        동화 제시와 질문 방법을 통한 유아의 언어 능력 신장에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out how fairy tale presentation methods and the types of teacher`s question affect young Chidren`s improving language skills. The results are as follows : 1) There was no significant differences between group of storytelling and a visual illustration in total score and the common sense and understanding of the sub-factors. But the experimental group was significantly higher than the score of the control group. 2) The effectiveness of improving language skills showed a statistically significant difference between the group of divergent questions and convergent questions. 3) The main effect of the types of teacher`s question, fairy tale presentation method and age was significant. In comparison with the post scores, 4 year olds for visual illustration, storytelling for children aged 5 to be effective in improving language skills. A three way interaction effects between each of the independent variables were statistically significant. Therefore, age-appropriate way to present the fairy tale and types of eacher`s question can be a very effective way to improving language skills.

        보육교사의 아동학대 신고행동 의도 배제원인 분석

        본 연구는 보육교사의 아동학대 신고행동 의도에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위하여 진행되었다. 연구결과 보육교사의 61.9%는 신고행동 의도자이였고, 개인적 특성에 따른 신고행동 의도자와 비의도자 간 차이를 분석한 결과 학력(p<.001)과 학대관련 교육경험(p<.05)에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 보육교사의 인식수준에 따른 신고행동 의도자와 비의도자 간, 심각성인식 수준(p<.05), 효용성인식 수준(p<.001), 장애물인식 수준(p<.001)은 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 신고행동 의도자와 비의도자를 구분하게 되는 원인을 분석한 결과 모형유의확률은 통계적으로 유의하며 설명력은 37%이며, 통계적으로 유의미한 영양을 주는 요인으로 학대관련 교육 경험, 심각성인식 수준, 효용성인식 수준, 장애물인식 수준으로 나타났다. 학대관련 교육 경험은 신고행동 의도를 가질 확률을 4.98배 증가시키며, 효용성인식은 수준이 상일 경우 신고의도를 가질 확률이 47.26배 증가하고, 신고 장애물에 대한 인식수준이 상일 경우 신고행동 의도는 낮아지는 것(-2.79배)으로 나타났다. 이는 신고의도 배제원인이 학대관련 교육의 무경험, 중 수준이하의 심각성인식, 하수준의 효용성 인식, 중 수준 이상의 장애물 인식이라는 것을 나타낸다. This study aims to analyze why some of day-care center teachers did not hold a Intention in Reporting of Child Abuse. And it also tries to Conducts factor analysis relative to exclusion of intention in reporting of child abuse The analysis reveals that educational background(p<.001), education experience in relation to child abuse(p<.05), the level of perception on the seriousness(p<.05), effectiveness(p<.001) and reporting obstacle (p<.001) are significantly influenced on Intention Reporting Child Abuse. Logistic regression model was taken as a tool to estimate the effect of independent variables on the result, which means the potentially some of day-care center teachers did not hold a Intention in Reporting of Child Abuse. Education experience in relation to child abuse increase 4.98 times. And high level of perception on the seriousness, effectiveness increase the probability of intention in reporting of child abuse. But the level of perception on reporting obstacle decrease the probability of intention in reporting of child abuse. This result shows Influencing Factors on the exclusion of intention in reporting of child abuse is Education experience in relation to child abuse, below intermediate level of perception on the seriousness, low level of perception on the effectiveness, above on intermediate level of perception on reporting obstacle.

