대한제국기 궁방전의 상황과 특성

본 논문은 충주군 광무양안과 여주군 광무양안을 이용하여 여주와 충주의 궁방전을 분석한 것이다. 여주에는 10개궁, 충주에는 5개 궁의 궁방전이 있다. 그러나 여주와 충주의 궁방전은 전체 토지의 1.87%와 0.2%에 불과하다. 이는 갑오개혁으로 무토 궁방전이 철폐된 결과였다. 궁방전은 궁방에 따라 3-4개면에 집중배치되었다. 다른 궁방전, 능위전, 역전과 같은 비중이 큰 토지와 겹치지 않도록 배치되어 있었다. 이는 군현 내부의 지역별로 토지와 중복을 피해 민의 부담과 행정에서 균분을 달성하려고 노력하는 모습을 반영하는 것이라고 하겠다. 궁방전의 구조에서 가장 두드러지는 현상이 신설궁방과 능위전과 1사7궁과 같이 연륜이 오래된 토지의 입지와 경작자의 구성이다. 능위전과 수진궁, 명례궁의 토지는 토지 대부분이 3등전 이상의 토지에 집중되어 있고, 군현의 평균분포를 크게 뛰어넘는다. 이것은 민씨 세도가의 대지주들의 토지보다도 높은 것이다. 반면 신설궁인 영친왕궁은 5,6등전이 80%일 정도로 열악한 토지를 보유하고 있다. 경작인의 재산상태도 매우 낮다. 경작자의 평균 소유량이 다른 궁방전이나 대지주의 절반 이하이다. 무전민이 전체 경작자의 51%이며, 0.5정보 이하 토지 소유자가 81%이며, 전체 51%가 무전민이다. 평균 차경지도 낮으며, 다른 토지를 경작하지 않고 영친왕궁의 토지만 경작하는 전속율도 제일 높다. 영친왕궁의 토지와 경작자의 낮은 수준은 신설 궁방의 한계 때문이 아니다. 영친왕궁은 설립초기부터 매입을 자제하고, 축보, 개간, 간척사업 같은 대규모 영농사업을 통해 토지를 확보했다. 여기에는 과시적이고 정치적인 의도가 있었다고 생각된다. 대한제국은 1894년 농민전쟁의 경험을 통해 탄생했다. 광무 양안 역시 그런 문제의식으로 수행한 사업이었다.여기에 더해서 황제와 왕실의 권위와 이미지 역시 중요한 관심사였다. 궁방전의 경영은 황실의 이미지와 농민이 직접 접촉할 수 있는 곳이었다.하등의 토지에 궁방전을 개설하고, 경작자를 최하층의 빈농과 무전농으로 충당하며, 개간사업을 추진하는 것은 빈민들의 보호자로서 온정적인왕의 이미지와 혁신적인 경영능력을 과시할 수 있는 것이었다. 개간과 간척사업은 상당한 재력을 필요로 하기 때문에 일반 개인들이 수행하기에는 어려움이 있었다. 때문에 최대 부호인 황실이 이런 사업에 앞장서는 것은 농민에게 황실의 능력과 필요성을 과시할 수 있는 기회였다. 여주는 민씨 세도가의 본관지이면서 전통적으로 재경 권세가와 왕실의 토지가 많고 이들의 영향력이 강한 곳이었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 농민은 빈민층의 비율이 상대적으로 높았다. 이런 지역에서 궁방전을 통해 빈민층에게 혜택을 베풀고, 남다른 자금지원과 경영방식을 통해 토지의 질과 농민 생활의 장기적인 성장과 안정을 추구하는 것은 지역사회의 안정과 황실 지지세력의 창출에도 기여할 수 있는 것이었다. I analyzed Yeoju-kun yangan and Chungju-kun yangan from Gwhangmu-yangan. Yeoju has land of 10 Palace. Chungju had 5 lands. Gungbangjen(land of royal family) in two kun were land from a mere 1.87% and 0.2%. Most of the land was distributed to the 3,4 myun(面). This is not a heavy burden to the station after trying to distribute a balanced land was intended. Among the interesting places is the palace youngchinwang land. Generally Palaces owned the land in the upper grades. This rate is higher than the private land of large landowners. But only youngchinwang-palace owned low grades. 5 or 6 grade land was 80 % of the total land of the grade of land. And it had the most poor farmers. Farmers owning land in half compared to farmers in other GungBangjen. The reason is that what was. Youngchinwang is thought that there was a political intention as the next emperor. Youngchinwang gathered by the poor farmers of his land. He invested a lot of capital in land reclamation and cultivation. This helps promote agricultural productivity, it was an important means to stabilize the farmers’ lives and society. The time for empires was encouraged these activities. Youngchinwang is practiced in Yeoju this campaign directly. Yeoju is particularly high compared with other regions more than barren lands, and the proportion of poor 10-20%. Therefore, this behavior would have been more effective in youngchinwang social stability.

