This research studied the evaluation of reliability among the software quality characteristics: suitability, reliability, usability, portability, maintainability, performance efficiency, security, and compatibility. It proposes a quantitative evaluation of reliability in the measurement of software quality. This study introduces a method for measuring the failure rate included in maturity during reliability evaluation, which is one of the characteristics of software quality, and is a study with experimental data on how the failure rate changes depending on the form of failure data. Focusing on software testing, the failure rate was measured and compared according to the type of failure data by applying it to the software reliability growth model, focusing on the number of failures per day. The failure rate was measured around the failure time found through the 6-day test, and the failure rate was compared with the failure rate proposed by the international standard ISO/IEC 25023 using the measurement results, and the application was reviewed according to the data type.

The educational philosophy for the prevention of school violence and school making peace lies to open the way of self-creation and to disappear the rival consciousness from the mind. So this study is approach in mind-humanities to seek the alternative. The fundamental basis of human growth is in mind study. The school violence typically is applied with student interaction that occurs between the intended physical, emotional behavior around the school. The causes of school violence are inherently attributed to block the correct relationships and to deny the value and the presence of the majority of students, such as environmental factors of school, home, and society. The school violence is nothing more than the routine that social violence push came to school. In the routine violence of capital and power of society, straggler of school competition is to be social straggler. All of our human life is neutered by the collusion of school education and the social mechanism. In this study I try to make and develope the mind-study for the prevention of school violence in approaching mind humanities. And I want that it is to be utilize in a wide range of character education. The mind-study program is made three phases of it. It is warming up program, main program(seven levels), and assistance Program(four types).

Development of a Personal Health Record System Based on USB Flash Drive and Web Service

Objective: The development of information communication technology (ICT) and the demand for managing the healthy lives of individuals are accelerating the informatization of the health and medical field. Considering this environment and the needs of the individual, this paper has designed and developed a web and mobile storage device-based personal health record (PHR) system that individuals can manage by themselves anywhere, anytime, whether on-line or off-line. Based on the experience of implementing the system, its development method, results, and relevant technical issues are described. System Design and Description: This system is implemented to manage PHR, including vital signs and ingested/consumed calories for a lifetime by connecting a PHR-integrated web server to each hospital's information system, and the PHR programs installed in the individual's PC or USB flash memory drive. To achieve this, an interface module, web server system, and PHR viewer program for individuals are developed. Results: When it is off-line, the PHR program is operated to inquire the data saved in the DB, and the self-measured information can be inputted. When it is on-line, it calls the web service function to inquire the medical information, including hospital visit history, prescription history, diagnosis result, image inspection result and medical treatment result. Conclusion: This system connects home and mobile healthcare to hospitals but minimizes information leakage because the data is not accumulated. By loading a plug & play, PHR viewer to an easy-to-carry mobile storage device, the systems supports a sustainable health management.

이돈화의 동학사상과 시민사회: ‘우주생명론’과 ‘인간격(한울격)’의 권리를 중심으로

The principles of modern civil society are based on the social contract theory and the concept of rights. However, Western ideology, which is dichotomous, monadic, and based on free competition, is facing crises of the times, such as ‘infinite ownership and polarization’ and ‘environmental destruction and abnormal climate’. During the Japanese colonial era, Lee Don-hwa discussed the limitations of the social contract theory of Hobbes, Locke, and Rousseau. And he tried to achieve a ‘principal transformation of life style’ by advocating a new society of ‘holon character(人間格)’ based on Donghak. Here, ‘holon character’ refers to the ‘cosmic character(宇宙格)’ that is the center of the universe’s great life, unlike individual personalities. In addition, modern Donghak philosophers at the time named the western concept of natural human rights as “the right to protect and unfold the human nature of Hanul” and named it ‘Heavenly Rights (天權).’ This concept of rights was different from the individual-centered right to life and the protection of lustful rights and interests, which are the core of Western human rights thought. 근대 시민사회의 원리는 사회계약론과 권리 개념에 입각해 있다. 그러나 이는 이분법적이고 모나드적이며 자유경쟁에 입각한 것이기에 오늘날 ‘무한 독점과 양극화’, ‘환경파괴와 이상 기후’ 등 시대적 위기에 봉착하고 있다. 일제하 이돈화는 홉스, 로크, 루소 등의 사회계약론을 분석하면서 그 한계점을 논하고 동학에 바탕한 ‘인간격(人間格) 생활’의 신사회를 주장하여 ‘삶의 원리적 대전환’을 이루고자 했다. 여기서 ‘인간격’이란 낱낱의 인격과 달리 우주 대생명의 중심이 되는 우주격(한울격)을 뜻하고, ‘생활’이란 우주생명과 인간, 개인과 사회를 내적으로 결합하는 우주생활을 지칭한다. 당시 동학사상가들은 서구의 천부인권 개념을 인간의 ‘한울 본성을 잘 보호하고 펼쳐나갈 권리’로 개념지어 천권(天權)이라 명명했고, 이돈화는 이를 보다 구체화하여 인간격의 우주생명권, 창조의 자유권, 동귀일체의 평등권을 지향했다. 이러한 권리 개념은 서구 인권개념으로서 개인 중심의 생명권이나 욕망적 권익 옹호와는 차원을 달리한 것이었다. ‘인간 본연성’의 실현이자 ‘인간격의 권리’ 구현은 우주생활을 향상케 하는 ‘신사회 건설’ 운동이고, 인간격의 사회는 곧 우주생명의 거점이 된다.

