        한국 육상 여자포환던지기의 기록변천사

        본 연구의 목적은 한국여자포환던지기의 기록변천사 연구를 통해 한국육상경기사 발전에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다. 한국여자포환던지기 최초기록은 1930년 조선신궁대회로서 김덕실(평양여고)이 세운 8m28의 기록이었다. 1930년부터~50년까지는 평양여고 출신 김덕실, 타카하라와 경북의 박남옥과 김국자(숙명여중)가 기록을 달성하며 11m66의 기록성장이 있었다. 이후 1950~60년 후반대로 접어들면서 최명숙을 중심으로 이학자(서울), 이혜자(이화여고), 천순임(건대)등이 연도별 기록 및 한국기록을 수립하며 13m94의 기록성장을 한다. 1969~74년에 백옥자는 14m67를 시작으로 16m96을 기록, 아시안게임 2연패를 달성하며 ‘아시아의 마녀’라는 호칭을 얻으며 한 시대를 풍미한다. 이후 22년간 기록 정체기를 보이다가, 1996년도에 들어서면서 새롭게 등장한 이명선은 5년에 걸쳐 8차례의 한국기록을 수립하며 17m02를 시작으로 마의 19m36의 대기록을 작성한다. 이러한 한국여자포환던지기는 1930년부터 시작되어서 2018년까지 약90여 년간의 역사 속에 꾸준히 도전해 왔으며 가능성을 보여주었던 종목이었다. This research suggested the basic material necessary for development of Korean Track and Field History. The first record of Korean women's shot put was Kim Deoksil(Pyeongyang Girls’High School), 8m28, in Joseon Singung Competition in 1930. From 1930~50s, Kim Deoksil and Takahara from Pyeongyang Girls’High School, Park Namok(Gyeongbuk), and Kim Gukja(Sookmyung Girls’Middle School) achieved the record, and renewed record, 11m66. Later, during the late 1950~60s, annual records and Korean records were renewed by Choi Myungsook, Lee Hakja, Lee Hyeja(Ewha Girls’High School), and Chun Soonim(Konkuk Univ.), achieving 13m94. During 1969~74, Baek Okja achieved second straight win in Asian Games, recording 14m67 and 16m96, and she dominated the times of her day, gaining the name, ‘A witch from Asia’. Later, there was a slump for 22years, then in 1996, a new player, Lee Myungsun, achieved the unbreakable record 19m36, beginning from 17m02. This way, Korean women's shot put has consistently challenged for around 90years from 1930~2018, showing potentiality.

        12주 저항성 복합 러닝 훈련이 중학교 단거리 선수들의 기초 테스트에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 K지역 중학교 육상 단거리 선수들에게 12주간 저항성 훈련(Exer-ginie)기구를 실시한 훈련과 웨이트 트레이닝을 실시하여 시작 전과 시작 후의 비교 분석함으로써 저항성 복합 러닝 훈련 프로그램 효과를 평가하는데 있다. 연구대상은 K지역의 중학교 단거리 육상선수 12명을 대상으로 하였으며 측정 종목으로는 30m, 제자리 멀리뛰기, 100m, 종목을 테스트하여 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 제자리멀리뛰기에서는 실험집단이 사전 231.17±6.47cm에서 12주 후, 236.83±5.79cm으로 5.66cm증가 2.45%가 향상되었으며, 비교집단은 1.36% 향상으로 실험집단이 1.09% 높았다. 둘째, 30m 달리기에서는 실험집단이 사전 평균은 4.61±0.1초에서 사후 4.57±0.1로 평균 -0.04초 단축 하였고, 0.88%의 향상을 보였다. 비교집단은 -0.01초 단축하였고 0.26%의 향상을 보였다. 셋째, 100m 변화를 살펴보면, 실험집단의 100m 사 전 평균은 12.30±0.07초에서 사후 12.19±0.06초로 평균 -0.11초 단축하였고, 0.90%의 향상을 보였다. 비교집단은 사전 12.26±0.08초에서 12.22±0.07로 -0.04초 단축하였고 0.33%의 향상을 보였다. 결론적으로 저항성 복합 러닝 훈련이 일반적인 육상 훈련 프로그램에 비해 단거리 남자 육상 선수들의 기초테스트 향상에 긍정적 영향을 줄 가능성이 크며 중학생 성장기의 균형된 근력 강화를 위한 훈련프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This study This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the resistance complex running training program by conducting an Exer-ginie(equipment) for 12 weeks for middle school track and field sprinters in the K region and comparing it before and after the start. The subjects of the study were 12 middle school sprinters in the K region, and the following conclusions were obtained as a result of comparative analysis by testing 30m, standing long jump, 100m, and events as measured events. First, in the standing long jump, the experimental group improved by 5.66cm to 236.83±5.79cm after 12 weeks from 231.17±6.47cm beforehand, and the comparative group improved by 1.36%, which was 1.09% higher. Second, in the 30m run, the experimental group’s pre-average was 4.61±0.1 seconds to 4.57±0.1 seconds after, reducing the average by -0.04 seconds, and improving by 0.88%. The comparative group was shortened by -0.01 seconds and showed an improvement of 0.26%. Third, looking at the 100m change, the experimental group’s 100m pre-average was reduced by -0.11 seconds from 12.30±0.07 seconds to 12.19±0.06 seconds after death, and showed an improvement of 0.90%. The comparative group was shortened by -0.04 seconds from 12.26±0.08 seconds in advance to 12.22±0.07 and showed an improvement of 0.33%. In conclusion, resistance complex running training is likely to have a positive effect on improving the basic test of sprint male track and field athletes compared to general track and field training programs, and it is necessary to develop and apply training programs to strengthen balanced muscle strength in middle school students.

