Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical application of acupuncture treatment to a cervical herniated intervertebral disc patient with hyperventilation syndrome developed after magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods : A patient with cervical herniated intervertebral disc got hyperventilation syndrome after taking magnetic resonance imaging. To relieve symptoms, we took paperbag breathing first aid, but it had no effect. So we used acupuncture therapy with strong stimulation. To measure the outcome of the patient's improvement, we observed change of vital sign and verbal numerical rating scale(VNRS). Results : After 8 minutes of acupuncture treatment, the patient had significant improvement in change of vital sign and verbal numerical rating scale(VNRS). Conclusions : In emergency situation, acupuncture treatment as a first aid has a positive effect to control hyperventilation syndrome.

In this paper, a simple method for fabricating micro/nanoscale combined hierarchical structures is presented using a two-step temperature-directed capillary molding technique. This lithographic method consists of two steps: (ⅰ) fabrication of polymer microstructures using a PDMS mold and (ⅱ) subsequent nanofabrication using a high-resolution polyurethane acrylate (PUA) mold on top of the pre-formed microstructures. The resulting micro/nano combined structures were robust and demonstrated enhanced water-repellent properties by coexistence of homogeneous and heterogeneous wettings, as confirmed by contact angle measurement of water. An analytical model was suggested to explain our experimental observations and shows a good agreement with the experimental results.

본 논문은 남고산성에 있는 만경대와 관련된 한시에 대해 연구하였다. 특히 고려말 충신이었던 정몽주는 만경대에 올라서 망해가는 고려에 대한 회한과 자신의 충성심을 드러낸 시를 지었다. 정치적으로 이성계와 반대편에 섰던 정몽주는 이 시를 지은 뒤 몇 년 후에 이성계 일파에 죽임을 당했다. 아이러니하게도, 정몽주를 죽였던 태종 이방원은 많은 정적들을 제거한 후에 충성의 표상으로서 정몽주를 지목하였다. 이후 조선왕조는 그를 영의정으로 추증하는 한편 문집을 간행하게 하고, 문묘에 배향하여 제사를 지내도록 하면서 충신으로서의 정몽주 이미지를 공고히 하였다. 정몽주가『등전주만경대(登全州望景臺)』를 지은 후, 만경대는 본래가지고 있던 호연지기를 기르기 좋은 산성의 이미지보다 더 강한 충신의 이미지가 더해지게 되었다. 공고해진 충신의 이미지를 가진 만경대는 이후 이곳을 오르는 시인들에게 거꾸로 영향을 주었다. 만경대를 주제로 한 시에서 가장 많은 분량을 차지하는 것이 차운시이다. 원시의 작자를 추존하는 차운시의 특성상 차운시가 많다는 것은 그만큼 원시의 작자를 의식한다는 뜻이 된다. 차운시 외에도 만경대를 주제로 한 시들은 호연지기를 기르기 위해 경치 좋고 시야가 넓은 곳을 찾는 경우와, 다른 사람들의 시에 차운한 시들로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 종류의 시들은 이전의 누정시와 비교하여 큰 차이를 보이지 않는다. 누정은 한번 세워지면, 오랜 세월에 변함없이 있는 것은 아니다. 세워지고 무너지는 것처럼 이미지가 덮여지기도 하고 사라지기도 하면서 시대에 따라 변해간다. 누정에 대한 연구방법도 처음 누가 세웠는가에서 누정에 대한 인식이 시대에 따라 어떻게 변해갔는지를 살피는 것도 누정연구의 한 방법일 수 있다. This is a treatise on the chinese-korean poem about the Mangeingdai(萬景臺). In the end of Goryeo Dynasty, when Jeong Mongju(鄭夢周) climbs the Mangeingdai, he composes a poem about the country and his loyalty. (登全州萬景臺) After a few years, Lee Seongkei(李成桂) beat Jeong Mongju to death as a political rival. But Joseon Dynasty(朝鮮王朝) was founded, it was urgently needed a faithful retainer. They repeatedly regards Jeong Mongju as a faithful retainer in ironically. Joseon Dynasty is under a prime minister of the Joseon dynasty of Jeong Mongju and published in a collection of his works. The Joseon dynasty give him a faithful retainer`s image without interruption. Since then, the Mangeingdai not regard as a walled mountain fortress but rather as a place to praise Jeong Mongju for his loyalty. Many poet visited a place of historic interest and composed a poem as a his rhyming word. But the rest poem composed of of great spirit and composed a poem as a rhyming word. For great spirit poem, they are all the same that anothergazebo`s poem. Once gazebo was build, it changes according to the times. It have as much imagery as we can. According to the times, we have to recognize of a change of gaboze`s image. So we have to change about the approaches to gazebo.

연소실 압력진동이 70 N급 하이드라진 추력기의 추력상승시간에 미치는 영향

70 N급 단일액체추진제 추력기 개발모델의 연소실 압력진동 강도와 추력상승시간이 갖는 상관도 도출을 위해 지상연소시험을 수행하였다. 단일추진제급 하이드라진이 연소시험용 추진제로 선정되었고, 연소실의 특성길이와 추진제 분사압력이 시험변수로 적용되었다. 시험조건 내에서의 추진제 분사압력의 감소는 정체실의 압력진동을 증대시키고, 압력진동은 추력기의 응답성능을 저해하는 요소로 작용하는 것이 확인되었다. A ground hot-firing test (HFT) was accomplished to draw a correlation between the pressure oscillation intensity of combustion chamber and thrust rise time in a 70 N-class hydrazine thruster. Monopropellant grade hydrazine was adopted as a propellant for the HFT, and combustion-chamber characteristic length, propellant injection pressure were applied as test parameters. It was confirmed that the decrease of propellant injection pressure augmented the pressure oscillation in the test condition specified, and the oscillation hampered the response performance of the thruster.
