치매관리정책의 전략적 우선순위 분석

치매는 인지적·신체적 의존도가 높은 질환으로, 치매노인은 의료·보건에서부터 복지, 안전, 주거, 인프라 등의 다양한 정책수요를 지니고 있다. 그러나 전 영역에 예산과 인력을 투입할 수 없는 한계가 존재하기 때 문에 치매관리정책 우선순위를 설정하여 선택과 집중을 할 필요가 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하 여 본 연구는 전문가 및 일선 서비스기관의 담당자를 대상으로 치매관리정책의 우선순위를 조사하였다. 분 석결과, 치매노인과 부양가족에게 직접 제공되는 사후처방적 복지서비스보다는 고위험군 및 치매잠재군을 관리하는 사전예방적 서비스의 중요도가 더 높게 나타났다. 구체적으로, ‘조기발견 및 예방’(38.1%)의 하위 정책수단인 ‘치매잠재군 조기진단 및 관리강화’(.102), ‘일차보건의료 치매대응력 향상’(.066), ‘만성질환자 및 고위험군 예방·관리’(.058), ‘치매검진 표준화 및 내실화’(.043) 등이 높은 순위에 올랐다. 이 같은 결과는 치 매치료제가 아직 개발되지 않는 현 상황에서 치료에 초점을 맞춘 사후적 접근방식으로는 기하급수적으로 증가하는 사회·경제적 부담을 감당하기 어렵고, 적기에 개입하여 질병의 발생을 사전에 예방하는 것이 보다 효율적이라는 선행연구의 논리와 맥을 같이한다. Since dementia is a disease with high cognitive and physical dependences, the elderly with dementia have various policy needs for healthcare, welfare, safety, housing, and infra. Because budget and manpower are always limited, however, it is necessary to set policy priority of dementia management policy and to select and concentrate on important policies. This study surveyed policy specialist and service providers on dementia policy priority. Major findings of this study are as follows. Precautious care services for high-risk group and potential patient are more important than posteriori prescription welfare services for elderly with dementia and their families. In more detail, policy means of 「early detection and prevention(38.1%)」, such as ‘early diagnosis and strengthening management of potential patients’(.102), ‘improving dementia response of primary health care’(.066), ‘prevention and care of chronic and high-risk patients’(.058), ‘standardization and substantialization of dementia examination’(.043) are highly ranked. This result is in line with previous studies arguing that since dementia medicine is not available yet, (ⅰ) geometrically increasing socio-economic burdens cannot be managed by posteriori approach focusing on cure, and (ⅱ) it is more efficient to intervene timely and prevent disease outbreaks. Isolation and Characterization of Bioactive Compounds from Root of Rubus coreanus Miquel and their Antimicrobial Activity

Rubus coreanus Miquel (RCM), also known as Korean blackberry or bokbunja, is used as a South Korean traditional medicine to treat acne and inflammatory skin conditions. The antimicrobial activity of RCM root and its active compounds remain unclear. In this study, we prepared a 50% ethanol fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, and acid-treated ethyl acetate fraction (aglycone fraction) of RCM root, and evaluated antibacterial activities against the skin pathogens Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas acnes, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In a paper disc assay, all fractions of RCM root showed antimicrobial activities against the five skin pathogens. The ethyl acetate fraction displayed 6-, 12-, and 2-fold higher minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) than the 50% ethanol fraction against S. aureus, E. coli, and P. acnes, respectively. The aglycone fraction displayed 2-fold higher MIC than methyl paraben against P. acnes, S. aureus, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa. The ethyl acetate fraction displayed a minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) similar to that of methyl paraben, and the aglycone fraction showed 2- to 4-fold higher MBCs than those of methyl paraben. In particular, the ethyl acetate fraction was not cytotoxic and showed thermal stability after incubation at high temperatures (60−121℃). Finally, the ethyl acetate fraction was separated and four components were identified: procyanidin C, propelagonidin dimer, ellagic acid, and methyl ellagic acid acetyl pentose. The compounds showed high antibacterial activities. These results suggest that RCM root is potentially applicable as a natural preservative in cosmetics.

