The purpose of this article is to examine Herzen's view of 'intellectuals'(intelligentsia). His view of intellectuals is important, for he was a father of Russian narodnichestvo and his view of intelligentsia was the foundation of Russian narodnichestvo. Herzen rejected the doctrine of radicalists, because he believed that 'the submission of individual to society, to people, to humanity, to the Idea, is merely a continuation of human sacrifice, of the immolation of the lamb to pacify God'. He did adhere to his rationalism. During he was a youth, he taught his domain serf to read and write. Later, in his letters to G. Mazzini, B. H. Chicherin, and M. Bakunin, Herzen told as 'until they(society and her problems) are completely transformed,' 'the mir that rational and autonomous human lived in,' and 'the future federation that every sovereign nation join with her self-determination'. These presentations shows us that he hope for the ideal society on the liberty and self-determination. Considering his view as the 'people' was passive, we can understand that he regarded as the men who ought to prepare and make the ideal society were not 'people' but the other class or group. Herzen thought that the men who ought to serve this obligation were 'intelligentsia'. Herzen's 'intellectuals' are not the lord of future society, but his 'intellectuals' are the one who ought to service for the people and the future society. Because, 'intellectuals' owed the people a great deal of debt for the development of civilization. He hated bourgeois, because they represented the culture of commerce. But, he did not divided 'intellectuals' and 'nobility'. Although, the age of nobility is ended already, the 'nobility' as intellectuals and rationalists ought to service for the future society and the people. Because, they attached to his honor and morality.
3상 전압형 PWM 컨버터 운전시전원측 리액터의 불평형을 고려한 보상법

In this paper, the control algorithm of DC source device for inverter starting is proposed and the control method for compensating unbalance system source on operating time in the voltage type PWM converter with driving and regenerative faculty is suggested. The maintaining way of balancing condition for converter of AC source is used the compensating unbalanced status by current control loop. Because it is possible that the unbalanced System control is used to leakage transformer not equaled reactance by each phase in rectifier system, the proposed H/W and control algorithm of rectifier system is contributed to minimize of device and rising efficiency. 본 논문에서는 인버터를 구동하는 용도의 직류전원장치에 대한 제어 알고리즘 개발을 목표로 하고 있으며, 구동과 회생기능을 갖는 전압형 PWM 컨버터에서 운전시 전원의 불평형을 보상하는 제어방법을 제안 한다.교류전원에 대하여 컨버터가 항상 평형상태를 유지하는 방법은 전류제어 루프에 의하여 불평형 상태를 보상하는 방법을 사용하였으며, 불평형의 제어는 전력변환기의 구성면에 있어서 각상의 리액턴스가 같지 않은 누설변압기 등의 사용을 가능하게 하므로 제안된 전력변환기의 하드웨어와 제어 알고리즘은 장치의 소형화와 효율향상에 기여할 것이다.

A. 1. Herzen is an intelligentsia of a noble family. He had begun his intellectual activity on the esternism. After later forty, though prserving his earlier westernism he began to swing into the populism. Presumably, the circumstances which affected his transformation of thought are the modernization of Russia, the emancipation of serf, the failure in adapting for the culture of West, and the shock from experience in 1848, and etc.. In 60's, toward the time of his transformation to populism, he was attacked by the young radical men for 'superfluous men' whom they regarded as one of the gentry liberals of 40's. He was surely a westernizer. But it is able to see something in P.V. Annenkov's words that Herzen had begun to comprehend slavophilism through his early controversing with slavophilists in Moscow. He struck to his aristocratic tasters during his exilic life in the West, and exposed his feel a repulsion toward secular civil culture of bourgeoisie. Therefore, although he envied the western culture preserving the aroma as like a 'рейнвейна(Rhenish wine)' he had a gloomy and pessimistic view for the future of the West. In the chaos of this thought, for the hope of future society, it came up to him that Russian peasant were not dyed in the western secular culture. For him, therefore communal life of peasants is the hope of future society and the spring of the new socialist culture. In the his ideal transformation, some scholars trace out a seed of the intense russian nationalism, though Herzen plaied up the critical pose to the nationalism. Herzen had regarded the nationalism as harmfulness in the early controversy with slavophilists, and he had gave expression to his stubborn rejection toward russian nationalism facing with the Polish question in early 60's. And yet, he regarded the peasant commune of Russia as the 'samobytnost', contrasting it with the western society, and would search out the hope of the future society in the russian peasants and the peasant commune. Then, this position is the original nationalistic feeling of the third world that E. Gellner made an analysis.
