유치원 원감의 자격 유형에 따른 유치원 운영실태 분석 -유치원교사의 인식을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to investigate differences in the kindergarten operation and management by the kindergarten teachers' perception according to the vice headmaster of kindergarten has a certificate of qualification of kindergarten teachers or not. The subjects in this study were 200 kindergarten teachers who are working at kindergarten in Gyeungsangbuk-do. For a survey, 200 questionnaires were distributed by mail or direct visiting. The responses from 188 teachers(94%) were chosen for final analysis. The collected date were analyzed SPSS and frequency and percentage were calculated to determine the effect of group variables and chi-square test were conducted in order to know degree of significant differences in each group. The results of this study are that there are many significant differences in operation, management kindergarten and operation of educational programs according to the type of certificate possessed by the vice headmaster of kindergarten. Therefore, in order to be normal in kindergarten education and operation, it is necessary that kindergarten administration's qualification condition has to be more severed than present systems that the vice president of elementary school can hold an additional post to vice headmaster of kindergarten.

1980년대 이후 우리나라에서는 열린교육에 많은 관심을 가졌다. 당시, 열린교육에 대한 명확한 개념이나, 교수 학습방법, 교육과정, 교육자료, 교육여건 등이 충분히 준비가 되지 않았기 때문에, 일선학교 교사들은 열린교육을 전개하면서 많은 오류를 범하기도 하였다. 하지만, 열린교육은 매스컴을 타면서 전국적으로 확산되었다. 그후 10여년이 지난 오늘날, 열린교육은 사라져버렸고, 심지어 일선학교에서는 열린교육이라는 용어도 사용하지 않고 있다. 왜? 무엇이 문제인가? 이러한 시점에서 본 연구에서는 열린교육의 필요성을 찾아내고, 앞으로 열린교육이 보다 발전되기 위해서는 어떻게 해야 할 것인가를 모색하는데 있다. 그 결과로 나타난 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 열린교육은 우리 교육에 매우 필요한 교육방법이다. 그리고 열린교육은 사라지지 않았으며, 열린교육의 기본 철학은 제6차 교육과정과 제7차 교육과정의 기본 철학으로 이어져 오고 있다. 다만, 열린교수-학습방법이 우리 교육현장에 접목되지 못했을 뿐이다. 둘째, 앞으로 열린교육, 열린교수방법, 열린학습방법 등의 개념을 명확하게 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 앞으로 열린교육을 평생교육체제 그리고 학교경영에서 열린경영 체제까지 그 범위를 확대할 필요가 있다. Since 1980s, many teachers have been interested in Yeolin Education and it has been expanded very fast in our classroom and school by the Ministry of Education. At that time, many problems were pointed out by teachers, that is, without much preparation in terms of teaching training, teaching environment, educational contents, curriculum, instructional method, etc. So, many teachers didn't know how to teach students with Yeolin Educational Methods. As a result, many teachers were making trial errors many times. But Yeolin Education has been expanded very fast by TV or mass communication. After 10 years over, these days Yeolin Education is faded away in our classroom, in our mind, and even silent on it. Why? What is problem? The purpose of this study is to find a necessity of Yeolin Education. If it is necessary to our schooling, What should we do? In this point, I'd like to suggest advanced tasks to carry out Yeolin Education successfully The main results of this study were as follow : First, Yeolin Education is very necessary to our classroom and schooling. It is not end in a failure, its basic philosophy is the connection of 6th curriculum and 7th curriculum. It is not merely grafted on the present our classroom and schooling. Second, it is necessary exactly to define the concept of Yeolin Education, and more concretely to define the concept of Yeolin-teaching methods, Yeolin-learning methods. Third, we should try to extend the concept of Yeolin Education to life-long education system and open school-management system.

This study was attempted to analyze the actual conditions for extra-curriculum operation in Elementary Schools, and provide some ideas for better management. The conclusion are as followings. First, it is necessary that the methods of operations, time, place, orgnization of teacher and subjects of extra-curriculum activities muse be flexible. Second, the plan and the methods for utilizing teacher's guide about extra-curriculum activities should be contrived. Third, the methods of evaluation of extra-curriculum activities should be concretely and gradationally improved.

The Purpose of this study was to look into the present conditions of open education, and to improve the problem on the open education from the administrational point of views. The results were as follows. First, open education was the very important of theseday's Korean education. Second, there are many problems to performance open education in Korean schools. Se, we should have to improve the entrance examination system and evaluation method, to reform the our consciousness on open education and mostly to improve teachers' working conditions in school in order to carry out open education successifully. Third, in order to settle open education, we have to have a firm philosophy about the effect and value of open education, to be achieved the understanding and active cooperation between teachers and parents, to be needed administrative and financial positively support from the nation.
