Analyzing Busan Culture 2030 Vision and Strategy, the paper aims to draw out its limitations and possibilities, and to suggest basic principles that the cultural policy of Busan should contain. To this end, this work first examines the cultural concepts and policies of each government, from the Roh Moo-hyun administration to the current Moon Jae-in administration. This helps to find possible solutions to the following fundamental questions: ‘what concept of culture does Busan Culture 2030 Vision and Strategy as a local cultural policy rest on, and how does it picture the future of Busan?’ Born between Busan Metropolitan Government fascinated by urbanism, exhibition administration and monumentalism, and Busan citizens recognizing the expansion of infrastructure as a culture, Busan Culture 2030 Vision and Strategy has, in fact, limitations as a peculiar mixture of cultural and artistic policies, and urban and cultural policies. Disregarding Busan’s localities, or Busanness so to speak, Busan Culture 2030 vision and strategy, which explicitly expresses its dream of Busan as a spectacular marine giant, contains the city’s aestheticized future in which there are not Busan citizens but only artists and a marine city. Based on this critical analysis, the study argues that the role of local cultural policy lies in establishing a cultural foundation for the survival oflocal communities and local citizens, and that the cultural foundation is not the construction of cultural infrastructure to act as exchange value, but rather in a culture that will exercise use value and form a civic entity for the production of culture. In addition, it suggests that local cultural policies should go beyond the urge of revitalizing local arts and constructing cultural infrastructure to diagnose and consider real issues such as working hours, minimum wage, and basic income with which Busan citizens are confronted, and thus those which become the driving force for tomorrow’s cultural civil society.
춤과 춤꾼의 도시에 대한 권리(le droit à la ville)와 자주관리(autogestion)를 통한 공간실천의 가능성

본 연구의 목적은 앙리 르페브르(Henri Lefebvre)의 ‘도시에 대한 권리(le droit à la ville)’와 ‘자주관리(autogestion)’ 개념을 ‘춤과 춤추는 몸’의 영역으로 확대 · 적용하여, 도시공동체를 향한 춤과 춤추는 몸이 자본주의적 도시공간에서 펼치는 실천적 움직임을 추적한다. 이는 춤과 춤추는 몸이 자본주의적 도시공간과 도시거주자를 매개함으로써 그/녀로 하여금 민주주의적 시민-주체로 변태하게끔 하여 도시와 도시적 삶의 변혁을 추동하는 공간적 실천임을 밝히는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 첫째, 본 연구의 핵심 개념인 ‘도시에 대한 권리’와 ‘자주관리’의 개념을 분석하여 연구 토대를 마련한다. 둘째, 잠재적 시민이자 도시거주자의 일원으로서 춤꾼, 춤추는 몸, 그리고 그 몸이 도시 한가운데서 벌이는 축제이자 향연으로서 춤판 간의 삼항변증법적 관계를 추적한다. 셋째, 이를 도시에 대한 권리의 쟁취 및 자주관리의 과정, 즉 공간적 실천의 민주적 과정으로 밝힌다. The main purposes of this work are two. One is to trace some signigicant practical moves which ‘dancing and dancing bodies’ initiate in capitalist urban spaces in order to realize an urban community. The other is to clarify that the dancing and dancing bodies themselves are, in fact, the very spatial practices which enable a city dweller to be to turn into a democratic citizen-subject so that she can generate driving forces in order to change the city, where she makes her living and enjoys her urban life. Not only is such a goal worked towards by extending and applying Lefebvre’s notions of ‘the right to the city’ and ‘autogestion’ to the dancing and dancing bodies but reached through the following steps. First, the foundation of this study is grounded in analyzing the abovementioned notions of ‘the right to the city’ and ‘autogestion’ both of which are central to this research. Second, after having traced a trialectical relationship amongst a dancer as a potential citizen and member of city dwellers, dancing bodies, and a fête which those bodies open in the middle of the city, this paper redefines the fully opening of the fête as a process of achieving the right to the city and autogestion, as well as democratic spatial practices.
소녀상 지키기 춤 공연의 예술정치: 차이/차-등의 공간생산을 위한 실천전략

