긍정탐색 프로그램이 초등학교 학생의 공동체의식과 학교폭력 인식에 미치는 영향 탐구

본 연구에서는 문헌연구 및 구성원 검토를 통해 기존의 긍정탐색 모형을 구체적인 교육프로그램으로 개발하여 초등학교 6학년 두 개 학급 60명의 학생에게 적용하여 학생들의 변화를 검증하였다. 프로그램의 적용 결과 긍정탐색은 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 공동체 의식과 학교폭력과 관련한 태도에 의미 있는 변화를 가져온 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 문헌연구의 결과를 현장에 실행하고 그 결과를 검증한 실행연구로써 의미를 가지며, 특히 공동체의식과 학교폭력에 대한 인식의 변화를 위한 교육프로그램으로 긍정탐색의 적용이 가능성을 탐색하였다. 그러나 이러한 연구결과는 적용 대상이 적어 일반화되기에는 한계가 있으므로 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 긍정탐색 프로그램을 공동체의식 및 학교폭력 예방을 위한 교육 프로그램으로 대상과 목적을 정교화 하는 추가 개발 연구 및 적용대상을 확대하여 프로그램의 효과성을 일반화 하는 연구 등이 추가로 진행될 필요가 있다. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of appreciative inquiry Program on elementary school students Community Consciousness and Attitudes toward School Violence. Research hypotheses were as follows: First, appreciative inquiry program would improve elementary school students community consciousness. Secondly, appreciative inquiry program would improve elementary school students attitudes toward school violence. The appreciative inquiry program was devised by researcher and was performed 2 times to verify research hypotheses. The subjects of this study were sampled of 60 student from 2 classes, 6th grade of an elementary school in Busan. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, appreciative inquiry program improved elementary school students community consciousness. Secondly, appreciative inquiry program improved elementary school students attitudes toward school violence. Since the program was applied to too few students it is necessary to apply follow-up study is to verify the result, and a variety of research.

We present a combined high-speed two-photon microscopy (TPM) and Doppler optical coherence tomography (DOCT) which can provide complement information of in vivo tissues: molecular and cellular information with TPM and supracellular, tissue structure and vasculature with DOCT. This combined system can do simultaneous imaging in principle asusing separate light sources. Currently the combined system is under development, and preliminary data of individual imaging modalities are presented: fingertip and intralipid flowimaging in micro tube with DOCT, ex-vivo tissue imaging with TPM.
Squalene Adjuvant를 이용한 단백질 항원의 세포성 면역반응 유도

To investigate the role of adjuvant for cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) induction, squalene-based adjuvant was studied its capability eliciting to the induction of cellular immunity as well as humoral immunity to exogeneous proteins. Ovalbumin (OVA) was used as model proteins. It was demonstrated that antigen formulation consisted of metabolizable oil squalene mixed with Tween 80 and pluronic L121 (S/TJ121) could induced the antigen specific CTL responses and antibodies irrespective of immunization routes in mice. We also demonstrated that this antigen formulation was a inducer of CD8+, major histocompatibility complex(MHC) class I-restricted, and antigen-specific C;1'Ls. These data suggest that the squalene-based emulsion system is a potent adjuvant inducing cellular immunity as well as humoral immunity.
