본 논문은 연관규칙탐사 기술에서 사용되는 빈발항목집합과 동일한 개념으로 문서분류의 문서에서 빈발단어집합을 정의하고, 이를 사용하여 문서분류 방법으로 잘 알려진 kNN에 적용하였다. 이를 위하여 하나의 문서는 여러 개의 문단으로 나뉘어졌으며, 각 문단에 나타나는 단어들의 집합을 트랜잭션화하여 빈발단어집합을 찾을 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 방법은 AI::Categorizer 프레임워크에서 구현되었으며 로이터-21578 데이터를 사용하여 학습문서의 크기에 따라 그 정확도가 측정되었다. 정확도의 측정된 결과로 부터 제안된 방법이 기존의 방법에 비하여 정확도를 개선한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

For newly growing multimedia applications, the architecture of traditional RISC microprocessors is not sufficient. In this thesis, an architecture which integrates a DSP functional reconfigurable unit into a pure RISC architecture is studied and designed to improve the ability of processing multimedia data. Special RISC instructions are included for reconfigurable processor functions.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is evaluating usefulness Bi-presso comparing with conventional sandbag in clinical practice Material and methods : The pressure measuring system used in this study was Mark-10"s M5i indicator and MR04 Force sensor (Mark-10, NY, USA). In order to compare the compression force, 0.8 Kg and 1.5 Kg self-made sandbags, Hand pressuring method and Bi-presso (KM, Korea) were measured for compression force. To analyze and compare the measuring data, SPSS Version 21.0 (IBM SPSS Statistics Version 21. Chicago, USA) was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 32 patients (15 males and 17 females) applying Bi-presso after Central vein catheterization. In addition, we tried to find out the usefulness of clinical use through questionnaire survey by medical staff. Results : ■Force compression The result of the average of compression force 0.8 Kg sand bag: 0.11±0.02 KgF, 1.5 Kg sand bag: 0.038±0.01 KgF, human hand: 0.17±0.02 KgF, in a state of discomfort 0.42±0.05 KgF With Bi-presso applied, it is 0.19±0.02 KgF in a comfortable state and 0.42±0.01 KgF in a state of discomfort. (p <.05) ■Survey of patient group “Are all 32 patients surveyed with tight arms or discomfort?”, “Are you feeling sore or too much pressure on the questions and pressures in the questionnaire?”, “Do you have any other discomfort when sitting or lying down?”. They said that there was no discomfort in all of the questions. ■Survey of medical staff Sandbag: 2.36±0.89, Bi-presso: 4.1±0.80. The satisfaction score of Bi-presso was 73.72% higher than that of sandbag. The score on whether the correct position compression is performed is sandbag: 2.4±0.94, Bi-Presso: 3.95±0.88. The score for psychological stability is sandbag: 2.05±0.94, Bi--presso: 4.25±0.85 Posture during hemostasis. The score for changeability is sandbag: 2.15±0.87, Bi-presso: 4.35±0.67 When applied to hypoconscious patients, the score for compression maintenance is sandbag: 1.85±0.93, Bi-presso: 4.1±1.1 infection. The score for risk reduction was significantly higher in the sandbag: 1.75±091, Bi-Presso: 4.55±0.60 in all questionnaire items. (p <.05) Conclusion : In conclusion, Bi-presso is considered to be a safe and effective alternative hemostatic device that provides high satisfaction to patients and medical staff because it is possible to press the hemostasis site without risk of infection and bed stability compared to sandbags.

We had grown Cd_0.78Zn_0.22S polycrystal thin films on slide substrate using chemical vapour deposition(CVD) method. We measured X-ray diffraction patterns in order to study Cd_0.78Zn_0.22S polycrystal structure. We studied its band gap using transmission curves and photocurrent and also analyzed photoluminescence using configurational coordinate model. We measured Hall effect·on this sample by Van der Pauw method and studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature.
n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.

Polycrystalline Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS thin film were grown on slide glass(corning-2948) substrate using a chemical bath deposition (C.B.D) method. They were annealed at various temperature and X-ray diffraction patterns were measured by X-ray diffractometor in order to study Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS polycrystal structure using extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns for the CdS, ZnS sample annealed in N₂ gas at 550 ℃. It was found hexagonal structure which had the lattice constant a_o = 4.1364Å, c_o=6.7129Å in CdS and a_o = 3.8062Å, c_o = 6.2681 Å in ZnS, respectively. Hall effect on these sample was measured by Van der Pauw method and then studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. We measured also spectral response, sensitivity maximum allowable power dissipation and response time on these sample

Chemical bath deposition(C.B.D.)방법으로 다결정 $Cd_{1-x}Zn_{x}S$ 박막을 스라이드 유리(coming-2948) 기판위에 성장시켜 열처리하고 X-선 회절무늬를 측정하여 결정구조를 밝혔다. $550^{\circ}C$로 $N_{2}$ 속에서 열처리한 시료의 X-선 회절무늬로부터 외삽법으로 구한 격자상수는 CdS인 경우 $a_{0}\;=\;4.1364{\AA}$, $c_{0}\;=\;6.7129{\AA}$였으며 ZnS인 경우는 $a_{0}\;=\;3.8062{\AA}$, $c_{0}\;=\;6.2681{\AA}$였다. Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall 효과를 측정하여 운반자 농도와 이동도의 온도 의존성을 연구하였다. 광전도 셀의 특성으로 스펙트럼응답 감도, 최대허용소비전력 및 응답시간을 측정하였다.