Rat에서 ChondroT의 DRF 및 단회독성 시험

Objectives The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate 4 weeks DRF (Dose Rate Finding) and single oral dose toxicity of ChondroT in rats. Methods In 4-week DRF, male and female Sprague-Dawely rats were treated with ChondroT at oral dose of 0, 500, 1000, and 2000 mg/kg. clinical signs, body weight, food consumption, necropsy findings, organ weight, hematological and blood-chemical parameters, and histological findings were monitored for 4 weeks. Also, after single oral administration of ChondroT, mortality, clinical signs, body weight, and necropsy findings were minitored for 2 weeks. Results In 4-week DRF and single dose oral toxicity study of ChondroT in sprague-Dawley rats, ChondroT did not exhibit any toxicity under the study conditions employed. Conclusions The results suggested a no-observed adverse effects level (NOAEL) was over 2,000 mg/kg/day in SD rats after oral administration, this study could be used as basic study of the repeated dose 13-week oral toxicity study of ChondroT. Hunminjeongeum is a system of phonetic symbols that reflects the initial, medial and final sounds of Korean syllable structures of the time when it was invented, and it was written syllable by syllable. This writing system varied its function depending on what pronunciations it purported to represent, especially when Chinese characters were concerned. Examples include the revised representations of Chinese characters in Tong kukjeongun, the representations of Chinese pronunciations in Hongmujeongunyeokhun, and the mantric (tarani) representations in Seokbosangjeol and Weolinseokbo, in which a letter that appears as a final sound or at a rhyme-end position-ㅇ,ㅱ,ㆆ,ㅸ or ㅿ to name a few-functions as a constant writing unit, irrespective of its original sound value.

택견전수관 서비스품질이 고객만족, 충성도 및 신뢰에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 택견전수관 서비스품질이 고객만족, 충성도 및 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이에 구체적인 목적을 달성하기 위하여 택견전수관의 서비스품질 요인을 독립변인으로 설정하였고, 고객만족, 고객충성도, 신뢰를 종속변인으로 설정하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 2010년 현재 광주광역시에 소재하고 있고 택견전수관에 자녀를 보내고 있는 학부모들을 대상으로 단순 무작위표집법을 이용하여 300부를 표본으로 추출하여, 그 중 불성실하게 응답한 94부를 제외한 총 206부를 최종 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구절차를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 서비스 품질 하위요인인 유형성, 반응성, 공감성 요인이 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 품질 하위요인인 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성 요인이 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스품질이 신뢰의 하위요인인 성실성(신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성), 일관성(반응성, 확신성, 공감성), 이타성 및 개방성(유형성, 반응성, 공감성)에 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effects of service quality, customer satisfaction, royalty, and trust in taekkyon halls. To accomplish the specific purpose, the factor of service in taekkyon halls was set up as the independent variable and customer satisfaction, royalty, and trust in taekkyon halls were set up as the dependent variables. The subjects of this study were parents who had children attending taekkyon halls located in G Metropolitan City. Using simple random sampling, 300 samples were drawn, 94 were excluded because of their poor responses, and finally a total of 206 were selected. Data processing was analyzed in frequency, factor, reliability, correlation, and regression by the SPSS Ver. 12.0 program. Finally, the following results were drawn. First, in the sub-factors of service quality, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was found to have an effect on customer service and royalty. Second, in the sub-factors of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance was found to have an effect on conscientiousness, consistency, and openness of sub-factors of trust. Third, it was found that the service quality has a positive(+) effect on sincerity(reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy), consistency(responsiveness, reliability, empathy), altruism or openess(tangibility, responsiveness, empathy) in the sub-factors of trust. As mentioned above, given synthesizing the specific contents, a fact can be tried to be inferred that the factor of service quality in taekkyon halls has a great effect on customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust.
