Through the studies of the speech-sounds of Yoˇ-Ju dialect I confirmed the universal principle, that is the changes of speech-sounds are caused by not only the syntagmatic relations of morphemes, but also the innate factors of the sisters of the speech-sounds. The specification of Yoˇ- Judialect are as below : (1) The phenomenon of Umlaut is found widely in many words of noun and verb regardless of Korean native words or sino-Korean words. (2) The universal phenomenon in non-standard dialects, palatalization, is universal also in Yoˇ-Ju dialect, And many unnecessary habitual words or speech-sounds are inserted in the grammatical elements. (3) The trend change /∂/ to /□/ in the first syllable is often found in Yoˇ-Ju dialect. (4) In postpositions and endings "-ko" "-to" "-lo" are realized "-ku" "-tu" "-lu" respectively. (5) The conjugational ending "-yo" of the standard dialect is realized "-yu" in Yoˇ Ju dialect, and the euphony vowel /+/ is realized /i/. (6) The phenomenon change /ε/ to /a/ is quite often, and especially the sino-Korean /sεη/ (生) always changes to /saη/.

Loan words originate from the contact between languages and cultures. When a civilization and a culture of a country enter other country, a language enters that country along with them, too, and there are some characteristics in the above process. Loan word have the phonetic characteristics of the Korean language, since loan words are phonetically assimilated into Korean as they enter it, the original pronunciation of a foreign language is not maintained. Furthermore, the sound which doesn't exist in Korean changes into sound that is the closest to Korean. Loan words contain the morphologic characteristic of korea. The verbs and adjectives of long words come to be necessarily attached with the suffixes such as "~(do or does~)" to be used. Loan words have a trait in which they transform into the proper meaning of Korean, in quality. Madamme means a wife, or a married la요 in French, but it means a landlady of a bar or a coffee shop in Korean. However, one of the important characteristics of loan words is that their word form is unstable. Contents and condense are used as loan words in Korean, the persons using contents say that they are the word because English pronunciation is the closest. The orthography of loan words has been established for the unification of word form because the word form of loan words is unstable. The orthography of loan words regulates that the already firmly rooted loan words are to be approved as they are, and that those which have not deeply rooted or newly those which come newly are to be transcribed in accordance with the orthography. At this time with the unification ahead of us, there are a lot of controversies that we should restore and develop out language and writing as the speech of one country and language of on nation. The orthography of loan words was adopted as a way of achieving the above objective. We are going to have an opportunity ti think about the orthography of the loan words in the age of the unification by comparing the basic principles of the orthography of the current loan words of South Korea and North Korea, and the orthography of loan words of South Korea and North Korea. Languages change all the time. However, since Korea has been divided for 50 years, the language of the nation shows that is has changed too much. Before our common national language changes further, South Korea and North Korea should exchange lots of data and their scholars will have to sit face to face and study this problem. Unless this task is positively promoted, the cultural unification will not be realized even if the territory is unified.

This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can tie defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deriding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data base should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

The relapsed patient who has diagnosed flat wart and treated with continuous immunotherapy in Western Dermatology come to Dongshin University Oriental Medical hospital OPD Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology from 23 December 2002 to 18 March 2003. We diagnosed as Gi(氣) deficiency and stagnation of damp. stagnation of Gi(氣) and blood stasis caused by insufficiency of Yang of the spleen treated with Gamiijungtang(加味理中湯) and Sodogeumgagam(消毒飮加減). As a result, we got the attentive effect and report on a paper.