        아동문학의 제시 유형과 질문 방법을 통한 유아의 언어 능력 신장에 관한 연구 -동시, 동화, 연극놀이를 중심으로-

        As a result of analyzing how the type of presentations and questioning methods of children`s literature affects young children`s language ability, the following was concluded: (1) As a result of analyzing the impact of the type of presentation of children`s literature on young children`s language ability: A. The children`s tale group earned the highest score of language ability, followed by the play group and the children`s poem group. It was found that children`s tales are more effective for improving language ability compared to play and poems. B. Considering the subfactors of language ability, the children`s tale group earned the highest score, followed by the play group and the poem group, for the common knowledge factor, comprehension factor, and vocabulary factor, but there was no significant difference and the scores of the three groups were significantly higher than the scores of control group. C. Considering that the children`s tale group earned the highest score in all subfactors of language ability, followed by the play group and the children`s poem group, it is proven that children`s tales are most effective for improving young children`s language ability, followed by the play group and the children`s poem group. 2) As a result of analyzing the impact of questioning methods on young children`s language ability: A. Comparing the post-test scores of language ability of divergent question group and convergent question group, there was a statistically significant difference between the divergent question group and the convergent question group. B. For the group that was exposed to children`s poems, tales, and plays, convergent questions were more effective than divergent questions for improving language ability and very effective for improving creativity and exploration ability. With the vocabulary factor, the divergent question group`s score was significantly more meaningful than the convergent question group`s score. C. With the divergent question method, the children`s tale group earned the highest score in the general knowledge factor, the children`s poem group in the comprehension factor, the play group in the vocabulary factor, and the children`s tale group in general. With the convergent question method, the children`s tale group earned the highest score in the general knowledge factor, the children`s poem group in the comprehension factor, the play group in the vocabulary factor, and the children`s tale group in general. It is very noticeable that the divergent question group and the convergent question group showed the same results.

        보육시설 평가인증제도의 문제점과 개선방안

        본 연구는 평가인증제도가 성공적으로 정착하기 위해 평가인증의 목적인 보육의 질적 향상의 방향을 제시하는 평가인증지표와 평가인증 단계에 따른 문제점이 무엇인지 분석하여 개선방안을 제시함으로 향후 평가인증 재설계에 도움이 되고자하는데 목적이 있다. 보육시설 평가인증제도의 도입 목적에 부응하기 위해서는 기존의 연구 결과에서 제안되었듯이 평가인증지표 문항의 보완ㆍ수정, 현장관찰자의 전문성과 신뢰성의 확보, 조력활동을 다양화해야 한다. 또한 이외에도 인증심의에 의해 결정된 결과를 단순히 인증, 인증유보, 불인증으로 결과 통보가 아니라 활용할 수 있도록 자세한 피드백보고서를 송부하여질 향상을 도모하도록 한다. 더불어 인증시설에 대한 지원뿐만 아니라 불인증이나 인증유보인 보육시설이 인증시설이 될 수 있는 별도의 지원을 제공하며 장기적으로는 인증시설의 지속적인 질 관리를 위해 연차보고서 외에도 확인방문 실시가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the problem point and find out the improvement in child care center accreditation system. Child care center accreditation system is in the step of beginning. Under this circumstance, the academic world and the job sites are starting several problems regarding the purpose, criteria and method of the evaluation, understanding of the evaluation, the accreditation index, composition of the evaluators(field observer), one´s abilities as a evaluator etc. As the result of this study show, promotion of the validity reliability of the accreditation index, encourage to participation in accreditation system by day care center worker's own initiative which induced by give a chance of study and training, developing the assistance organization´s ability. And improvement in professionalism of field observer, disposition of field observer and time according to size of day care center, sending a detailed feedback report when the result of accreditation are announced to day care center. And lastly in the way of post-management, a confirmation visit required for maintenance level of Day care service.

        보육교사의 인권에 대한 관심도가 인권상황 지각 수준에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 보육교사를 대상으로 인권에 대한 관심도와 인권상황 자각과의 관계를 조사하였다. 보육교사 배경변인에 따른 인권상황지각 수준은 연령에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이(p<.05)를 보였으며 연령이 29세 이하인 집단이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 보육교사의 배경변인 및 인권에 관한 관심도와 인권상황지각 수준의 상관관계는 연령은 부적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 경력, 학력은 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 인권상황 지각수준에 미치는 영향력은 보육교사의 배경변인이 14.0%였고 국공립보육시설에 근무하는 경우 높게 나타났으며, 인권에 대한 관심도 영역을 추가하면 전체 영향력은 28.2%가 되었으며 연령, 근무처 유형, 중요성 인식수준, 인권보장의 현실에의 적용에 대한 관심이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate Child-Care Teachers’ concern degree of human rights and Perceiving a situation as human rights and find out the difference by variable of the Child-Care Teachers. The major results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. The perceiving a situation as human rights turned out Significantly difference are appeared in age(F=4.13, p<.05) 2. Correlation between Variable of the Child-Care Teachers, level of concern degree of human rights and Perceiving a situation as human rights which are appeared in age has a negative correlation, and career, educational background, , duty station type have positive correlation. 3. The Child-Care Teacher’ background has 14% explanation power on the influence which has on the perceiving a situation as human rights. When adding concern degree of human rights Explanation power became 28.2%