평택지역 감정노동자 보호를 위한 현황분석

In order to prepare basic data for research on the protection of emotional workers in Pyeongtaek with the support of Pyeongtaek City, this study conducted a survey centered on 104 counselors classified as emotional laborers. Based on the results of the survey centered on 104 emotional workers, basic research data on the difficulties of emotional workers can be prepared, and protection methods for emotional workers who are currently interested in each local government can be found. As a result of selecting a sample centering on counselors in Pyeongtaek City for a survey on the actual condition of emotional workers, and conducting a survey based on the selected samples, it was found that emotional workers did not find their rights to human rights and were not protected even in the workplace. Currently, a bill to protect emotional workers is being announced, but it is not protected, so it is confirmed that system improvement is necessary. This study focused on 104 items that were significant through pre-processing among the recovered questionnaires. It was analyzed using SPSS, R, and it was confirmed that there is a need for a regulation that can provide an institutional device in Pyeongtaek City. In this study, it is judged that it is necessary to prepare a protective device for emotional workers by selecting more samples corresponding to the occupational group of emotional workers.

소프트웨어 신뢰도 측정을 위한 품질 평가 방법

ISO 국제 표준화 기구에서는 JTC1/SC7 기술위원회를 설립하여 소프트웨어 공학분야에 대한 국제표준을 제정해 오고 있다. 주요표준으로는 ISO/IEC 12119(패키지 소프트웨어 품질요구사항), ISO/IEC 9126(소프트웨어 품질특성 내·외부 메트릭), IS0/IEC 14598(평가절차) 등이 있다. 특히 ISO/IEC 9126-2,3에서는 6개의 품질특성 값을 내·외부 메트릭을 통하여 정량적인 값으로 측정을 하는데 이때 신뢰도에 대한 측정이 어려워 대체적으로 측정되지 않는 형편이다. 이러한 것을 보완하기 위하여 사용자를 중심으로 한 설문을 구성하고 설문의 내용을 중심으로 신뢰도에 대한평가를 하려고 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 신뢰도 측정방법의 설문을 제안하고 설문의 연구방법을 제안하려 한다.

일 병원의 대장절제술 환자를 위한 표준진료지침의 임상적용 효과와 변이분석

Purpose: To investigate the effectiveness and variance of a critical pathway (CP) for laparoscopic colon resection in colon cancer patients, and nurses’satisfaction with the CP. Methods: A CP for laparoscopic colon resection was applied to the CP-group that included 50 patients, who underwent elective colon resection between March and May, 2011. The non-CP group included 51 patients who had the same operation without the CP applied from March to May, 2010. Results: The means of length of hospital stay were 11.7 and 7.3 days (p<.001) and the lengths of postoperative hospital stay were 8.6 and 5.1 days (p<.001) in the non-CP group and CP group, respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups for total healthcare costs, pain score, complications, or emergency room visits within 30 days after discharge. By examining variances of the CP, there were 162 variances and the most frequent cause was patient’s condition. Nurses’satisfaction with the use of CP was favorable and the mean score of satisfaction was 3.76 on the 5 point Likert scale. Conclusion: There are clear benefits to use of CP, resulting in standardized and effective patient care. In conclusion, analysis of variance data can assist in evaluating and revising CP for optimal care and reducing variances.

As information technology has been developed, the health information is shared and exchanged not only inside of the medical facilities, but also among facilities or countries. The more identifiable health data are gathered and exchanged, personal privacy is more infringed. The most urgent task for protection against violation of personal health information is establishment of Personal Health Information Protection Law. Nevertheless, premature legislation without discretion would not be the appropriate countermeasure. In this article, we discussed about legal issues and legislation progress to protect personal health information privacy in Korea. The Law should be focused on the harmony and balance between personal controllability and public benefit of disclosure and use of health information to keep pace with u-health era.
