[Purpose]The purpose of this paper is ascertain the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitude of Korean, Chinese and Japanese university students as well as the difference in entrepreneurial attitude among them. [Methodology]Data was processed and validated by IBM SPSS Statistics 23 version for frequency and factor analysis. Both regression analysis and ANOVA test were applied to test the research hypotheses. [Findings]Entrepreneurship education had a positive relationship with entrepreneurial attitude of university students significantly across the country. Each country showed different level of entrepreneurial attitude. [Implications]The role entrepreneurship education is important to foster entrepreneurial attitude of university students regardless of nationalities. Social and cultural environment are also key players in building positive attitude on entrepreneurship of young people. Both theoretical and practical implications were presented based on the findings.
리더십 행동이 조직의 정량, 정성, 개인차원의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In order to measure organizational performance through leadership, it has been pointed out that quantitative indices are mainly used, but there are limitations. In this study, the organizational outcomes were diversified into quantitative, qualitative and individual dimensions, and the leadership behaviors that affected them were classified into tasks, relations, and changes. For the empirical analysis, 234 leaders of the organization were surveyed and verified by SPSS statistics program. As a result, it was found that job and change-oriented behaviors had a positive impact on quantitative performance, change-oriented behaviors had a positive impact on qualitative performance, and relationship and change-oriented behaviors had a positive impact on securing autonomy of individual. These results show that there is more meaningful performance type in each type of leadership behavior and there is academic and practical significance in that it can compare each leadership behavior. 리더십을 통한 조직성과를 측정하기 위해 그간 정량지표가 주로 사용되었지만 한계가 있음이 지적되어왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조직성과를 정량, 정성, 개인차원으로 다차원화 하였고 이에 영향을 미치는 리더십 행동을 업무, 관계, 변화로 세분화하여 각각 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 조직의 리더 234명을 대상으로 설문조사하였고 이를 SPSS 통계프로그램으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 정량적 성과에는 업무 및 변화지향적 행동이, 정성적 성과에는 변화지향적 행동이, 개인의 자율성확보에는 관계 및 변화지향적 행동이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 각 리더십행동 유형에 보다 유의미한 성과유형을 발견하였고 각 리더십 행동을 비교할 수 있었다는 점에서 학문적, 실무적 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
