활성산소 및 그의 반응산물들에 의해 노화가 진행되고, 특히 혈관의 노화인 동맥경화가 활성산소 및 지질과산화에 의해 유발된다면, 생체 내에서 끊임없이 생성되고 있고 경우에 따라 필수 불가결한 활성산소를 어떻게 잘 처리하는 가가 중요하다. 즉, 활성산소 발생정도에 대한 항산화능의 유도가 미치지 못한다면, 체내의 활성산소 및 그 생산물에 의해 노화, 동맥경화가 진행될 것이다. 활성산소의 생성계와 제거계의 balance가 잘 유지된다면 정상적인 노화로 자연사에 이르게 될 것이고, 이 balance가 깨어져 과도한 활성산소의 축적에 대해 제거계가 따르지 못할 경우에는 활성산소와 그 생산물에 의해 동맥경화와 비정상적인 노화가 진행될 것이다.

바렛식도에서 발생한 식도 선암의 점막하박리술 후 재발 1예

Surgery is the primary treatment for adenocarcinoma arising from Barrett’s esophagus. However, in order to avoid the high risk of complications of surgical resection, many physicians try various endoscopic treatments in cases of early adenocarcinoma and high-grade dysplasia of Barrett’s esophagus. Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is a recently highlighted technique because of its high rate of en bloc resection, but there is controversy about ESD because of the uncertain long-term effect. There is a high risk of local recurrence after endoscopic treatments especially in a long-segment Barrett’s esophagus, but there are no reports about this in Korea. This case we report on shows that the early adenocarcinoma arising from a long-segment Barrett’s esophagus was curatively removed by ESD, but recurred high-grade dysplasia was detected on the remnant Barrett’s esophagus after one year. We report here on a case of recurred esophageal malignancy after successful endoscopic resection of adenocarcinoma from a Barrett’s esophagus. 바렛식도에서 발생하는 식도 선암의 표준치료는 수술 절제이나 높은 수술 합병증으로 일부 조기 선암과 고도 형성이상인 경우 다양한 방법의 내시경 절제를 시도할 수 있으며, 최근 점막하박리술의 유용성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 내시경 절제는 수술 절제에 비해 비침습적인 치료법으로 많은 장점이 있지만 병변 외 전암성 병변인 바렛상피를 모두 제거하기는 어렵다. 단분절 바렛식도와는 달리 장분절 바렛식도에서 발생한 조기 식도 선암이나 고도 형성이상인 경우 성공적인 내시경 절제 후에도 남은 바렛상피에서 병변이 재발할 가능성이 높으나 이에 대한 연구는 부족하며, 특히 국내에서는 장분절 바렛식도가 매우 드물며 조기 선암이 발생하여 내시경점막하박리술을 통해 제거한 증례보고는 아직 없다. 이번 증례는 7 cm 장분절 바렛식도에서 조기 선암이 발생하여 점막하박리술을 통해 선암은 성공적으로 절제 되었으나 1년 후 추적검사에서 남은 바렛 상피에서 고도 형성이상이 재발하였던 경우로서, 향후 장분절 바렛식도에서 발생한 선암이나 고도 형성이상 병변에 대한 치료 선택에 도움이 되고자 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

Flory 이론의 관점에서 본 최적화된 고분자액체의 상태방정식

고분자액체에 대한 이론들은 많은 경우 cell, hole, free volume 또는 lattice 등의 개념에 근거를 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 free volume에 근거를 둔 Flory의 이론에서 Van der Waals 포텐셜에 Mie 포텐셜의 반발항을 첨가하였다. 이 반발항을 변화시켜가며 PVT값을 계산하여 최적화된 포텐셜을 수치적으로 찾아내고 새로운 상태방정식을 만들어 냈다. 그리고 계산결과를 셀이론, 연속격자유체이론과 비교하여 보았다. Many theories for polymeric liquids are based on the concepts of cell, hole, free volume or lattice etc. In this work, a repulsive term of Mie potential was added to Van der Waals potential of Flory's theory based on the free volume. Changing this repulsive term, PVT calculation was done. Thus an optimized potential and an optimized equation of state for PVT calculation was found numerically. The calculated results were compared with those of the cell theory and the continuous lattice fluid theory.

