The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze to identify its estimation differences of financial performance (total sales, operating sales, net profit) among the KS-SQI, NCSI and KCSI model. KS-SQI, NCSI and KCSI are the widely-used service quality and customer satisfaction evaluation models in Korean industries. 12 industries and 45 service companies that use these models have been selected to analyze the data in the past five years (2002-2006). Findings can not be concluded that a certain model is the best to predict the financial performance, even though KCSI showed the most stabilized predictability, NCSI has more relation with financial performance than others, but KS-SQI showed the least predictability to financial performance.

The objectives of this study were to examine the effect of career management on employee career satisfaction using the multi-regression analysis. The individual career management comprises of career planning, educational training, and self-development. The data was collected through self administrative survey completed by 424 MICE employees. The result shows that among the three components of individual carrer management, the self-development was a primary determinant of career satisfaction.
호텔의 EDP내부통제시스템이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to understand the critical role of the hotel information system`s EDP(electronic data processing) internal control in the hotel industry. This paper examines the relationships of the hotel information system`s internal(general & application) control and user satisfactions. The model was tested using Lisrel analysis on a sample of 583 respondents who have worked with the hotel information system in a hotel environment. The major results of this study are as follows: First, general control and application control have statistically significant influences on EDP internal control. Second, EDP internal control does not have a statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Consequently we should maximize the user satisfaction of the hotel information system and maximize the value of the hotel business for the benefit of the entire industry.

Current study that has been conducted the relationship among market orientation, low price strategy, differential strategy, and management performance of the hotel industries. Research model and hypotheses were established through the literature review and the survey was conducted for a month from July 5th through August 4th in 2006 and judgment sampling of non-probability. Hypotheses were tested through field study conducted for 360 hotel management employees. A structural equation model was specified to test the hypotheses and was analyzed through AMOS 4.0(Figure 2). The model`s goodness-of-fit was acceptable in general with χ2=981.708(df=548, p=0.000), Q=1.791, GFI=0.958, AGFI=0.914, RMSEA=0.060, NFI=0.984, CFI=0.972). The relationships predicted by the previous five hypotheses(for instance: market orientation and low price strategy, market orientation and differential strategy, market orientation and management performance, low price strategy and management performance, and differential strategy and management performance) were statistically significant with the same direction predicted by the hypotheses(Figure 2). The authors discussed the present findings and limitations as well as directions for future research were also discussed.
