Cantú syndrome (CS, OMIM 239850) is a very rare autosomal dominantly inherited genetic disease characterized by congenital hypertrichosis, neonatal macrosomia, a distinct facial features such as macrocephaly, and cardiac defects. Since the first description by Cantú et al. in 1982, about 50 cases have been reported to date. Recently, two causative genes for CS has been found by using exome sequencing analyses: ABCC9 and KCNJ8. Most cases of clinically diagnosed CS have resulted from de novo mutations in ABCC9. In this study, we report three independent Korean children with CS resulting from de novo ABCC9 mutations. Our patients had common clinical ἀndings such as congenital hypertrichosis, distinctive facial features. One of them showed severe pulmonary hypertension and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which require medical treatment. And, two patients had a history of patent ductus arteriosus. Although two of our patients had shown early motor developmental delay, it was gradually improved during follow-up periods. Although CS is quite rare, there are the concerns about development of various cardiac problems in the lifetime. Therefore, an accurate diagnosis followed by appropriate management and genetic counseling should be provided to CS patients.

8-Acyl and 8-sulfonylamidowogonin analogues were synthesized as potential anti-inflammatory agents. Nitration of 5,7-dihydroxyflavone (chrysin) followed by methylation of phenol groups and reduction of nitro group yielded 8-aminowogonin analogues. Acylation and sufonylation of 8-aminowogonin followed by demethylation reactions gave the title compunds. The synthesized wogonin analogues showed much reduced inhibitory activity on prostaglandin $E_2\;(PGE_2)$ production.
장애아동의 학교폭력 예방을 위한 인권향상프로그램 개발 및 적용: 회복적 생활교육 중심으로

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the effectiveness of a human rights improvement program to prevent school violence for children with disabilities based on restorative life education to promote respect for others and their own rights. Methods The study procedure is as follows. In the basic stage of program development, through literature research, the core competency of the human rights improvement program and teaching methods were explored. In the second stage, after selecting goals and contents, the program was developed through validation of validity. In step 3, a survey was conducted with 60 students in grades 4 to 6 of elementary school to verify the effectiveness of the program. Analysis methods were performed using IBM SPSS 26.0, t-difference verification, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results It was identified that there was a significant change in the overall factor of perception of school violence and human rights sensitivity through the human rights improvement program. Also, the situational perception ability of human rights sensitivity was found to be correlated with dysfunctional thinking of the ability to cope with school violence. Responsibility perception ability was related to all 3 factors of perception of school violence, and it was identified that it is a variable that influences the attitude and behavior factors of school violence. Conclusions This study, which changes the perception of school violence and emphasizes the social integration of the inclusive education environment, is meaningful in that it developed a human rights improvement program for disseminating a culture of empathy for people with disabilities and verified its effectiveness. 목적 본 연구는 타인에 대한 존중감과 자신의 권리를 증진하도록 회복적 생활교육을 바탕으로 장애아동의 학교폭력 예방을 위한인권향상프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 방법 연구의 절차는 다음과 같다. 프로그램 개발 기초단계에서는 문헌연구를 통해 인권향상프로그램 핵심역량 도출과 교수법을 탐색하였다. 2단계에서는 목표설정 및 내용을 선정한 후 타당도 검증을 통해 프로그램을 개발하였다. 3단계에서는 프로그램 효과성검증을 위해 초등학생 4~6학년 60명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 분석방법은 IBM SPSS 26.0을 활용한 t 차이검증과 일원배치분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 하였다. 결과 학교폭력에 대한 인식과 인권감수성의 전체 요인에서 유의미한 변화가 있음을 확인하였다. 인권감수성의 상황지각능력은 학교폭력 대처능력의 역기능적 사고와 상관관계가 있었다. 또한, 책임지각능력은 학교폭력에 대한 인식 3가지 요인 모두 관계가 있었으며, 학교폭력의 태도 및 행동 요인에 영향력을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다. 결론 학교폭력에 대한 인식을 변화시키고 통합교육의 환경구성이라는 사회적 통합을 강조하는 본 연구는 장애공감문화 확산을 위한 인권향상프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
