      • 대학입학전형에서 입학생의 다양성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in social backgrounds and individual competences of enrolling students by college admissions screening and propose the direction of college admissions screening procedure to select students with diversified values and competences required by our knowledge information society. To achieve this, I first reviewed the meaning of equality as well as the theoretical background of affirmative action policy in US and Korea and made empirical analysis of the diversity of student compositions by inquiring into their social backgrounds and individual competence by college admissions screening at K University after implementation of the Admission Officer System. It was discovered that, from the viewpoint of ``diversity of social background``, the economically weaker section had more admission opportunity with the Student Record Comprehensive System (former Admission Officer System) but less so with SAT- centric (Scholastic Aptitude Test) system; in terms of region, the Student Record Comprehensive System mitigated overemphasis in the metropolitan area and gave students from out of metropolitan area higher chance for admissions, but less so with essay and practice-centric screening system; in terms of high school types, the Student Record Comprehensive System mitigated overemphasis on special purpose and private high schools and gave students from general high schools higher chance for admissions, but less so with SAT and practice-centric screening system. From the viewpoint of ``diversity in individual competence``, it was clear that the Student Record Comprehensive System(former Admission Officer System), which explicitly states specific qualifications by college and departments, was the conforming screening procedure for selection of specific talents.

      • 학생참여형 교과활동의 학교생활기록부 기재 유형 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine high school student-participatory curriculum activities, analyze their different types, and analyze the recording types of teachers in school transcripts to observe whether universities can utilize the application of school records regarding student-participatory curriculum activities in actual assessments. Cases from 15 Korean cities and provinces were collected in relation to Korean, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Technology/Home Economics, and 91 cases were used as subjects of analysis. Analysis results showed that the student-participatory learning methods used most were ‘discussion and presentation’ through ‘collaborative learning (33.9%), ‘discussion and presentation’ through ‘individual learning (20.6%)’, ‘projects’ through ‘collaborative learning (20.1%)’, ‘projects’ through ‘individual learning (11.1%)’, and ‘experiment and practice’ through ‘individual learning’ and ‘collaborative learning (3.7%)’, in that order. With regards to the recording methods of student-participatory curriculum activities in school transcripts, many of the cases showed ‘realistic descriptions’ of ‘creativity’ related contents (37.2%), then ‘subjective assessments’ of ‘creativity’ related contents’ (30.7%), followed by ‘subjective assessments’ of ‘character’ related contents (17.3%), and ‘realistic descriptions’ of ‘character’ related contents (14.7%)’. The activation of high school student-participatory curriculum activities will provide a base for which student traits such as academic performance, major suitability, creativity, and character can be thoroughly assessed.

      • 입학전형별 대학생활 적응에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the fitness of freshmen`s academic achievement, college experience satisfaction, peer relation, and abandonment rate base on types of admissions. Based on this study, Freshmen`s academic achievement in the year 2011-2013, all students resulted in high academic performance in the order of admissions officer system of the early admission, essay test of the early admission, and the national college scholastic ability test of the regular admission. In addition, the study indicates that those students who were enrolled through the admissions officer system showed positive level of satisfaction towards college experience compare to other types of admission. Students with excellent the national college scholastic ability test scores achieved higher academic grades compare to students with low or non the national college scholastic ability test scores within the college admission of N in the admissions officer system . The result of academic achievement and college life adjustment of freshmen and current students suggests a need for in-depth research whether the future direction of the college admissions and the minimum scholastic standard of the national college scholastic ability test.