양주별산대놀이에 내재된 신명에 관한 연구

한국의 춤 속에는 어두운 그늘이나 슬픔의 한(恨)이 서려 있다. 그러나 한국의 춤은 한이 한으로 그치는 것이 아니라 자유, 희망, 희열의 경지로까지 승화시키는 신명의 세계로 이끈다. 신명은 삶의 응어리진 한과 고통을 풀어헤쳐 삶의 활력을 주며, 공동체적 공감대를 형성하고 유지시키면서 보다 나은 삶으로 발전시키는 기능을 지니고 있다. 탈춤은 사회적 모순과 갈등을 극복하고 새로운 사회질서를 만들고자하는 지향점이 있으며, 민중들이 자기표현을 할 수 있도록 계기를 마련해 줌으로서 사회에서 느낀 개인적, 공동체적 갈등을 해소하는 신명의 장으로써 탈춤속의 신명이야말로 민중의 가장 현실적인 신명풀이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 양주별산대놀이에 내재된 신명을 연구함으로써 탈춤 속에 신명이 어떻게 나타났으며, 탈춤에 있어서 신명의 역할을 규명하여 우리 춤이 갖고 있는 신명의 특징을 이해함과 동시에 창작춤을 지향하고 있는 오늘의 무용에 있어 신명이 중요한 정신적 바탕이 됨을 인식하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 양주별산대놀이에 내재된 신명을 사회적 신명, 삶과 죽음의 신명, 뒤풀이의 신명, 현장성의 신명으로 나누어 연구하였으며, 그 결과 양주별산대놀이에서의 신명은 사회에 내재해 있는 모순과 주요갈등을 놀이에 구체화하여 놀이꾼과 구경꾼이 춤을 통해 갈등을 해소하고 응어리진 감정을 풀어 그 정서를 현실에 되돌려 놓음으로써 그들의 내적인 유대와 결속을 강화하고 활성화 하는데 있어 중요한 역할을 하였다. 이러한 신명은 단순한 놀이나 예술이라는 차원을 넘어서 오늘의 무용이 작품의 주제의식을 표출하는데 있어 무용가와 관객이 일체감을 느끼고 공감대를 형성하는데 있어 중요한 정신적 바탕이 될 것으로 생각된다. In Korean dance, there are inclusion of dark shade or sorrow. In Korean dance, the grudges don’t stop as simple grudges, but they sublimate audience to the level of freedom, hope and joy, the cheer world. Cheerfulness is vitalizes our life by venting our grudges and easing our pains as the their lives. Also, it arouses community spirit and maintains the community, and has a potential to lead the community into a better life. Mask dance has its aim to overcome all social conflicts and problems and create a new social order, and is a space where the people disentangle private and public conflicts by that it provides opportunities for the people to express themselves. The cheerfulness inside mask dance is the most practical method to give an outlet for grudges of the people. The purpose of this study is revealing that how the cheerfulness inside of make dance appeared by studying Yangjubyeulsandaenori, and grasping the nature of Korean dance by examining the role of the cheerfulness in mask dance, and understanding the characteristics of the cheerfulness our dance has, and at the same time placing the cheerfulness as the spiritual ground of today’s dance which is aiming at creative dance. I've studied it dividing the cheerfulness into four categories, social cheerfulness and the cheerfulness of life and death as the internal characteristics seen in the content, the cheerfulness of an entertainment after a ceremony and the cheerfulness of the presence as the internal characteristics seen in the form. As the result, the cheerfulness of the Yangjubyeulsandaenori, solves the immanent conflicts and problems of the society by materializing them in the play. And by doing it, it provides an outlet for the grudges of the people, and strengthens and revitalizes their bond and solidarity. Also, I think that it would be an important spiritual basis for players and audience to feel a sense of unity and sympathize with each other in that today’s dance expresses the conscience of its main subject, which is to go beyond the domain of art.
