        대학신입생의 거주형태별 대학생활적응 영향요인

        The purpose of this study is to identify the level of communication, interpersonal relationship, and adaptation of college freshmen by residence type, and figure out factors influencing adaptation to college life in accordance with the type of residence. Method: This study was a descriptive survey study. Data were collected by surveys with the samples of 309 college freshmen and analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0. Results: The studentsʼ adaptation to college life was found to be better for the subjects who live with the parents than those who live in dormitories and those who live in rented rooms. In the case of the subjects living with the parents, the influencing factors to college life were in the order of interpersonal relationship, friendship, and communication. In the cases of the subjects living in dormitories and rented rooms were communication and interpersonal relationship, respectively. Conclusion: The level of adaptation to college life of the college freshmen was found to be different in accordance with their types of residence, and the influencing factors to college life were also different for each residence type. Therefore, universities need a variety of approaches to help freshmen to adapt to college life.

        알코올사용장애 환자의 취업의지에 미치는 영향요인

        본 연구는 알코올사용장애 환자의 가족지지, 자아탄력성, 취업의지의 관계를 파악하고, 취업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 알코올사용장애로 진단받고 입원 및 외래 치료를 받은 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 남성 128명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과 가족지지는 5점 만점에 4.30점, 자아탄력성은 4점 만점에 2.37점, 취업의지는 5점 만점에 4.06점이었다. 가족지지는 주거형태에 따라 자가소유 주택 거주자가 임대형 주택 거주자보다 높고(x2=4.747, p =.01), 자아탄력성은 교육정도에 따라 초대졸 이상이 중졸이하보다 높았으며(F=4.389, p=.01), 취업의지는 연령에 따라 40대 이하가 50대 이상보다 높았다(F=4.778, p =.01). 취업의지는 자아탄력성과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타나 자아탄력성이 높을수록 취업의지도 높았다.(r=.309, p <.01). 취업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아탄력성(β=.314, p <.01)과 연령(β=-.253, p <.01)이며 16.3%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 연구결과를 토대로 알코올사용장애 환자의 취업의지를 향상시키기 위해 연령수준에 따른 접근이 필요하며 자아탄력성을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램이 개발되어 활용되기를 기대한다. This descriptive research study investigated the relationships between different degrees of family support, ego-resilience and employment volition of patients suffering from alcohol use disorder, and we identified the factors that had an influence on employment volition. This study used the survey research technique and structured questionnaires. The data was collected from 128 males (aged 20 years or older) and who had been diagnosed with alcohol use disorder. They had also undergone either inpatient hospital care or outpatient treatment. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that family support had a value of 4.30, an ego resilience had a value of 2.37 and the employment volition had a value of 4.06. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that there was statistically significant positive correlation between employment volition and ego resilience (β =.314, p <.01) and age (β=-.253, p <.01), and the total explanatory power of these 2 factors was 16.3%. According to the results of this study, age-based approaches are needed to improve the employment volition of patients with alcohol use disorder. Additionally, the results of this study suggest that an ego resilience enhancement program be developed and implemented to help these patients.

        간호대학생의 인공지능에 대한 지식, 인식 및 수용태도가 인공지능 이용의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : Artificial intelligence (AI) has potentials to significantly transform a role of nurses and revolutionise practices of healthcare systems. The aim of this study is to identify influences of AI Knowledge, Perception, and Acceptance Attitude on nursing students’ Intentions to use AI-based healthcare technologies. Methods : The participants included 241 nursing students in Gyeonggi-do and Jeollanam-do, with data collected from 30 May to 30 June 2022 using self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program, with independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlations, and multiple linear regression. Results : The results revealed that AI Knowledge positively correlated with AI perception(r=.40, p<.001), and Acceptance Attitude toward AI(r=.17, p=.007). AI perception positively correlated with AI Acceptance Attitude(r=.53, p <.001), and Intentions to use AI(r=.46, p<.001). AI Acceptance Attitude also positively correlated with Intentions to use AI(r=.52, p<.001). The factors influencing Intentions to use AI-based healthcare technologies included AI Perception(β=.30) and Acceptance Attitude AI Acceptance Attitude(β=.38). The adjusted R2 was .318. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop systematic educational programs on AI technologies and form an organizational culture to improve nursing clinical competency and professionalism for nursing students in healthcare setting.
