 78.37%, which indicated that the TiO<sub>2</sub> photocatalytic process is effective for CO removal. Also, the removal efficiencies of CO, H<sub>2</sub>S and HCHO were greatly affected by the amount of doped O and Si components of the TiO<sub>2</sub> photocatalyst. In conclusion, the more doped O and Si components had, the higher removal efficiencies of harmful substances were achieved.
