The present work was designed to evaluate the enzyme histochemical and immunohistochemical characteristics of various cells that constitute lymph node. Lymph nodes were obtained at surgery for the evaluation of lymphadenopathy and were embedded in glycerol methacrylate(plastic) through the complexing tissue processing procedures. Enzyme histochemical examinations('5-nucleotidase, adenosine triphosphatase, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, nonspecific esterase, and peroxidase) were performed on thin sectioned(2m) tissues. And immunohistochemical stains for IgG and S-100 protein were also performed.

The Purpose of this paper is on the linguistic analysis of the newspaper coverage texts and the explanation of Fact-Reconstruction by the sentence-arrangement and connection. Pêcheux's articulation theory tells us that the connecting sentences makes the facts can be reconstructed. If two sentences are connected, readers might accept them as the old information and the new information. So there are many strategies to reconstruct the facts and to make readers to trust theml; The order of sentences/informations, The addition of the quotations to the end of the text etc. (Seoul National University)

추리소설의 메타텍스트 전략 분석 -아야츠지 유키토 ‘관 시리즈’를 중심으로

The goal of this paper is to expand boundary of textlinguistical study of literature. Metatext is the relation between texts which is constructed of analysis and comments about a text. It is used in mystery novel as strategy to enforce intentionality and acceptability. Especially, we can recognize intentionality and acceptability in mystery novels. Therefore mystery novels are good objects of textlinguistical study of literature. Ayatsuji Yukito's 'Gwan series' shows so many metatextual strategies that it is investigated in this paper. In one of the series, there are three sub-texts which are connected with metatextual markers and paratexts showing somewhat distorted similarity. 본 연구는 추리소설에서 나타나는 메타텍스트와 이를 이용한 전략에 대해 살펴보았다. 추리소설은 다원 구조를 갖고 있으므로 두 구조 사이에 연결고리가 존재하고 이것은 텍스트를 해석하고 논평하는 메타텍스트로 나타나는 일이 많다. 이러한 메타텍스트는 의도성과 수용성에 기여하며 전략으로 활용된다. 아야츠지 유키토의 추리소설 <미로관의 살인>은 특히 메타텍스트를 정교하게 전략적으로 활용한 작품이므로 텍스트언어학의 관점에서 분석하는 것이 적절하다. 복잡한 서사 구조와 정교한 서사 전략을 활용하는 추리소설은 문학 텍스트에 대해 어떤 식으로 텍스트언어학적 분석을 할 수 있을까에 대한 좋은답이 될 수 있다. 앞으로 문학 텍스트 연구는 더 다양한 접근법이 시도되어야 한다. 특히 장르소설은 비장르 소설보다 거시구조의 구성과 텍스트 생산자의 의도를 실현하는 전략이 차별적 요소로 나타난다는 점에서 먼저 장르소설 자체에 대한 충분한 이해가 요구되며 텍스트언어학적 분석의 좋은 대상이 될 수 있다. 앞으로 텍스트언어학에서 장르소설 연구가 더 활발해지기를 바란다.

This study has purpose to analyze the meanings of color expressions in the context of proverbs. The meanings of proverbs are not only the composition of the meanings of the component words, but also the independent meanings of the specific texts. So I used the theory of dénomination to analyze the meanings of color words in the context of proverbs. There are three grades in the semantic process of proverbs; 1) the word-meanings 2) collocational meanings 3) dénominational meanings. We must give attention to the words that co-occur with the color words and regard the meanings of the color words as the compositional meanings of the color words and the collocated(or co-occurred) words. I classified the proverbs by their color expressions and in this paper I tried to analyze and explain especially the chromatic color words. The work analyzing the color expressions in proverbs must include the evaluating meanings of the proverbs. The meanings of the color words are combined to the meanings of the collocated(or co-occurred) words and express the evaluation. The collocated(or co-occurred) words are mostly related with human life and the nature.

This study purposes to examine the conception of written language and spoken language and to develop a new structure of them. Existing conception of written language and spoken language is so ambiguous and mixed that cannot make clear the current utterance style, especially that of internet language. And 'language' cannot be used to describe the utterance style. I doubt substance of written and spoken language. In stylistics, there are more problems either. So this study proposes that we should use the term 'written utterance/spoken utterance' as the data of utterance, and observe utterance or text with situation- dependence in study of language at least.

연결어미에서 기원한 종결어미의 의미 연구 -‘-고/-는데’의 담화 의미 기능을 중심으로-

This study aims to analyze the functions and the meanings of the functional shift of endings from final to connective in the view of discourse and semantics. There have been a lot of theories for this phenomenon but not much for the view of the discourse and the meanings. In Chapter 3, I show some features of the final endings '-go' and '-neunde'. They are related with their preceding clauses and following clauses in anyway and we can find sentence order change, ellipsis, intonation, open closing. In Chapter 4, some semantic functions of the final endings '-go' and '-neunde' are provided. These endings deliver the extralinguistical situations and additional informations. And also their semantic functions are speaker's reservation of decisions and marking speech acts. There are some special usage that conventionalized in some text registers.

중등과학 영재학생과 일반학생이 지각한 부모진로기대와 진로자기효능감에 따른 진로결정 분석

The purpose of this study was to compare career decision according to parental career expectations and career self-efficacy of scientific gifted students with general students in middle school. The subjects for this study composed of 206 gifted students and 235 general students in Incheon metropolitan city. The results of this study were as follows. First, as a result of comparing the parental career expectations of the gifted students with the general students, there was no significant difference in parental career expectations. Second, as a result of comparing the career self-efficacy of the gifted students with the general students, the gifted students showed higher career self-efficacy in all areas than the general students, and there was a statistically significant difference. Third, as a result of comparing the career decision of the gifted students with the general students, the gifted students had a higher figurer than the general students’ figure in that area, there was a statistically significant difference. Fourth, as a result of regression analysis to find out influences that sub-factors of parental career expectations and career self-efficacy had on the career decision of the gifted student, it was the career decision-making self-efficacy that had the greatest influence on career decision. Like the gifted students, it was the career decision-making efficacy that had the greatest influence on the career decision of the general students as well. And economic career expectation had the next greatest negative influence on the career decision.