본 연구의 목적은 크게는 현시대 예술, 작게는 춤이 ‘공간의 차-등’을 담보하는 ‘차이의 공간’을 생산함으로써 역사사회적 책무를 져야한다는 것을 논증함과 동시에, 그 생산을 위한 실천전략으로 춤추는 ‘몸-주체’의 공간정치를 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 르페브르(Henri Lefebvre)의 공간생산론에 토대를 둔 ‘공간실천론’을 그람시(Antonio Gramsci)의 실천론, 즉 헤게모니론 및 유기적 지식인 개념과 절합함으로써 분석의 토대를 만들고, 2017년 2월 4일 부터 2017년 4월 29일까지 매주 토요일마다 부산 동구 초량동 일본총영사관 앞에서 펼쳐진 ‘부산 소녀상 지키기 춤 공연’을 분석 대상으로 삼는다. 따라서 본 연구는 현시대의 춤추는 몸의 실천과 춤-예술의 실천이라는 문제를 부산 소녀상 앞이라는 특정 사회적 공간, 그리고 일제 식민과 위안부의 기억이라는 역사철학적 주제와 접속시킴으로써 춤 공연예술의 문화정치적 함의를 도출하고자 한다. This article has two main purposes. One is to demonstrate that contemporary dance, and to a larger extent art of our times in general, should take their own historico-social responsibilities by means of producing ‘differential spaces’ while giving security for ‘différentials of space.’ The other is to suggest the spatial politics of dancing ‘bodies-subjects’ as a strategy of praxis for the production. In this light, I build an analytical foundation by combining Lefebvre’s thesis of ‘spatial praxis’ (based on his theory of ‘production of space’) with Gramsci’s theory of praxis which mainly consists of the notions of ‘hegemony’ and ‘organic intellectuals.’ Then, I analyze ‘Dance Performances for Protecting the Comfort Woman Statue in Busan,’ which have been given in front of Consulate-General of Japan in Busan on Saturdays from February 4 to April 9 in 2017. By doing so, this work draw some significant cultural-political implications of the dance performing art connecting the praxis of both contemporary dancing bodies and dance art to 1) a particular social space of the front of the Statue and 2) a historical-philosophical theme of the memories of Japanese colonialism and comfort women.
신규개발된 제초제 metamifop 현탁농축액제에 대한 급성독성평가

Metamifop, (R)-2-[4-[(6-chloro-2-benzoxazolyloxyphenoxy]-N-(2-fluorophenyl)-N-methyl propanamide, was newly developed by Dongbu Hannong Chemicals in Korea. In the present study we conducted acute oral toxicity and acute dermal toxicity test. The values of LD_(50) of metamifop was found to be over 5,000 mg/kg for ICR mice. On the other hand, metamifop showed no acute dermal toxicity to SD rats.
Carbosulfan의 피부자극성, 안점막 자극성 및 피부감작성등의 알러지성 효과에 관한 연구

Many studies have been published on the human health effects of carbosulfan toxicity. Carbosulfan used as an insecticide can produce an irritating and allergenic effect when acting on the skin. In this study, a sensitization test on albino guinea pigs and intradermal reactivity and occular irritation test on albino rabbits were carried out with carbosulfan. Signs of acute skin inflammation appeared along with the clinical symptom of chronic dermatosis caused by the solution irritating characteristics. Moreover, carbosulfan showed severe eye irritation with conjuctival redness and severe opacity on cornea. Preventive measures should involve workers' obligatory instructions on the noxious impact on human skin and strict observance of industrial safety rules.
Pyriminobac-methyl과 azimsulfuron 합제의 신규제형인 분산형 정제에 대한 독성 평가

Dispersible tablets disintegrate either to form a stabilized suspension rapidly in water, or to disperse instantaneously in the rice field without the aid of water. In this study, the newly formulated dispersible tablet form of herbicidal combination, pyriminobac-methyl and azimsulfuron, was evaluated the safety for human and animals in the toxicological viewpoints. The LD_(50) value of dispersible tablet form for pyriminobac-methyl and azimsulfuron was above 2,500 mg/kg for the oral route and above 2,000 mg/kg for the dermal route. It is considered to have low acute oral and dermal toxicity based on the findings of the present studies. In addition, the combination of pyriminobac-methyl and azimsulfuron showed mild skin irritant under the conditions of this study and conjunctival redness and slight opacity on cornea appeared from 1 hour after application.
액체크로마토그래피/질량분석법을 이용한 랫트 혈장내의 Surfactin C의 정량법에 관한 연구

Surfactin isolated from Bacillus subtilis has a strong surface tension-lowering activity, together with antiviral, antitumor, fibrinolytic and hypocholesterolemic activities. LC/MS is a simple, rapid and effective technique for the determination of surfactin C in rat serum. The separation of surfactin was achieved on reverse phase column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% trifluoracetic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B). As a result of analysis of blank rat serum samples, matrix interference was not shown. The values of precision and accuracy were satisfied w the guideline. A newly developed LC/MS method for the determination of surfactin C was successfully applied in its pharmacokinetic analysis.
