Synthesis and Structural Study of Extraframework ZrI6Tl11 9+ Cationic Cluster in Zeolite A

Fully dehydrated Tl12-LTA (|Tl12|[Si12Al12O48]-LTA, Tl12-A) was treated with 6.0 × 103 Pa of ZrI4(g) at 623 K for 72 hr under anhydrous conditions. The crystal structure of product, |Zr0.25I1.5Tl12|[Si12Al12O48]-LTA, was determined by single-crystal crystallography using synchrotron X-radiation in the cubic space group Pm3m (a = 12.337(2) Å). It was refined using all data to the final error index (for the 712 unique reflections for which Fo> 4σ(Fo)) R1/wR2= 0.055/0.189. In this structure, octahedral ZrI62- ions center about 25% of the large cavities (Zr-I = 2.91(4) Å). Each coordinates to eight Tl+ ions and they are further bridged by Tl+ ions in the planes of 8-rings to form a cubic three-dimensional ZrI6Tl11 9+ cationic cluster. About 1.5 Tl+ ions per unit cell moved to deeper side of sodalite cavity after reaction with ZrI4(g). The remaining Tl+ ions occupy well-established cation positions near 6- and 8-rings.

시설거주 청소년의 종교성이 자아존중감과 우울에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 시설거주 청소년의 종교성이 자아존중감과 우울증에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 특히 본 연구를 통하여 시설에 거주하는 청소년을 위한 상담과 사회복지실천 방안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 경기 지역의 6개 아동양육시설에 거주 중인 청소년 209명이었다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관관계에 의하면 종교성이 높을수록 시설에 거주하는 청소년들의 우울증이 낮아졌고 자아존중감은 높아졌다. 또한 자아존중감은 우울증에 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석결과에 의하면 인구학적 변인과 종교성의 하위변인들 중 시설거주 청소년의 자아존중감에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 요인은 학력(β=-.38 p<0.01), 거주기간(β=-.22 p<0.001) 교회출석(β=-.19 p<0.01)과 기도시간(β=-.16 p<0.05) 순이었다. 시설거주 청소년의 우울증에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 요인은 종교적 믿음(β=-.43 p<0.001), 교회출석(β=-.35 p<0.001), 기도시간(β=-.31 p<0.001),영적믿음(β=-.29, p<0.01), 학력(β=-.25 p<0.01)과 성별(β=-.10 p<0.001)순으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 분야에서의 영적요인과 관련하여 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다.

This paper compares the performance of five commercial speech recognition APIs under noisy environments, namely those provided by Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Kakao, and Naver. To this end, we used an open dataset for development and evaluation of multi-channel noise processing technology provided in AI Hub. We tested each API’s performance with respect to the speaker’s gender and location and the speech content, and measured their error rate using both word error rate (WER) and character error rate (CER). Except for the AWS API, the error rate was higher when tested with female’s data than male’s one, and when tested with the data recorded from the side than the front. The error rate was also relatively high when the test sentences contained proper nouns such as person’s names and local names, and the shorter the sentences, the higher the error rate. Moreover, the Google API outperformed all the others in terms of both WER and CER, with 53% and 18% of error rate, respectively

This research study examined the impact of acculturative stress and resilience on depression among migrant workers in South Korea. Particularly, the major purpose of this study was to test resilience as a moderating effect in relationships between acculturative stress and depression. From August in 2016 to February in 2017, a participant of 236 migrant workers were recruited from Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do, and completed the questionnaires of acculturative stress(ASSIS), resilience(CD-RISC), and depression(CES-D). The findings indicate that increased acculturative stress is associated with a high level of depression. Increased resilience is associated with a low level of depression. This research also shows that there is the moderator role of resilience in the relationship between acculturative stress and depression. These findings are discussed in terms of social work practices and social policies. Recommendations to guide social workers in their work with migrant workers are made.

Approximately 20 % of college students have clinically relevant depression which may affect academic success and quality of life. Social support and resilience were considered to be the two significant factors for depression. The theme of this research study was the impact of social support and the resilience of depression among college students. This study also aimed to explore resilience as a mediator in the relationship between social support and depression of college students. The samples were 221 college students in Gyeonggi-do. The findings indicated that increased social support was associated with a low level of depression. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between resilience and depression. Also, there was evidence that was in favor of the mediator role of resilience between social support and depression. The implications of clinical practices for college students who have high levels of depression will be discussed.

The Impact of Job Satisfaction and Social Support on Overturn Intention among Long-Term Care Workers

The Purpose of this research study is to find the impact of job satisfaction and social support on overturn intention among long-term care workers. For this purpose, the sample was comprised of 373 long-term care workers from October 1 st in 2017 to February in 2017. T-test and Anova, and multiple regression were used to analysis the data. This research study indicated that long-term care workers who were a high level of job satisfaction and social support from supervisor had a high mean score on turnover intention. Participants who finished university and who worked less six than months had a high mean score in turnover intentions than others. Also, working year, job satisfaction, and supervisor’s social support were significant predictors for overturn intention among long-term care workers. Based on this research result, the implications of social work practice and social policy are discussed..

The Impact of Social Support on Loneliness among Mothers of Children With Disability

Loneliness has been considered as one of the most psychological problems for mothers of disabled children and is associated with child abuse, depression, and suicidal ideation. This research study examined the impact of social support on loneliness among mothers of disabled children. Participants of 210 mothers were recruited from Seoul city and Gyeong-gi areas, and completed the questionnaires of loneliness, perceived social support, and social support network.Date collected from mothers were entered into T-test, Anova, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyses. The research findings indicate that perceived social support is associated with a lower level of loneliness. Multiple regression showed that social support networks such as size and contact were not important predictors for mothers of disabled children. This research findings will be discussed in terms of social work practices. Recommendations to guide social workers or counselors in their work with mothers of disabled children.