        중·고등학교 육상선수의 자기관리, 스포츠자신감, 스포츠정신력이 지각된 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-management, sport confidence, sport mental power on perceived performance of middle and high school athlete. The results of this study were as follows; First, interpersonal relationship management among self-management of athlete influenced positively on competency recognition and coach leadership, physical/mental readiness. Training management influenced positively on competency recognition and physical/mental readiness, Physical conditioning influenced positively on competency recognition and coach leadership. Second, interpersonal relationship management influenced positively on winning spirit, indomitable fighting spirit and overcoming limits. Training management influenced positively on overcoming limits, physical conditioning influenced positively on indomitable fighting spirit. Competency recognition influenced positively on winning spirit, overcoming limit and struggling effort. Coach leadership influenced positively on winning spirit and struggling effort, Physical/mental readiness influenced positively on indomitable fighting spirit, and overcoming limits. Third, Training management and physical conditioning influenced positively on perceived performance, competency recognition and coach leadership influenced positively on perceived performance, Fourth, winning spirit, overcoming limits and struggling effort influenced positively on perceived performance.

        외국인 육상국가대표 지도자 아르카디 시크비라(Arkadii Shikvyra)에 대한 구술생애사 연구

        This study examines changes of Arkadiy Sikvira, a coach from Ukraine who served as a personal coach of Sergei Hubka, a world record holder in pole vaulting, in the transition from an athlete himself to a coach, and how he has been planted himself as a successful coach for the national athletics team in Korea. Mr. Arkadiy, the subject of this study, was an active athlete in pole vaulting for Soviet Union, but after retiring due to injury he suffered a psychological conflict. Retiring after injury he taught athletes at a sports club in his hometown, where he also served as a personal coach for Hubka. This paper shows the conflicts and concerns he had while coaching Bubka, the process of his serving as a coach for the Qatar national team after Bubka’s retirement, and later of serving as a coach for the Korean National Athletics Team in pole vaulting in preparation of lAAF World Championships Daegu in 2011. Through overcoming financial difficulties and loneliness in a foreign country, and after making ceaseless efforts, Arkadiy managed to introduce a teaching method tailored for Korean athletes. Now, he has been living as a successful coach for the Korean national athletics team, and also opened up new possibilities for other athletics coaches.