특정상호작용을 갖는 Flory 상태방정식 이론에서의 고분자 용액의 부분혼합도

Flory의 상태방정식 이론에 서로 다른 분자간의 특정상호작용을 첨가할 때 나타날 수 있는 고분자 용액에서의 부분혼합도에 대하여 고찰하였다. 특히, 원형모양의 상도가 나타날 수 있음을 보였다. 그리고, 그 경우에 대한 일반적인 조건을 유도하였고 그 상도에 미치는 몇몇 인자들의 일반적인 효과를 조사하였다. Partial miscibilities of polymer solutions are investigated when the specific interactions between different molecules are added to the theory of Flory's equation of state. Especially, it is shown that the closed loop phase diagram can appear. The general conditions for the partial miscibility are derived and the general effects of several factors to that are investigated.

Flory의 상태방정식 이론의 관점에서 본 고분자 혼합물에서의 부분혼합도

Flory의 상태방정식 이론의 관점에서, 고분자용액 및 그 혼합물에서 나타날 수 있는 부분혼합도의 각 경우에 대한 일반화된 조건을 제시하였고, 혼합 Gibbs Energy ${\Delta}G_{mix}$에서 나타나는 에너지항과 free volume항들의 온도에 따른 변화를 조사하여 부분혼합도에 미치는 그것들의 영향을 일반화시켰으며, 그 밖의 매개변수들의 영향도 일반화시켰다. In terms of the theory of Flory's Equation of State, the generalized condition for each case of partial miscibilities appearing in the polymer solutions or blends is given. And observing the changes of terms for energies and free volumes in ${\Delta}G_{mix}$ with increasing temperature, their effects on the partial miscibilities are generalized, and the effects of other parameters are also generalized.

고분자액체의 상태방정식을 구하기 위하여 많은 이론들이 제안되어 왔다. 이론들의 대부분은 cell, hole, free volume 또는 lattice 등의 개념에 근거를 두고 있다. 가장 성공적인 이론중의 하나로 평가받고 있는 것이 free volume의 개념을 근거로 한 Flory의 상태방정식 이론이다. 본 연구에서는 Flory 이론에서 사용한 van der Waals 포텐셜을 수정하여 새로운 상태방정식을 만들었다. 계산결과 새로운 상태방정식은 Flory 이론보다 PVT 실험값과 더 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. Many theories have been suggested to obtain an equation of state for polymeric liquids. Most of them are based on the concepts of cell, hole, free volume or lattice etc. One of the most succesful theories is an equation of state theory of Flory and his coworkers based on the concept of free volume. In this work, van der Waals potential used in Flory's theory was modified, giving a new equation of state for polymeric liquids. The calculated results showed that the new equation of state gave better agreement with experimental PVT data than Flory's theory.

확장된 Flory-Huggins의 격자이론에 의해 예측되는 액체 이성분계의 부분혼화도에 대한 고찰

Various partial miscibilities of binary liquid mixtures predicted by the extended Flory-Huggins lattice theory are shown in this article, and the mathematical conditions for each partial miscibility are obtained. And in terms of the theory it is shown that the unusual partial miscibility of water-2-butanol system can occur. 확장된 Flory-Huggins의 격자이론에 의해 예측될 수 있는 액체 이성분계의 여러 부분혼화도를 제시하였으며, 각 경우에 있어서의 수학적 조건를 구하였다. 그리고, 그 이론을 사용하여 물-2-부탄올계에서 나타나는 비정상적인 부분혼화도가 존재할 수 있음을 보였다.