      • 고등학생 교과별 선택과목의 대입전형 활용에 대한 인식 연구

        As the 2015 revised curriculum expands students’ choice of subjects and set up high school credit system, a significant change is expected in the admission process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is examine the perception of admission using plan according to the expansion of elective subject by high school students. For this purpose, 141 university admissions officers and 46 teachers were interviewed and had survey about the five items of 'qualification for application, qualitative and quantitative evaluation technique of comprehensive school report policy, direction of admission type evaluation and preliminary courses suggestion. As a result of the survey, it was found that there was more negative feedback from the admission officers than the teachers about limiting applicants' qualifications by complete elective subjects and units due to the inequality of educational opportunities. Ninety-six percent of the respondents said that elective subjects should be reflected on the admission type evaluation and they would use it mainly for the evaluation of person major fit. With regard to the prospect of the university entrance examination in the future, if the student's choice of subject is activated, it is expecting that subject type which is evaluates the grades by differences in subjects, small course subjects and no grades will be greatly reduced and qualitative evaluation comprehensive admission system would be expend. About the presentation of the number of competitors by the recruitment unit, the admission officer has a lot of negative answer considering the confusion when the subject class is uniform and different from each university and there is a positive answer that the teacher has the educational meaning which excites interest and interest of the college Respectively.

      • 대입 학생부종합전형에서 전공적합성의 의미와 대체 용어에 관한 고찰

        This study was conducted to observe whether `major suitability` is an appropriate evaluation factor in college student selection and to present college admissions evaluation factors. It conducted comparative analysis on the differences among the evaluation factors, screening data, school counselor roles, and college education courses of the U.S. college admissions system and the comprehensive student record system of Korea from a major suitability perspective and a study on the perceptions of admissions officers. Results showed differences in the U.S. system and the Korean system from a major suitability perspective. While the U.S. system did not consider major suitability to be important, the Korean system did. The U.S. emphasized diverse extracurricular activities in and out of school while Korea placed importance on activities and experiences in school associated with the university major being applied for. Surveys by admissions officers showed that major suitability was perceived as an important evaluation factor but that it had the adverse effect of limiting high school activities to those associated with university majors. The meaning of major suitability should be `affiliation appropriate activities such as in the humanities/social studies/science/medicine`. If educational environment related changes are made such as the expansion of undeclared or open major or department systems and interdisciplinary programs, then `passion·immersion in the field of interest` or `research activity` are proposed as the most appropriate terms to replace major suitability.

        의 · 한 협진 병원 인증 모형 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 한국의 의 · 한 협진 2단계 시범사업에 참여한 의료기관을 대상으로 협진에 영향을 미치는 일반적 특성과 요인들을 분석하기 위함이다. 연구 대상 자료는 2단계 의 · 한 협진 시범사업 기간 동안 참여하는 의료기관으로부터 수집하였다. 기관의 일반적인 특성과 협진 관련 특성을 살펴보았고, 특성들과 협진 우수기관 간 관계를 알아보았다. 협진 참여 기관의 일반적 특성 중 민간 의료기관, 기관 내 협진, 비수도권 지역이 각각 국공립 의료기관, 기관 간 협진, 수도권 지역에 비해 빈도수가 높게 나타났다. 기관의 협진 관련 특성 중에서는 대면 협진, 4시간 이내의 협진 응답 기간이 높았다. 협진 우수기관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 협진 소요 시간 (4시간 이내)과 병원 규모 (병상 수와 의료인 수)로 분석되었다. 협진 만족도와 병원 규모 간 관계는 의료기관 특성 등 변수들을 보정한 상태에서 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 340 이하의 병상 수와 협진 만족도 간 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 340 병상 이상의 병상 수와는 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 의 · 한 협진병원 인증모형을 개발하기 위한 사전 연구로 활용될 것이다. The objective of this study is conducted to analyze the general characteristics and factors affecting Western medicine and Korean medicine collaboration among the participating hospitals of 2nd stage western medicine and Korean medicine collaboration pilot project in Korea. Data are collected from survey of participating hospitals during the 2nd stage pilot project period. We analyzed estimated descriptive statistics of general and collaboration-related hospital characteristics, and examined the relationships between the characteristics and hospital accreditation regarding collaboration. In general characteristics, private institutions, intra-collaboration, non-capital region factors were higher than national institutions, inter-collaboration, capital region factors. In collaboration-related characteristics, face to face collaboration and collaboration operating time under 4 hours were higher. Factors affecting the accreditation were estimated as collaboration operating time (under 4 hours) and hospital size (beds and numbers of doctors). The relationship between the satisfaction of collaboration and hospital size was analyzed using hierarchical regression analyses adjusting confounders. We found that the positive relationship between satisfaction and hospital size under 340 hospital beds and negative relationship over 340 hospital beds. These results would be used as the prior study for developing accreditation model of Western medicine and Korean medicine collaboration in the future study.

