Korean local governments have made a variety of efforts to improve the efficiency and performance of Public Traditional Music Orchestras by restructuring their operational and managerial systems. Since music performance shows intangible properties and is affected by exogenous environmental variables such as population and area of local governments, this paper employs a “quality-incorporating” and “environment-adjusting” technique of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the performance efficiency of 25 local traditional music orchestras. While CCR and BCC models are applied, the paper shows a distinction in a relative efficiency between the orchestras being operated by metropolitan¬provincial governments and those by city-county governments. The results indicate to what extent the performance of each orchestra depends on each of their input resources and output performance. In addition, they suggest that alternative forms of their resource allocations appear to induce a higher level of local public music orchestras’ performance efficiency. 최근 지방자치단체 국악예술단의 비효율적 운영에 따른 문제점이 계속 부각되면서 비영리법인 혹은 책임운영기관으로 법적 지위의 전환이 주장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공립 국악예술단에 제공하는 공연서비스의 공급구조를 파악하여 그 운영의 효율성을 실증적으로 분석한다. 국악공연서비스의 무형문화재적 특성을 반영하는 질적 산출물을 포함하고, 지역 공공재적 성격에 따른 외부 환경요소를 반영하여, 산출지향적 CCR모형과 BCC모형에 기초한 자료포락분석(DEA)을 행하였다. 전체 25개 국악예술단에 대한 분석 결과는 다소 차이가 있으나, 대부분이 순수기술효율성의 측면에서 비효율적으로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최적 규모이상의 투입요소에 의해 비효율적으로 운영되는 20개 단체들은 각각 해당 준거집단의 투입ㆍ산출요소를 벤치마킹하여 도출한 최적화 값에 따라 적절한 수준의 규모 축소를 필요로 하며, 규모 수익체증의 형태를 띠는 국악예술단의 경우 인력과 예산의 투입을 증대시키는 규모의 확대를 통한 효율성 향상이 요청되고 있다.

말뭉치를 활용한 ‘-고’와 ‘-어서’의 사용 양상 분석 연구 - 중국인 초급 학습자를 중심으로 -

This study shows the necessity of an effective grammar teaching method that can help Chinese beginner learners to communicate precisely in Korean to avoid them using ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’ incorrectly. To achieve that, the errors made by Chinese learners are analyzed in this study based on the Korean corpus released by National Institute of Korean Language. The aspects that have to be considered to make the teaching methods are discussed based on the result. The study first found that after showing beginner students the grammar item, focusing on the morphological characteristics, reinforced input of various conjugation of verbs and meaningful practices are needed. Next, semantical and syntactic errors of using ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’ are found. For ‘-go’, errors of violating grammatical restriction, semantic confusion errors and interference from native language are found. For ‘-eoseo’, errors of violating grammatical restriction are found. This shows that it is difficult for Chinese learners to understand the usages of ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’. This study is meaningful in terms of describing effective teaching methods of ‘-go’, ‘-eoseo’ for Chinese beginner learners.

역번역(Back Translation) 텍스트의 자가교정을 통한 한국어 연결어미 교육 연구 -중국인 중·고급 학습자를 중심으로-

This study examines the educational effectiveness of Korean conjunctions through self-checking of back translation texts for intermediate and advanced Chinese learners. The study first discussed the significance of back translation as a method of Korean conjunction education. Based on previous studies, the concept of back translation was redefined, and research related to back translation and Korean language education was examined. Through the above discussions, a class was conducted after selecting traditional fairy tale works and Korean conjunctions for this study. Texts written by the learners who participated in the class were analyzed under a framework designed for learners’ self-checking. Finally, the expected effects of Korean conjunction education through self-checking of back translation texts and the implications of the lesson were discussed. This study verified that self-checking of back translated texts positively affected the education of Korean conjunctions through actual classes.

대학 교양 과학교육의 효율적 운영을 위한 제언-<대학기초물리학>과 <자연과학개론> 교과목 운영사례를 중심으로

With the development of modern science in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the necessity of science education is in more demanded than even for cultivating convergent human resources to meet the needs of the times and for understanding science at the liberal arts level. Liberal science education is essential for all college students in order for them to achieve any level of prosperity in a society that so steeped in science and technology, as is our current, modern society. However, It is an important issue for us to consider whether or not the liberal arts enhances science and scientific literacy. In this study, the necessity of liberal science education in the era of the 4th industrial revolution was examined, and the case studies of basic science and integrated science education were studied for a more effective educational experience of university liberal arts students. The course content and class operation method of <the basic physics>and <introduction to natural science> were reviewed. Also, the distribution of the grades of students majoring in science and engineering, as wlee as those of non-science majors, were analyzed, along with the contents of questionnaires and course evaluation results. Through the operation results of the two subjects, the operation methods of classes are checked to examine the problems and to come up with some improvements for liberal sciences education. For more effective liberal sciences education in university, it is suggested that liberal sciences classes should be operated by dividing students into science and engineering departments and non-science departments according to their majors. 4차 산업 혁명시대의 과학기술사회에서 요구하는 융합형 인재교육을 위해서 다양한 과학 제안 사항 없음 창출을 위한 과학의 개념과 원리, 과학적 사고방법의 함양을 위한 기초과학의 필요성이 점점 더 중요시 되고 있다. 대학 교양과정에서 과학기술에 기반을 둔 현대사회의 과학기술 문화의 삶을 영위하기 위해 모든 대학생들에게 교양 과학교육은 필수적이며, 학생들에게 어떠한 내용으로 어느 범위의 과학지식을 습득하게 하여, 과학적 사고방식과 과학적 소양을 신장시키는가는 우리가 새롭게 고민해 보아할 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 과학 기술시대에서 요구하는 융합형 인재양성을 위한교양 과학교육의 필요성, 교양과정에서 기초과학과 심화 교양으로 통합과학의 교과목 운영사례를 연구하였다. <대학기초물리학>과 <자연과학개론> 교과목의 교과 내용과 수업운영방식을 살펴보고, 이공계와 비이공계 수강생 성적 분포와 수강생을 대상으로 설문내용과 강의평가결과를 분석하였다. 더하여, 통합과학의 교과내용과 수업운영방식을 점검하여 효과적인 교양 과학교육을 위한 개선방향을 살펴보고자 한다.
