영상의학과 내원한 보호자의 방사선 위해성에 관한 인식 분석

The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data that were necessary for exposure management in radiological examination based on investigation of knowledge about radiation, awareness of radiation exposure and awareness of radiation-related policies among guardians who visited the radiology department, which ultimately provided help to manage radiation safety in a more efficient way and to establish measures for such management. In this study, survey was conducted for guardians who visited the radiology department of J hospital in Daegu city of South Korea in the period from January 14 to March 27, 2013. The survey resulted in the conclusions as follows. Level of knowledge about natural radiation depending on level of education showed the difference with statistical significance (p=0.000). The score was 4.06 points for graduates of graduate school, 3.62 points for graduates of university, and 3.54 points for graduates of college. The higher level of knowledge about radiation resulted in the lower level of anxiety while the higher level of anxiety in radiological examination led to the higher level of fear of radiation risk. Therefore, when radiological examination is conducted, it is required for radiologists to provide patients and their guardians with education by using materials such as guidebook on examination and to clearly explain purpose of examination and matters that require attention in examination with a view to helping the patients and their guardians stay away from fear and anxiety. It is believed that management of radiation safety should not be neglected and that efforts should be made to reduce radiation exposure as much as possible.

Characterization of Strain Relaxation Behavior in Si1−xGex Epitaxial Layers by Dry Oxidation

We fabricated fully strained Si0.77Ge0.23 epitaxial layers on Si substrates and investigated their strain relaxation behaviors under dry oxidation and the effect of oxidation temperatures and times. After the oxidation process, a Ge-rich layer was formed between the oxide and the remaining Si0.77Ge0.23 layer. Using reciprocal space mapping measurements, we confirmed that the strain of the Si0.77Ge0.23 layers was efficiently relaxed after oxidation, with a maximum relaxation value of 70% after oxidation at 850 C for 120 min. The surface of Si0.77Ge0.23 layer after strain relaxation by dry oxidation was smoother than a thick Si0.77Ge0.23 layer, which achieved a similar strain relaxation value by increasing the film thickness. Additionally, N2 annealing was performed in order to compare its effect on the relaxation compared to dry oxidation and to identify relaxation mechanisms, other than the thermally driven ones, occurring during dry oxidation.

창업기회인식이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

Recently, as the domestic job problem has become serious, government ministries are investing a lot of budgets to encourage startups by prospective entrepreneurs. What is important to the success of startups is the recognition of various startup opportunities before starting a startup, and the experience through trial. However, in reality, prospective entrepreneurs recognize and seek various startup opportunities through support such as startup education and initial commercialization funds through various government supported projects, but it is difficult to actually start a business. Previous studies have revealed that the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities affects entrepreneurial intentions by various variables such as gender, but research is insufficient on what kind of black box exists between the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of positive psychological capital as a major method for improving the entrepreneurial intention, and to analyze exploratorily whether positive psychological capital plays a mediating role between the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities and the entrepreneurial intention. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the recognition of startup opportunities affects the intention to start a business, and positive psychological capital has a mediating effect between the recognition of the startup opportunity and the intention to start a business. This means that positive psychological capital is important in order to lead to actual entrepreneurial intentions after recognizing a startup opportunity. Therefore, in order to revitalize the startups of prospective entrepreneurs in the current startup ecosystem, it is necessary to prepare a plan to improve the recognition of startup opportunities and positive psychological capital. 최근 국내 일자리 문제가 심각해지면서 정부 부처에서는 많은 예산을 투입하여, 예비창업자의 창업을 장려하고 있다. 창업의 성공에 중요한 것은 창업을 시작하기 전 다양한 창업기회인식, 시도를 통한 경험인데, 예비창업자들은 정부 부처에서 진행하고 있는 다양한 창업 교육을 통해 기회인식에 관한 경험을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 실제 예비창업자들은 다양한 정부 지원 사업을 통해 창업 교육, 초기 사업화 자금 등의 지원을 통해 다양한 창업기회를 인식·모색 하지만 실제 창업으로 이루어지는 것은 현실적으로 어렵다. 선행연구에서는 창업기회인식이 성별 등 다양한 변수에 의해 창업의도에 영향을 미치고 있다고 밝히고 있으나, 창업기회인식과 창업의도 사이에서 어떤 블랙박스가 존재하는지에 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 창업의도를 향상하기 위한 주요한 방법으로 긍정심리자본의 중요성을 강조하고, 긍정심리자본이 창업기회인식과 창업의도 사이에서 매개적인 역할을 하고 있는지 탐색적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구 결과 창업기회인식이 창업의도에 영향을 미치고, 창업기회인식과 창업의도 사이에서 긍정심리자본이 매개효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 창업기회를 인식 후에 이것이 실제 창업의도로 이어지려면 긍정심리자본이 중요하다는 의미이다. 따라서 현재 창업생태계에 있는 예비창업자들의 창업을 활성화하기 위해서는 창업기회인식과 긍정심리자본을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련해야겠다.