        한국 육상 100m 허들의 성장기: 한국 신기록 변천을 중심으로

        이 연구는 한국 육상경기 100m 허들 종목의 최초 한국 신기록 수립 시점인 1969년부터 2019년까지 한국기록이 발전되고 성장해온 과정들을 경기기록사 방법을 적용하여 살펴보았다. 100m 허들의 첫 한국기록은 1969년 전국체육대회에서 금향순(경북) 선수가 수립한 16초2였다. 1년 후, 정옥주(동래여고) 선수가 0.1초 단축시켰고 1971년 박관수(기전여고) 선수가 15초6을 기록하면서 15초대에 진입하였다. 1973년, 우선숙(경남여고) 선수가 아시아선수권에서 14초5로 한국 신기록을 수립하며, 100m 허들 종목은 14초대에 진입까지 빠르게 발전한다. 7년간 기록 정체 후, 1980년부터 전옥금(전북체고, 삼성전자) 선수가 6년간 5회의 한국 신기록을 수립하였고 100분의 1 전자 측정이 도입한 이후, 1982년에는 14초67, 1985년에는 14초53까지 한국기록을 단축시켰다. 1988년, 방신혜(경북대) 선수가 13초80을 기록하며, 100m 허들은 13초대에 진입하게 된다. 2000년에 들어서면서 이연경 선수는 13초47(2004년)의 한국기록을 시작으로 2010년까지 13초00까지 단축시키며, 8회의 한국기록을 수립하게 되는데 2010년 광저우 아시안게임에서 우승하며, 한국 100m 허들을 아시아 정상에 올려놓는다. 8년 뒤, 2018년 자카르타-팔렘방 아시안게임에서 정혜림 선수가 우승을 차지하며, 한국 100m 허들 종목은 아시아의 강자로 자리 잡게 된다. The purpose of this study, it was reviewed that the process in which Korean record was developed and changed from 1960, when Korean record was set for the first time in the 100m hurdle of the Korea Track and Field, to 2019. The first Korean record of 100m hurdle was 16.2 second set by Hyangsoon Keum (Gyeongbuk) at Korean National Sports Festival in 1976. A year later, Ok-joo Jeong (Dongnae Girl's High School) shortened 0.1 seconds, Kwan-su Park of Kijun Girls High School entered into the 15 seconds with 15.6 seconds, and women’s hurdle was developed quickly and reached the 14 seconds as Sun-sook Woo (Gyeongnam Girls’ High School) established 14.5 seconds. After stagnant record for seven years, Ok-keum Jeon (Jeonbuk Physical High School, Samsung Electronics) established Korean records 5 times for 6 years from 1980, made the record of 14.67 seconds in 1882 when it was introduced 1/100 electronic measurement, and shortened it to 14.53 seconds in 1985. Korea women’s hurdle entered into 13 seconds as Sin-hye Bank (Kyungpook National University) shortened to 13.80 seconds in National Track and Field Championship in 1988. Since 2000, Yeon-kyung Lee made 8 times Korean records as starting 13.47 seconds (2004) and shortening to 13 seconds in 2010. And she won the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Game and put Korean women 100m hurdle on the top of Asia. At the 2018 Jakarta Asian Game, Hye-rim Jeong won a gold medal again after 8 years and kept the pride of Korean 100 hurdle.

        육상선수의 자기관리, 자기효능감 및 경기력의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among athlete’s self-management, self-efficacy and perceived performance. Using IBM SPSS 20 program and IBM AMOS 20 program, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structure equation model analysis were 218 athlete participants. The results of analysis were follows: First, self-management influenced positively on self efficacy. Finally, self-management was a significant predictor of self-efficacy. Second, self-management influenced positively on perceived performance. So, self-management was a significant predictor of perceived performance. Third, self-efficacy influenced not significantly on perceived performance.

        육상선수의 성취목표지향성과 자아존중감이 자기조절에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of achievement goal orientation and self-esteem onself-regulation in track and field athlete. The results indicated that (1) male athletes scored significantly higherthan female athletes in emotion regulation. Athletes over niney ears of exercise career scored significantlyhigher than athletes under nine years of exercise career in ego orientation, emotional regulation and recognitionregulation. (2) task orientation of track and field athlete influenced positively on self-esteem, but ego orientationof track and field athlete influenced not significantly on self-esteem. (3) task orientation of track andfield athlete influenced not significantly on emotion-regulation, influenced positively on recognition-regulation. ego orientation of track and field athlete influenced positiveyl on emotion-regulation and recognition-regulation. (4) self-esteem of track and field athlete influenced opsitively on emotion-regulation and recognitionregulation.

        육상선수의 스포츠심리기술, 스포츠자신감 및 인지된 경기력의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among sport psychological skills, sport confidence and perceived performance in track & field athletes. The subjects of this study were randomly compose of 286 athletes. The results were as follow. First, The level of psychological skill, sport confidence and perceived performance in elite athletes were higher than those of non-excellent athletes. Elite athletes showed high scores on will-power, imagery skills, coach leadership, physical/mental preparation and perceived performance than those of non-excellent athletes. Second, will-power among sport psychological skills influenced positively on coach leadership and ability proof, and physical/mental preparation among sport confidence of filed athletes. Third, will-power and concentration, goal setting among sport psychological skills influenced positively on perceived performance. Fourth, coach leadership among sport confidence influenced positively on perceived performance of filed athletes. These results were discussed based on previous literature and theory

        육상선수들의 성취목표성향과 열정 및 자기관리

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of achievement goa orientation and passion on selfmanagementof athletes. The result showed that task and ego-hihg groups showed high scores on training ,mental and body management, harmonious and obsessive-high groups showed high scores on training, mentaland body management. Second, task goal orientation influenecd positively on training and body management,ego goal orientation influenced positively on mental management. Third, obsessive passion influencedpositively on training and body management, harmonious passion influenced positively on training, mental andbody management. Fourth, task goal orientation influenced posivtely on obsessive and harmonious passion ,ego goal orientation influenced positively on harmonious passion.
