        PPM(push-pull-mooring) 이론을 적용한 실내골프연습장에서 스크린골프연습장으로의 전환의도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine golf participants’ intention to switch from golf driving range to screen golf grounded on the PPM theory. To achieve this research purpose, an online survey was conducted on golf participants who had experience using both indoor golf driving ranges and screen golf. A total of 202 samples were recruited for the analysis. Data analyses included frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of hypothesis testing were as follows. Firstly, it was found that low service quality among the push factors was not significant on the intention to switch. Secondly, it was found that low satisfaction among the push factors had a positive (-) effect on the intention to switch. Thirdly, among the pull factors, alternative attractiveness was found to have a negative (-) effect on switch intention. Fourthly, among the pull factors, subjective norms were found to have a positive (+) effect on switch intention. Finally, it was found that both of the mooring factors, high conversion cost and low pursuit of change, had positive (+) effects on the intention to switch. This study has an academic significance in that it analyzed golf participants’ intention to switch with PPM theory, taking a step forward from previous studies that focused on the acceptance of new technologies by golf participants. In addition, it has practical significance in that it provided data that will be the basis for marketing strategy establishment to each driving range operator in the future.

        초음파타원진동절삭가공법에 의한 Co-Cr-Mo 합금의 경면가공

        The biocompatibility and the fatigue strength of Co-Cr-Mo alloy are excellent, so it is used well for the material of artificial joints. The head of artificial joint needs mirror surface for reduction of abrasive resistance. Mirror finishing of Co-Cr-Mo alloy with geometrically defined single crystal diamond cutting tools is handicapped by micro chipping of tool edge. In general, it is said that the micro chipping of diamond tool is caused by work hardening of Co-Cr-Mo alloy for the cut. In the present research, mirror finishing of Co-Cr-Mo alloy by applying ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting was carried out. The experimental results show that the micro chipping of diamond tool was suppressed and the tool wear was remarkably reduced as compared with the ordinary diamond cutting without elliptical vibration motion. It was confirmed that the good mirror surface of maximum surface roughness of 25 ㎚P-V was obtained for the cutting length of about 14 m. It is expected that mirror finishing of Co-Cr-Mo alloy can be achieved by applying ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting practically.

        유소년 아이스하키 클럽의 관계마케팅이 고객만족 및 재등록의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the youth ice hockey club’s relationship marketing on customer satisfaction and intention to re-registration. Toward this end, a total of 260 parents of registered youth players at the 10 youth ice hockey clubs in Seoul and Gyeonggi area was selected using a convenience sampling method and responded to the survey questionnaire. 251 usable data were utilized in the data analyses procedure. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analyses. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, customer orientation and professionalism out of the five sub-factors of relationship marketing had significant effects on customer satisfaction. However, communication, facility, and price factors did not. Secondly, customer satisfaction of the youth ice hockey club had a significant impact on intention to re-registration. The results of this study suggested that marketing strategy on leading to a long-term re-registration should be established through increasing the level of customer satisfaction by reinforcing customer orientation and professionalism. Additional implications and future research opportunities were also suggested.

        국내 스포츠 경영학 연구주제, 동향 및 연구방법에 대한 내용분석: 한국스포츠산업경영학회지를 중심으로

        본 연구는 지난 1996년 창간한 한국스포츠산업경영학회지의 연구주제 및 동향을 살펴보는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년부터 2022년까지 한국스포츠산업경영학회지에 게재된 263편의 논문에 대한 내용분석을 진행하였다. 내용분석의 범주는 연구영역 및 연구주제, 연구방법 및 통계기법으로 한정하여 결과를 제시하였다. 연구영역 및 주제는 북미스포츠경영학회(NASSM)에서 제시하고 있는 학회 초록 투고 카테고리를 분류체계로 활용하였고, 연구방법 및 통계기법의 분류는 기존 선행연구를 토대로 수정 및 보완하여 양적/질적/혼합 연구방법의 분류체계를 적용하였으며 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구영역에서 가장 많은 연구가 이루어진 분야는 Marketing 영역이며 구체적으로 팬/소비자행동, 특히 스포츠소비자행동과 관련한 연구가 주를 이루었다. 그 뒤로 Communication, Facilities/Events 영역 순으로 연구가 진행된 것으로 나타났으나 Marketing 영역과의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구방법은 양적연구가 다수를 차지하였으며 질적연구, 혼합연구의 순으로 나타났다. 양적연구의 통계기법을 분석한 결과에 따르면 구조방정식, 회귀분석, 분산분석의 순으로 나타났고, 변수 간의 관계를 규명하는 연구가 주를 이루었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 최근 스포츠산업경영학회지의 논문은 연구영역과 연구방법의 편향이 존재하며, 향후 연구의 다각화를 위한 한국스포츠산업경영학회의 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine the research topics and trends of the Korean Journal of Sport Management, which was founded in 1996. To achieve the purpose of this study, a content analysis was conducted on 263 papers published in the journal from 2016 to 2022. The scope of content analysis was limited to research area, research topic, research method, and statistical technique, and the results were presented. For the research area and topic, the conference abstract submission categories presented by the North American Society for Sport Management(NASSM) were used as a classification system, and the classification of research methods and statistical techniques was revised and supplemented based on existing previous research to provide quantitative/ qualitative/mixed research. The classification system of the method was applied, and the main research results are as follows. First, the field in which the most research has been conducted is in the marketing area, and specifically, research related to fan/consumer behavior, especially sport consumer behavior, has been the main focus. Afterwards, research was found to have been conducted in the order of Communication and Facilities/Events, but there appeared to be differences with the Marketing area. Second, the majority of research methods were quantitative research, followed by qualitative research and mixed research. According to the results of analyzing the statistical techniques of quantitative research, structural equations, regression analysis, and variance analysis appeared in that order, and the main focus was research on identifying relationships between variables. Based on the results of this study, it was found that recent papers in the Korean Journal of Sport Management have biases in research areas and research methods, and that efforts by the Korean Journal of Sport Management are needed to diversify future research.