        공공시설의 접근성 분석을 통한 서비스 이용 가능 범위 분석 연구 - 청주시를 대상으로

        본 연구는 계층 구분없이 이용할 수 있는 공공시설의 서비스 이용 가능 지역 분석에 관한 연구로서, 공공시설의 공간적인 분포뿐만 아니라 접근성을 고려하여 공공시설의 추가 설치 시 반영할 수 있는 공간적 분석방법을 사용하였으며 청주시 시민들의 공공시설 이용가능 범위를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 분석방법으로는 첫째, 공공시설의 공간적인 분포를 알아보기 위하여 QGIS를 통해 도면화하였다. 둘째, 도로망을 추출하여 네트워크 분석을 통해 접근성을 분석하였다. 셋째, 공공시설 접근성 범위 내 거주하고 있는 인구 비율을 추출하여 서비스 이용 가능 범위를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 기존의 공공시설의 입지분석을 수요자의 입장에서 공간을 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 근린공원이 청주시의 서쪽, 생활체육시설은 남쪽과 북쪽에 밀집되어있어 골고루 분포될 필요가 있다. 노인복지시설, 생활체육시설, 병원 등은 청주시에 균일하게 분포되어있으며, 유치원의 경우 어린이들의 적응환경을 위해 초등학교와 비슷한 분포 패턴을 나타내었다. This study sought to analyze the service availability of public facilities in Cheongju City that could be used regardless of class. The purpose was to find out the scope of the use of public facilities by using a spatial analysis method that could lead to the additional installation of public facilities if necessary. First, QGIS, an open-source Geographic Information System, was used to find out the spatial distribution of the public facilities. Second, a road network was extracted, and accessibility analysis was performed using network analysis. Third, the service availability range was analyzed by extracting the proportion of the population residing within the accessibility range of public facilities. Through this, the location analysis of the existing public facilities was carried out from the perspective of the consumer. The results showed that neighborhood parks were concentrated in the west of Cheongju-si, and sports facilities for all users were concentrated in the south and north. An even distribution would be ideal. On the other hand, welfare facilities for the elderly, sports facilities for all, and hospitals were evenly distributed in Cheongju-si, and the distribution of kindergartens was similar to that of elementary schools, which would provide a good adaptation environment for children.

      • 자연계열 재학생의 전형유형별 학교생활적응 비교 분석 - K대학 재학생의 실제 경험을 중심으로

        In this study we conducted interviews, with students pursuing typical majors at K University, on adaptation to school life by type of admission. We then analyzed the differences between types of admission with regards to three aspects: participation in school life, satisfaction with school life, and learning performance. In-depth interview results showed differences between types of admission. First, for 'in-class activities' related to 'in-school life participation', students with a comprehensive school records screening prefer group activities through cooperation with others, while essay and CSAT admissions generally prefer individual activities. Second, in 'School Life Satisfaction' related to 'School Life Satisfaction' and 'Intention to Recommend for Schools(University) and departments', the general student in the student division replied that the recommendation for universities is large, while the essay and CSAT students answered that the recommendation for departments is large. Third, some students stated, with regards to 'study performance', that it was difficult for students to obtain grades in the early grades due to the structure of the curriculum of majors centered on basic math and science subjects, but there were opinions that the difference would decrease when high school grades were made due to continuous efforts such as high school records management. This was the same as the opinion in expert advice that students with comprehensive school records screening had excellent sincerity, leadership, and communication, and that students with essay/CSAT admissions had a good understanding of math and science as evidenced by their academic performance. We hope that the results of this study can be used as a reference for the future development of K University admission design, educational background enhancement and follow-up programs related to student participation.
